“I have a husband.” She bit her bottom lip. He looked deeply into her eyes absorbing what she just said to him

“You’re kidding me, right?” Chanyeol couldn’t believe her, he thought that she just trolled him. “When did you marry? Where’s your wedding ring? Where’s your wedding picture? Where’s your husband now?” He asked her many questions

“I can’t explain to you right now.” She shook her head, she turned around and started to walk away from him

“Wait!” He grabbed her hand and turned her around. “You’re lying to me.”

“I’m not!! I really have a husband and he’s the reason why I’m crying right now.” Her tears started to fall down, she couldn’t hide her sadness from him this time

“So, why don’t you call him to meet you right now if you really have him?” Chanyeol still couldn’t believe the reality that she’d already had a husband. He made intense stare into her eyes and asked her straightforwardly but she let go her hand of his grip and she ran away from him

“Tell me something about Amber.” After Chanyeol called Krystal, Luna, Tao and Luhan to meet him at the restaurant, he made serious chat between them

“Alright man, chill. Latte, please.” Tao ordered first. “What’s wrong?”

“She has a husband.” Chanyeol told them straightforwardly

“Oh my God, husband? I want to have a husband too. Luhan, when will you propose me?” Krystal tried to avoid Chanyeol’s curiosity

“Please, be serious, lady.” Chanyeol narrowed his eyes seeing Krystal’s action

“I’m serious, dude.” Krystal looked at Chanyeol’s eyes intensely

“Alright, stop it. Where’s Amber now?” Luna asked Chanyeol

“I don’t know, she ran away after I proposed her in the park.” Chanyeol informed them all and they all looked at Chanyeol while their jaw dropped

“Y-you-you proposed her??” Luhan asked him in stutter

Chanyeol heaved a sigh. “Yeah, and then she said that she couldn’t marry me because she had a husband. Please, tell me the truth.”

“Well, Amber said that she didn’t want anyone else to know about this actually.” Tao started to gather good words to explain. “They’ve been marrying for nine years since first year in high school.”

“What???” Chanyeol was shocked and bewildered. “Nine years????”

“Yes, and their marriage seems to be in not good term right now. She’s always waiting for him to come back but no luck until this day.” Luna added her boyfriend’s explanation for Chanyeol

“I-I don’t get it. Where’s he now?” Chanyeol was really curious about Amber’s husband

“He’s in Canada right now.” Luhan answered him. “He’s a billionaire and he really loves her.”

“If he does love her, why is he not here with her right now?” Chanyeol asked them all

“He manages his father’s company.” Krystal heaved a sigh and Chanyeol made questioning look. “He doesn’t have family anymore, his parents have left him alone so, he has to go back to Canada for being CEO in his father’s company. He only has Amber, she’s the one and the most important for him. So, please, don’t take her away from him.”

“But he makes her cry a lot.” Chanyeol complained

“We know.” Luna nodded. “We wanna thank you for always being there for her.” Luna held Chanyeol’s hand warmly.

“Thanks, now I know the truth behind Liu Amber.” Chanyeol gave them a little smile

“Wu Amber. It’s Wu Amber not Liu Amber.” Luhan corrected him and made Chanyeol believe that Amber really had a husband

It was dark night in Seoul, four people were waiting in the hospital with hope their best friend were alright after the accident that she had and caused her to have a little amnesia.

“If you really love her, come back here, you bastard!” Luhan shouted out loud through his phone and Tao accompanied him at the parking lot. “What are you doing right there?! Is business much more important than your wife?! Or you’re playing around with other women?!”

“W-what’s wrong? Why are you shouting? I’m in the middle of meeting right now.” Kris’ voice sounded in hurry

Tao grabbed Luhan’s phone from his grip. “Amber is dying!!! your business and go back here! It’s enough, Kris! You make her wait for you in such a long time!” Tao said it very fast, he couldn’t hear Kris’ voice anymore but only the voice of phone which was falling down to the floor

“How’s Kris?” Krystal asked the boys when they were entering Amber’s room again

Luhan and Tao just shook their heads and shrugged while the girls were sad and looked at Amber’s body which was lying on the bed. “That selfish bastard, why? Is it too difficult for him to see her? He’s a billionaire, he can buy private jet whenever he wants to, right? He’s stupid, he’s so stupid! And why do you love him so much?!” Luna was complaining to Amber who was still in coma

“How’s her? Is she alright?” Chanyeol sounded worry and in a rush when he was opening the door

“She’s still in coma.” Luhan informed him

“Oh, Gosh. If I didn’t let her go home alone, it wouldn’t happen. This is my fault.” Chanyeol felt guilty about it

“Doctor said she’ll be alright but she’ll have amnesia but we don’t know for how long.” Luhan told Chanyeol about her condition right now. Everyone felt worry, no exception.

“When will you wake up? I want you to see me first when you open your eyes.” Amber hadn’t been awakening yet. Chanyeol was always beside her all the time while the others hadn’t come yet to the hospital. He her hair and caressed her face. “I wanna know if you’re still remembering me.”

He kept looking at her, he kept waiting for her to wake up even he didn’t go to his office only for her. He held her hand tightly hoping she would open her eyes to see him. He kissed the palm of her hand, he missed her a lot, he missed everything about her.

A tall man ran through the corridor of the hospital, he felt worry about his own wife. He hadn’t seen her for years and now he came back for her.

He opened Amber’s room door as he called her name. “Amber.” He was surprised and bewildered. “Who are you?”
