“Thank you, guys.” She hugged Tao at the front door after they brought Kris home coz he fainted 

 

Tao nodded as he hugged her back. “Good night.”

 

Luhan hugged her and he worried. “Is it okay if we leave you alone here?” He asked her because he knew her heart ached after Kris said something which hurt her a lot. She just nodded without saying anything 

 

They ended up the hug between them and Luhan her hair. “I’ll be fine. Don’t worry.” She tried to smile 

 

“We’ll go now.” Luhan said as he held her hand tightly to comfort her 

 

“Take care.” She smiled. The boys heaved a sigh as they saw her. “Bye.” 

 

 

She went to Kris’ bedroom and she sat right next to him who was sleeping soundly. Amber caressed his sleeping face very gently and she landed a soft kiss on his forehead. 

 

She wiped his tears every time she saw him crying in his sleep. She started to lie beside him and brought his hand closer onto her body. She kissed his hand before she told him good night in his ear. 

 

 

 

He stirred his body a bit to the left, he realized that he smelled vanilla fragrance which was very familiar for him. He opened his eyes slowly and found Amber whose hand embraced his very tightly. 

 

He brought up her chin with his fingers, a quick kiss was planted by him onto her lips. He made her get closer to him, so that he could lean his head on hers and feel her warmth. Never thought in his mind that he would need her very much in this time…

“How’s Kris?” Luna asked Amber at the school cafetaria. Luhan, Tao and Krystal were worried too about her coz it had been three days he didn’t come to school since his parents’ death. 

 

“He’s still down. Everyday I assure him to go to school…” She bit her lips 

 

“His answer?” Tao asked 

 

“He will come tomorrow.” She smiled. “But please, don’t treat him differently, I mean just act like usual.” 

 

“I know…” Luhan poked her shoulder 

 

After that, Amber walked through the corridor to her class then, there was bunch of girls coming to her for asking about Kris. “Amber, how’s Kris? You’re his girlfriend, you must’ve known about him, right?” 

 

“He will go to school tomorrow, don’t worry.” Amber’s smile made the girls sighed in relief. “Girls, can I ask for something?”

 

“OF COURSE!!! Everything’s for you.” They jumped gladly 

“Just fangirling over him like usual… Don’t show your sadness or you feel pity for him or something like that. You don’t want your most wanted boyfriend to be sad again, right?” She asked for them to help her 

 

They all got closer to her and gave her bear hug. “Amber….. We love your boyfriend too. We will help you.” They ended the hug then, gave her mega grin. “Thanks for sharing your boyfriend with us.” They said then, Amber smiled and nodded in confuse. They went from her and she continued her steps to her class as she mumbled, “I’m not sharing my husband with you guys.” She shook her head and chuckled

“KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! KRRIIIIISSSSS!!!!!! Finally, you’re coming!!!” Many girls hit on him at the parking lot in the morning after Kris got out of the car with Amber. But the girls, pushed Amber aside and they’re fangirling just like other days. 

 

After, they pushed Amber away, she just looked at the girls and her husband with smile from distance as she walked toward the building. “School starts with crazy girls again.” Krystal wrapped Amber’s shoulder suddenly 

 

“At least someone is smiling today.” 

 

“He’s looking at you. I guess he wants to be with you now.” Krystal said and Amber smiled shyly when she was realizing Kris took a glance at her secretly. “Hey, tell me something…” Krystal made a thousand meanings grin 

 

“Tsk!” Amber bit her bottom lip then, she whispered Krystal. “I’ve slept with him for three nights.” 

 

Krystal’s eyes widely opened. “I didn’t expect you say that! Gosh! You’re really husband and wife.” 

“We didn’t do anything.”  She explained 

 

Krystal giggled. “Well, I’m not sure. Ah, c’mon, let’s go to the class.”

Kris played in his basketball team as usual but he acted unusually. He couldn’t focus, he was little bit clumsy because his thoughts were still distracting him. Luhan was passing a ball to Kris while Kris was daydreaming in the middle of the court. The ball hit his head hardly and it made him dizzy. 

 

“Whoa! Kris!” The boys approached him, Luhan gave a hand for him to help him to get up. “Be careful, big guy.” 

 

“Tsk! What’s this? You’re handsome, you’re swag, you’re the MVP, you stole my girlfriend but actually you’re just clumsy, dude.” A boy told him 

 

“Choi Minho??? Why are you here?” Kris was in confuse and surprise when he was seeing Minho’s appearance

 

“Pass that ball to me. We’ll play one on one.” Minho challenged him 

 

“W-w-what??” He blinked his eyes in disbelief while Luhan gave him the ball. The other boys stepped back from the court and gave them space to play while Kris was still confused. 

