~present time~

Seungri remembered the promise but he didn't know what to do. He was supposed to be Hye Su's house that she could always run to, but he also had promised this girl in front of him that he would marry her when he saw her again.

"That was a long time ago though." Seungri mumbled averting his gaze from Jin Ae.

            “Long time ago?” Jin Ae questioned curiously. She knew exactly what he was talking about but she decided to play innocent. She didn’t want him to like her just because of some promise they made when they were kids. She had to admit she still liked him just as much as she did back them but it was obvious to see that he liked someone else now.

            “You don’t remember?” Seungri asked looking back up at the girl, he was sure that she was the same girl; she had even called him a panda like she used to. Had she really forgotten? He wasn’t sure why but it made him a little upset that she no longer remembered his promise.

            “Remember what? I got perfect grades in school but I don’t know what you’re talking about sorry” Jin Ae giggled, but couldn’t help but feel a little bit silly for shamelessly dropping in the fact that she was smart.

            “How come you got so lucky? Your smart, pretty, and cute, it’s not fair” Hye Su pouted. She loved her friend but she couldn’t help that she was a little bit jealous, there was so much to be jealous of.

            “Your just trying to get a complement out of your boyfriend aren’t you?” Jin Ae giggled. Gdragon closed his mouth and pretended like he wasn’t about to say something. Thankfully the only one that had noticed was Jin Ae but she had said it out loud.

            “Please excuse us for a moment” Seungri said before standing up from his seat and grabbed onto Jin Ae’s arm and pulled her with him as they left the room together.

            “What is it?” Jin Ae asked after he let her go. She honestly didn’t mind but she was curious.

            “I don’t want to have to be rude but, I know you remember the promise we made when we were kids, and I just want to say I have no intention of marrying you” Seungri said looking down on Jin Ae.

            “I know” Jin Ae said smiling up at Seungri who was having trouble figuring out why she was smiling. “We were young back then, you’re no longer the Seung Hyun I knew now you’re Seungri, and if that wasn’t enough it’s also obvious to see your heart belongs to someone else” Jin Ae said her smile growing weaker. She still liked Seungri and knew he didn’t like her back but saying out loud just make her hurt a little bit more than normal.

            “Look” Seungri started but stopped when Jin Ae shook her head. He was going to explain himself.

            “I don’t mind that you’re not keeping your promise, I understand, but Hye Su has a boyfriend so I don’t want to see yourself get hurt trying to go after her” Jin Ae said seriously. All of what she said was true.

            “How did you know?” Seungri asked curious as to how she figured out it was Hye Su who he liked.

            “I can see it in your eyes, you look at her the same way I look at you” Jin Ae sighed and averted her gaze to her toes. “I know you don’t feel the same way but I just want to make sure you know, that I love you and I always have and if your ever able to get over Hye Su that I’ll be here for you Panda oppa” Jin Ae said looking up and staring up at him waiting for him to say something. He didn’t. Instead they both stood there awkwardly staring at each other for another minute or two.

            “Whoops sorry” Taeyang said as he passed by but ended up bumping Seungri’s back and pushed him into Jin Ae. It might have looked like an accident but Taeyang was nosey when it came to things and couldn’t help but take matters into his own hands. Seungri stopped himself before he fell to the ground on top of her so now Jin Ae was lying on the ground and Seungri was hovering over her.

            “Ow that hurt” Jin Ae pouted looking up at Seungri as she grabbed onto her elbow that had hit the floor first, and pretty hard.

            “Are you okay?” Seungri said worried that he might have hurt her. Sure he mainly blamed Taeyang for bumping him but it was also soft of his fault because he didn’t bother to try to catch her or lighten her fall.

            “Just because you don’t receive my love doesn’t mean you have to push me down” Jin Ae pouted. She had seen what really happened but she liked the fact that at least Seungri was a little worried about her.

            “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to it was Taeyang” Seungri said as he blushed realizing he was still so close to Jin Ae. He quickly got up and held out his hand to be a gentleman and help her up as well.

“Oppa?” Jin Ae asked as she took his hand and let him help her to her feet.

“Yeah?” he asked wondering what she had to say now.

“Even if you never return my love can we please be friends again, you know like we use to?” Jin Ae asked shyly. She wasn’t stupid, now that she had confessed her love to him she knew things would be different and they might never be as close as they were when they were kids, but she wanted to try.

“Sure” Seungri couldn’t help but smile and let out a small chuckle as Jin Ae held her pinkey out in front of her. “pinkey promise” he said locking their little fingers together.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So many subbies and I just left and stopped writing i'm so super sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please forgive me! \(ToT)/ I'm going to try to write more again, I just got so busy with different jobs and didnt have ANY free time in order to write. Its been a really long time since I wrote anything to this story so I hope this chapter doesnt sound odd or different then the rest. I hope you all like it and once again i'm sorry!
