I awoke from my sleepless dreams back in my dorm. I awoke because of the soreness in my legs. I force my self to get out of bed and get ready for the day. The room was spinning as I stepped out of bed. I nearly fell flat on my face. I picked my self up a continued with getting ready.

 

The air out side brushed against my skin lightly. The air was so cold it made me get goose bumps on my legs and arms. I rubbed my arms trying to get warmer as I walked but no such luck I was still cold. ‘I should have brought a sweater’ I continued walking to class slowly when Mei Mei called for me to wait up.

 

“Hey!” she chirped at me

“Hey.” I spoke the word with fake enthusiasm 

“What’s wrong?” she questioned me

“Oh, my leg just hurts is all.”

“Ahh, I’m sorry! Go to the nurse and get some ice.”  

“Nah, it’s not that bad.”

 

We reached our class room and split up to go to our seats. I had just gotten to my seat when Wang Zi came and sat next to me. He turned and looked at me with a hard expression. I opened my mouth to speak only to be interrupted by the teacher walking in to the class room ranting about how people should watch where they’re going.

 

“What’s up?” I questioned him quietly as the lesson began

“Why are you suddenly hanging out with Genie Again?” 

“That’s none of your business!” I spat turning to look at the board