 

Minho ran toward him and grabbed the ball from his grip. He easily made dunk to the ring. “Where’s your ability going?” Minho chuckled cynically as he passed the ball to Kris. 

 

“Hey, look, why are you here? This is not your field.” Kris asked him but Minho ran to him again and took back the ball very easy from Kris. “Hey! Hey! Hey! Wait! I’m not ready yet!!” Kris shouted as he ran after Minho. Minho made another dunk 

 

“Don’t make chit chat with your opponent, dude.” Minho approached him as he brought the ball. “Oh, that shot is for my girl right there.” Minho’s index finger pointed to Amber who was watching them on the bleachers with the other boys as he dribbled the ball

 

Kris’ eyes followed his direction. When he was realizing that Minho pointed to his wife, he watched Minho with narrowed eyes. Kris started to make his move, he tried to grab the ball from Minho while Minho was inattentive to him. 

 

“Oops..” Minho realized Kris’ move then, he ran away to the ring as he dribbled the ball. This time, Kris ran after him trying to grab back the ball but Minho did another dunk again and scored 

 

“It’s really easy to win in basketball. I never thought about that.” Minho chuckled, he approached Kris again and passed the ball. “Oh, hi Amber!! You saw it, right??” Minho waved and shouted 

 

“That’s enough!!” Kris shouted then, he made three points shot in front of everybody easily. “I never stole a girlfriend from you, short!” He shouted out loud 

 

Minho just smiled. Suddenly, he hugged Kris and made Kris’ eyes become wide. “You’re back, dude.” 

 

Everyone saw that scene in shock and disbelief. Minho hugged Kris. Everybody’s jaw dropped and their mouth made ‘WOW’ shaped

 

Kris realized that everyone saw him was hugged by playboy in this school. He pushed Minho away. “I’m not gay!” 

 

Everybody laughed at that scene even Amber laughed at him too. The boys whispered in Amber’s ear. “Kris is so cute. Kyaa!” Amber’s face shifted into ‘wtf’ faced after she heard that, even the boys were fangirling over her husband too

 

“I’m newbie in this department. Hope we can play together very well, captain.” Minho said politely to Kris 

 

“You’re really good player. Welcome to the club, playboy.” Kris said with swag and it made Minho roll his eyes because he always acted cool

Kris was wandering the house, he didn’t know what to do. His brain couldn’t work properly, he really needed someone to talk to. “Where’s Amber?” He asked a servant 

 

“She’s at the back of the house. She said that she would make something for you.” Sunny said 

 

“’Something’ what?” 

 

“I don’t know. Just check her.” Sunny shrugged. Kris was curious about it, so he checked Amber at the back of the house. 

 

He approached her who was wearing a dress under the tree with many lanterns surrounded her. 

 

“How is it?” She asked him about the decoration of their house yard. 

 

“Beautiful.” He asked with flat tone without seeing anything coz his eyes only looked at her appearance 

 

“How do I look?” She smiled as she made a cute pose 

 

“You make this become more beautiful.” He made intense stare

 

“Come here, give me your hug.” She gave him a little smile and hugged him tightly in her arms. 

 

“Should I take a shower first and change my clothes into tux?” Kris asked her coz he only wore a shirt and short pants

 

“No.” She broke the hug and fixed his messy hair. “Just give me your smile. I really miss it.” 

 

Kris gave her a little smile and leaned his forehead onto hers. “I’ll go to Canada after this last year in school.” He gave her butterfly kiss 

 

“I know.” She closed her eyes and tried to not cry coz he would leave her. “Just don’t make babies with another girl.” 

 

Kris laughed. “Stupid… I won’t… but maybe 8 or 9 years later with you.” 

 

“It’s comforting me when I hear your laugh again.” She circled her arms around his neck while his arms were around her waist 

 

“I guess… that I’ve been blessed cause I’ve got you by my side.” He made sweet words in her ears. They sealed their love with one long tender kiss, they both felt many butterflies in their tummy…

 

“I’m sorry for everything… I was too emotional at that time. I shouted and I made you hurt. I promise, I won’t do that again…” He kissed her all over her face as he apologized 

 

“I’m always here for you… We’re family…” She said with soft voice 

 

He nodded and caressed her smooth hair. “Thanks.” One more time, he planted his kiss onto her again
