When Amber was seeing Kris who was running away, she hurriedly stepped on Minho’s foot very hardly. She punched him on his cheek first before she pushed him until he fell to the white sand. 

 

She ran after Kris as she was panicked, it was just misunderstanding and she hoped that Kris wasn’t stupid to realize the reality between her and Minho. She ran as fast as she could but she couldn’t reach him because he ran very fast to the hotel.

 

When she was reaching at the front, suddenly, Minho’s friend hit on her. “Hey, why are you in a rush?” Key asked her although he knew about what just happened 

 

“C’mon, we watch fireworks together.” Taemin started to hold her hand to prevent her met Kris

 

“I’m sorry, I gotta go.” She pulled her hand and went away from them

 

Onew heaved a sigh seeing Amber ran to Kris’ room, “I guess Minho’s plan works on them.” 

 

“Yeah, I think so.” Jonghyun bit his inner cheek. “Did Minho really kiss her out of the blue?” 

 

Taemin shook his head. “He’s really an evil. I don’t wanna bother those lovebirds anymore. Oh Gosh, I feel so guilty…” 

 

 

…..

Amber pushed the doorbell but Kris didn’t want to open the door for her then, she kept knocking the door and called his name but he kept ignoring her like that. She was desperate, her eyes became wet by her tears, she tried to call him…

 

Kris lied on the bed as he felt angry towards her. He gave everything to her but what did she reply him? He felt jealousy started to fill his whole heart. He heard his phone vibrating and Amber’s name popped out, at first, he thought he would reject it but he decided to accept her phone call without saying anything. 

 

“Kris…” He could hear her trembling voice through his phone. “I know you hear me. Please open the door.” He didn’t reply her nor did he open the door for her

 

“I can explain everything…” She stuttered 

 

“Oh, Amber…” Out of nowhere, he could hear Luhan and Tao’s voice calling her name. He hung up his phone then, he curled up on the bed… 

 

“Why are you crying? What just happened?” Luhan asked her as he wiped her tears on her cheek 

 

“No… nothing… I gotta go.” She just went from their view desperately 

 

“We can accompany you until your room.” Tao offered a help 

 

“I’m okay, don’t worry.” 

 

Tao and Luhan pushed the doorbell as they called him. “Hey bro, open the door. It’s us.” 

 

Kris opened the door for them lazily then, he dropped himself on the bed again. “Are you fighting with her or something?” Tao asked him but he didn’t answer. “Do you know she’s crying because of you?” Tao continued again 

 

“You know you can’t break up with her because she’s still your wife. Just talk to her now.” Luhan assured him to talk to Amber 

 

“It’s none of your business. If she really loves me, she won’t kiss another guy.” Kris said in flat tone 

 

“She… WHAT??!” 

 

….

 

“Don’t cry again.” Luna patted Amber’s back as she gave her tissue over and over 

 

“Minho is just a dumb.” Krystal Amber’s hair while they were on the bed 

 

“But Kris is DUMBER!!” Amber shouted out loud then, she continued to cry 

 

“So, what’s your plan?” Krystal asked her 

 

“I don’t know, maybe I should punch Minho again tomorrow or kick his baby maker. I should torture him or cut him in his sleep, I hate him for ruining my relationship with my husband.” Suddenly, she stopped crying 

 

“Pffffttt… what??” They said in unison. After long talking, finally they fell asleep and Amber tried to forget about what happened this night although it was difficult but she still tried 

 

 

This day was the last day they were in school trip, they all were heading to their each house. Amber’s relationship with Kris wasn’t still going well although she really had kicked Minho in front of his friends and it became hot topic among students, but Kris still didn’t want to talk to her. 

 

 “What should I do to make you talk to me?” Amber shouted in front of Kris’ room in their house. “Can you just get out of your room?” 

 

Finally, he opened the door and saw her face in front of him. “So, you wanted to go alone only for meeting him then, you could kiss him, right? Am I right???” He shouted

 

“No.” She shook her head. “You’re not right.” 

