   I puffed my cheeks and nodded hesitantly. He seemed to smile happily for the first time I’ve seen him and it was creeping the hell out of me.

   I looked away and started walking. He walked beside me and started whistling. I chuckled as I remembered the tune.

   “Do you like that song so much?” I asked him.

   “Of course.” He nodded.

   “Why?”

   He smiled and looked at me while bringing his finger up to his lips.

   “It’s a secret.”

   I frowned.

   He chuckled and shook his head. “It’s too confidential.”

   I pouted and nodded. “Alright then. But your secret hideout isn’t so secret anymore is it?

   He looked at me surprised that I brought that up.

   “Well, if you can’t keep it to yourself then I think I’d have to find another place.”

   “Why do you like the greenhouse anyway? What’s so special about it?”

   “I told you that part was confidential.”

   “And your scars.” I said, wrinkling my nose at the blurry memory of his long scars.

   “That too.”

   “Right. So I suppose I’m not allowed to know where your house is too?”

   “Well if you really want to know that much then I’d have to walk you home every day.” He smirked.

   “Why would I even agree to that?” I frowned. “I’m not even comfortable in this state.”

   “Then you wouldn’t know anything about me.” He said.

   I puffed my cheeks and huffed. “FINE. You win.”

   “Of course I did.”

   I rolled my eyes. “Just make sure that we have a deal.”

   He smirked. “Sure.”

   We neared the main road towards the orphanage but I didn’t stop in front of it. Instead, he did.

   “Isn’t this your stop?” he asked.

   “How did you-“

   “That’s confidential too.”  He smirked.

   I leaned away from him. “You are one creepy guy.”

   “Do you like creepy, mysterious guys?” he asked.

   I shook my head.

   “Then why do you keep sticking with me then?”

   “Hey I-”

   He pushed me up the staircase and smiled while he waved, bringing my umbrella with him.

   “I thought I was walking you home too! Plus you have my umbrella!” I yelled after him.

   He looked back at me and grinned, making my heart jump out of my chest.

   “I had my fingers crossed.”

   ….Trolled.
