Donghae took care of me for a little more than a week before I was fully recovered and I must say that it was the best week that I had had in a long while. But then it was time to get back to work and I must say that even though I had loved spending alone time with Donghae I had missed the rest of the boys.

“MELISSA!!!!!” Siwon exclaimed happily as fast as I entered the dance studio where they all were gathered and perfected their already awesome dances

“YOU’RE BACK!” Eunhyuk yelled excitedly

“OH MY GOD! FINALLY!” Yesung shouted and I was soon hugged by all of them

“We’ve missed you so much” Leeteuk told me and hugged me tightly and planted a kiss on my forehead making me smile, I really had missed all of them so much, they were honestly like my family now

“Yeah, we have all been extremely jealous of Donghae that have been taking care of you” Kangin said and I chuckled

“I’ve missed you too and now I’m back! I told them and they all smiled

“Good! Then we can tell you the exciting news we have and that we have been dying to share with you!” Ryeowook said happily

“We’re going to Paris, what’s so exciting about that?” Kyuhyun said and my face dropped, Paris? No way!

“Way to go to ruin the moment Kyuhyun” Donghae complained and sighed but Kyuhyun just shrugged

“We’re going to Paris?” I questioned and they all nodded

“Yes, actually tomorrow, we couldn’t tell you before you were recovered so that’s why it’s on so short notice, but you HAVE to come with us!” Sungmin said and I smiled at their excitement

“Really? Tomorrow, wow” I replied, I was going to Paris! I had never been to Paris before but I had always wanted to go, Heechul had promised me that he’d take me there... No Melissa! You can’t think about Heechul! The past is the past! Heechul is my past and now I have to focus on my future, my future here in Seoul, my future with Super Junior, with Donghae...

“Yeah, it’s for music bank, a lot of other idols are going as well and we’re having a big concert there” Shindong explained to me

“And you guys want me to come with you?” I questioned, I had to be sure before I got too excited

“Of course!” Donghae exclaimed “ I mean you are our assistant after all, and we would never leave you alone here” he continued, well Paris, here I come!

So the next day we all were going to Paris. I had been packing the whole night and it had been driving me crazy. I had absolutely no idea what to bring, all my clothes seemed so ugly. I was going to be surrounded with idols. Not only male idols but girl idols too, a thing that made me very uncomfortable. I had met Girls Generation and F(x) a few times and that always made me feel very ugly, they all looked so perfect. But one thing that was good was that Gabbi also was coming to Paris with us so I was going to have some company and not being forced to socialize with the intimidating girl idols.

I have to say one thing, being at an airport with Super Junior isn’t the easiest thing in the world, so many different minds with so many different wills. After a lot of effort we finally got on the plane, I was seriously exhausted by that time, but it was apparently only the start. But then what had I expected from Super Junior? A calm flight? No... That was never going to happen. My beloved boys are never calm and that’s what I love about them.

“I wanna sit next to Melissa!” Yesung exclaimed and tried to get past Siwon but he blocked the way for Yesung

“No, I wanna sit next to Melissa!” Leeteuk said and grabbed Yesung’s shirt trying to pull him away and get pass him but Siwon was still blocking the way

“No idea to fight, I’M sitting next to Melissa” Ryeowook then said and came from the other way but then Kangin grabbed him by the arm making him stop before he got into the seat next to me

“Guys there is no idea whatsoever that you fight cuz Gabbi is going to sit next to me” I told them calmly but they all just looked at me in disbelief

“Melissa, Gabbi is sitting next to Eunhyuk” Kangin told me and I turned around to find that he was right, she was in fact sitting with Eunhyuk I glared at her, I was too tired to fight with childish men, she just looked at me apologetically and I pouted

“Then I can sit next to you noona!” Kyuhyun exclaimed happily and he was just about to sit down next to me but then Siwon grabbed him by the arm and pulled him away and held him back, Siwon was seriously holding back three of them from sitting next to me, he’s impressively strong

“Guys, let Melissa choose” Siwon said firmly and they all nodded

“Fine” Kyuhyun muttered “Who do you want to sit next to noona?” he continued asking me with an aegyo voice and I had to fight myself from bursting into laughter, it wasn’t every day that Kyuhyun the evil maknae of Super Junior did aegyo

“I wanna sit next to...” I started but was cut off

“DONGAHE! Donghae oppa! Come and sit here with me! Please!” A voice from behind me yelled, I looked back and sitting just behind me was no other than Jessica from Girls Generation, just great... There was no way that I could compete with her, she was far too beautiful and I was just plain, plain boring that is, Donghae would choose here over me any day. I felt a sting in my heart thinking that and it surprised me, was I jealous?

“I don’t know Jessica I have to hear something first” Donghae started and I saw that he was just next to my seat, (how on earth did he get pass Siwon?) and then he turned to me and smiled “Who did you say that you wanted to sit with?” he questioned softly and I saw Jessica glare at me

“You” I whispered carefully but he heard it and a smile appeared on his beautiful face, was he smiling because of me?

“Sorry Jessica I’m sitting with Melissa” Donghae then said and sat himself next to me and I saw that Jessica pouted

“Yah! Jessica noona! That’s our seat! Move it! Go sit next to Sunny or someone instead” I then heard Kyuhyun exclaim

“Yeah, move!” Sungmin agreed and an angry looking Jessica got up from her seat and went to Sooyoung that was sitting in the front of the plane. I caught the sight of myself in a mirror and frowned. I really wasn’t even half as good looking as any of the girl idols. I was just an average girl, nothing and no one compared with them. Donghae would never like me when he was around all of those beautiful girls all the time, sigh...