 

“So? I’m absolutely right?? I saw you freaking kissed him in my eyes on the beach. I can’t trust you anymore.” He paused and it made Amber down. “I must've been crazy for confessing my feeling for you coz you’re not serious with me.” He said in cold tone then, he closed the door again

 

“Kris! Listen to me first!” She shouted in front of the door and she knocked on it very hardly. “Urgh!” Then, she kicked his bedroom and went to the downstairs. She called Krystal and Luna to accompany her to the mall 

 

 

‘’’’

 

“Kris is still mad at you?” Krystal asked her while they tried many accessories in store 

 

Amber nodded and bit her bottom lip. “Tsk! I know he’s stupid but I never knew he’s really that stupid. Can he just not be stupid for once in my life? I really love him and I hate that.” She paused then, she looked at her friends. “Do you think I’m stupid?” 

 

Luna and Krystal shook their head. “No.” Luna said to her. “You love him for sure but it’s just about time. Kris isn’t mature yet, his emotion is unstable…” 

 

“What should I do? I can’t even think properly anymore.” 

 

Her friends heaved a sigh. “Just chill for now… Let’s go shopping again, maybe you can forget about life for awhile.” Luna patted her back. 

 

They shopped around the mall until afternoon came. When they were going to grab some meals on second floor, they met Luhan, Tao and Kris coincidentally. “Oh my God, hi guys!” Luna came towards them and Tao gave her a quick hug 

 

“What a coincidence!” Luhan said as he wrapped Krystal’s shoulder 

 

“What about eating together with me?” Tao asked Luna only and they just went without saying anything to the others 

 

“Ah! I remember I should talk about something with Luhan. We’ll leave you both here, it’s okay right?” Krystal smiled to the Amber and Kris who were keeping a distance 

 

“Yeah, you both are sharing same house, so Kris, you can take her home.” He patted Kris’ shoulder. “Good luck, bro.” He whispered then, Kris only made questioning look 

 

“Bye, guys.” Krystal waved and left them both in silence 

 

Amber saw her own husband lazily as she brought her many stuff, she turned around without saying anything to Kris like he was a stranger for her. 

 

He followed her from behind and he kept an eye on her until she stopped her steps. “I wanna go to the toilet.” She told him 

 

He nodded. “Give me that.” His eyes directed to her stuff and she was confused. “Your stuff.” He took her stuff from her hands then, she went to the toilet while he waited for her… 

 

After a few minutes, she came out and saw him ate an ice cream on the bench by himself. She approached him and sat right next to him. She took tissue from her handbag because she saw there was cream on his nose and he didn’t realize about that. 

She wiped his nose and he was surprised. “Do you want it too?” He handed over his ice cream.. 

 

She that vanilla ice cream, out of the blue, Kris wiped her pinkish lips with his thumb. “Thanks.” She said 

 

“I think we should have our dinner now.” He suggested and she nodded, they went to eat together in silence. They decided not to talk about their problem right now because they both didn’t have the mood 

 

 

 

When they were reaching their house, Amber asked him in front of her bedroom door. “Kris, are we cool now?” 

 

He looked down at her and bit his inner cheeks. “Not yet..”

 

“You’re still upset?” 

 

“Don’t ask me again. Good night.” He entered his room which was right next to hers and she did too

 

 

When the midnight was coming, Kris had his insomnia again. Usually, he would ask Amber to accompany him but right now, it was different. He was still mad at her but he was too stubborn for not listening to her explanation, but he decided to enter her bedroom. 

 

Surprisingly, she didn’t lock the door so, he could enter it easily. He sat on the floor right beside her bed and he watched her while she slept. 

 

“I know mom and dad will kill me if I don’t take care of you but… Why do you not listen to me?” He complained. He leaned his back on her bed and he checked out a wedding picture on her desk 

 

He took it and saw their picture. He hugged the frame very tightly then, he fell asleep on the floor until morning …