“What is it?” Donghae then asked me concerned interrupting my thoughts; he had obviously seen me frown

“Nothing” I told him and tried to sound convincing, but Donghae isn’t the person who gives up easily and I was easy to read so he knew that I wasn’t telling him the truth

“You were frowning Melissa, so obviously something must have been bothering you” he said softly and grabbed my hand in his, I shuddered under his touch and closed my eyes

“Don’t worry Donghae, it was nothing important” I tried to assure him but he shook his head and looked at me

“Everything that bothers you is important, so tell me” he insisted and I sighed, I wasn’t going to tell him here, not at the plane

“Can we take it another time Donghae? I don’t feel like talking about it here on the plane” I told him and he nodded

“Sure, anything for you” he replied and I smiled weakly and let out a yawn, he then leant my head to rest on his shoulder and wrapped an arm around me

The flight was exhausting; my Super Junior boys sure had a lot of energy. I tried to sleep through the whole flight but of course they didn’t allow me to do that, they wanted to play all sorts of different games. But after what seemed forever we landed in Paris. When we got to the hotel all I wanted to do was to throw myself on the bed and sleep! And I did so to be honest. I had never been so tired in my entire life. Well at least it felt like it. I actually slept till the next day. A knock on the door woke me up and then the door slammed open, it was Gabbi and Eunhyuk. Never peace and quiet!

“Good morning Melissa!” Gabbi sang happily and pulled the covers away from me and then she went to the window and opened the drapes inviting the sun into the room

“Time to go and explore Paris” Eunhyuk continued and pulled away my pillow, I moaned in irritation and turned around and started kicking with my feet

“Let me sleep! I’m jetlagged” I complained

“Nope” Eunhyuk said and in the next second I found myself in his arms “You have two options, either you go change and follow us voluntarily or I will carry you down like this” he continued and I caught the sight of myself in a mirror, I looked horrible

“Fine, I’ll get changed” I muttered and Eunhyuk put me down and I went to the toilet and washed up and got changed. Thirty minutes later I joined them and we all went to the restaurant together. When we got there I went straight to the available seat next to Donghae without really thinking.

“Good morning princess” he said softly and hugged me

“Morning” I replied sleepy and started eating

“We’re gonna explore the city today!” Yesung then exclaimed excitedly

“Yeah, Eunhyuk told me” I replied tiredly, how on earth could they have so much energy? What was wrong with them!?

We ate and then it was time to go out on the streets of Paris, but seriously I was really tired, I would rather have stayed in bed. Donghae noticed that so he went up to me and wrapped on arm around my shoulder as to support me and I leaned my head to his shoulder and just let him lead me to wherever he wanted, I was too tired to care

“Tired?” he asked and I nodded            

“Yeah, very, I can’t believe how you all can have so much energy” I said and Donghae chuckled

“I know, it’s tiring only to watch” he replied

“It beautiful here though” I said after a while of walking

“Yeah, I know, isn’t it? I love this city”

“Heechul always wanted to take me here” I whispered but of course Donghae had heard me, I swear that man has some sort of super hearing!

“Melissa I’m so... “He started but I cut him off

“Don’t worry about it, it doesn’t hurt as much as I thought it would, I actually think that I’m starting to get over him” I told Donghae happily and he smiled

“Good, you need that” he told me and I nodded

“Yeah, I really do”

“Donghae oppa!” A sharp voice from behind then yelled interrupting us, we both looked back and there was Jessica, why did she always have to ruin my moments with Donghae? It sure wasn’t the first time she had done it and she was starting to get on my nerves

“Hi Jessica” he replied and smiled at her

“Don’t you just absolutely love Paris oppa? I sure do, especially when I can be with you, Paris wouldn’t be the same without you Donghae oppa, can’t you come and walk with me? Let Melissa walk with Yesung, please?” she said and grabbed Donghae by the arm and I looked at her in disbelief, what had the just said? Donghae was walking with me and with me only! Couldn’t she see that?! She could go to hell with her sugar sweet voice and beautiful face... Oh my god I’m jealous!

“I’m sorry Jessica, but there is no other person that I would want to share this with than Melissa” he told Jessica and I looked at him surprised and Jessica glared at me

“But oppa!” She complained with and aegyo voice and pouted

“No Jessica, please leave” Donghae told her and she put on a fake smile

“I hope you’ll enjoy today then” she said and Donghae nodded but when he turned away she shot me a death glare and mouthed “You’ll pay for this”, I just sighed, it wasn’t my fault that Donghae had said that, why are girls so much drama!?

“She likes you” I muttered when she was out of sight and Donghae chuckled

“Yeah I know, but I couldn’t like her less, she’s kinda annoying, she’s nothing like you” he said and smiled

“Really?” I questioned and he nodded

“Yeah, you’re amazing, yes a bit annoying at times but far from as annoying as Jessica” he told me and chuckled and I grinned

“Thanks Donghae” I told him and wrapped my arms around him tightly not ever wanting to let go

“Oh look Melissa! There’s the Eifel Tower!” Donghae exclaimed and he was right, there it was, the famous Eifel Tower, it looked so cool.

“Wow”

“It’s cool isn’t it, wait till you see it by night, it’s even more amazing then” he told me and I believed him “we should go here tonight again and I’ll show you” he continued carefully and looked at me hopefully

“I’d love to Donghae” I replied and we stood like that for a while, but then I noticed something “Where did the others go?” I questioned and Donghae looked around confused

“I think we lost them” he replied and we both chuckled

“Call Eunhyuk then” I told him but he looked at me and smiled widely and shook his head

“Are you so much against spending a day with me alone? You can’t stand being without the rest of the boys, huh?” he teased and I pouted

“You know that’s not true!” I complained and he let out a chuckle

“You’re so cute, but now let’s go; I’ll make this the best day ever, you will never forget this day, I promise”
