“Are you Shen?”, Kris widened his eyes.

“Yes. I’m Shen. Are you Kris? You fine?”, she said sarcastically.

*She’s not wearing a stunning dress but she still shines like a star… Ah. speaking of Star, we’re both wearing the necklace. Ahh~ this feels good… really~*, Kris kept on staring at you.

“I- I’m fine… You look different…”, Kris said, still stunned by your simplicity… (A/N: simple is beautiful… ^^)

“Of course… I wear a maid uniform everyday. I really look different today. And I feel comfortable, unlike when I’m wearing that maid uniform… I feel free today.”, she brushed her hair with her fingers.

*Did I gave her a hard time becoming my slave? I made her suffer that much that she feels imprisoned?*, guilt feeling suddenly stabbed him.

“Yah~ young master… I’m really not in the mood today, so If you want to keep on staring at me and not moving, then let’s just eat here at home.”, she crossed her arms.

“Ah. No. Let’s go.”, Kris grabbed her hand and lead her to his car and drove off.

After a few minutes…

“We’re here.”, Kris announced and went out to open the door for you. You arrived at a high class restaurant. You stepped out of the car.

But you look powerless and you look like you lost somebody important in your life. Kris noticed the sad aura enveloping you.

You were about to enter the restaurant’s door when…

“Sit down.”, Kris pushed you back in the car.

“Wh-why are you—“

“You seem lifeless… Let’s eat somewhere. I know a place that can boost your energy.”

After another few minutes… you arrived… (A/N: ahhh~ atlast… >.<)

“Here. Get out.”, Kris became impatient and didn’t opened the door for you.

“O-okay.”, you answered lifelessly.

“I know this place…”, you mumbled.

“Yes… this is the park where I saw you crying.”

“W-what are we doing here?”, you furrowed your eyebrows.

You heard him gulped his saliva and smiled nervously, “W-we are g-going to eat d-dinner…”

“Dinner?”

“Yes… just follow me…”

Both of you arrived infront of a food stand. “Uhm… we would like to take 10 pieces of this and 5 of this”, he started ordering streetfoods.

*I never thought that I’m going to eat this dirty food… This is a bad idea.*, Kris thought and glanced at you quickly. Both his stomach and heart softened when he saw you drooling over the food.

You noticed his glum expression and spoke up, “You know, you don’t have to eat this if you don’t want.”, you laughed.

“N-no… I know you like food like this… I-I’m fine…”, He stuttered.

“Okay sure~”, you said in an unconvinced tone. *Seeing him caring like that… it’s touching… I think… YES… I will trust him from now on…*, Shen thought.

“A bottle of beer can bring out your feelings right now.”, Kris said. “Wait here. I’ll be back”

You sat down on a bench under a lamp post.

He came back with 3 bottles of beer. “I never really bought such food and drinks my whole life.”, he said as he settled the bottles at the seat.

“Really?”, you were shocked. “That’s true”, he nodded, “You owe me this huh~ I had a hard time running away from the cashier lady.”, he continued.

You laughed hard because of his statement. “HAHAHAHAHAHA! I never forced you to do this for me in the first place.”

“But your smile… forced me to do so…”, your eyes widened. “W-what did you just say?”

“Nothing… you have ears. You should’ve heard it clearly. It’s your lost.”, he sarcastically said.

“Uhhh…”

“Eat this while it’s hot~”, he stuffed a piece of meat in your mouth forcefully. “Drink this… but don’t get very drunk okay?”, he handed you a bottle of beer.

After 2 bottles...

“WOAHHH~ I’m not yet drunkkk~ Whatchu thoking abouuutttss??? Kreeaassseee wadduuuup?!”

“You need to go home now… I’ll send you home.”

“N-noooo! there’s one bottle leffttt!!! You can’t just leave it there Kreeeaaasseee… *faking a sob* It will feel lonely… We can’t leave this here… huhuhu~ Please? I don’t want the bottle to suffer like me and my sister… huhuhu~”, you begged while shaking Kris’ arm.

“Why are you being like this?”, Kris said in a pitying tone.

“Don’t you know?! Hahaha! you’re so dumb Krisss~ Today is the anniverssssary… My parents left us! Yehey! YAY! wooo!”, you started crying and laughing and cheering and shouting… Inshort, you’ve gone wild…

“That’s why you’re feeling doomed all day?”

“Hahaha! you’re really so dummmbbb idiot~~~ My parents made my heart like thisss!!!”, you picked up a stone and started throwing them everywhere not caring if you will hurt somebody.

Kris was shocked by your actions so he stood up and back hugged your waist… “Please stop…”, he muttered. *It’s so hard seeing you like this. It hurts me Shen Roo Ang… it hurts me*

“Huhuhu! But you! you made me complete again! COMPLETE! I learned to trust people again becowwwzzz owf yoowww~~~ Krizzz! I trust you! I treasure you nowww~ it’s decided! period!”, you hold on to his arms and rocked him side to side.

*Is she indirectly confessing?*, Kris thought.

“WHY AREN’T YOU SPEAKING?! AHH! yess~ maybe becowz you were zurprized that today is the anniversary?! OH YEZZZ~~~ of corz you wont know! becozzz all you know is to make others life freaking hard!”, you broke the hug and started pointing at him.

Kris was startled by the sudden change of topic. “You made my life hard~ That’s why I’m hesitating if I should trust yow or not… huhuhu~”

“Yes I know… Punch me now. I regret everything…”, Kris looked at you with blurry eyes and tear-stained face. He was keeping it from the very beginning… He wants to show you that he’s strong. But seeing you all drunk, what’s the use?

You slowly calmed down and sat. “Do… do you know… that I got bitten by the snake? Kris? I didn’t tell you because I don’t want you to BE HAPPY! right? you will be happy if you know I’m hurt?! right?!”

“That’s NOT TRUE! I want to protect you! I just don’t know how because you’re so fragile! I don’t know how to handle you…”, Kris punched the tree which made his fist bleed. *I didn't know that i will be the one, the one who cares about you, lead you to your own danger... I'm so sorry...*

“LIAR! Do you think I’m stupid?! You made me bitten by a snake! Almost got bitten by a rat also! Break my legs while cleaning the slippery bathroom!”

“Shen-ah~ why are you making things hard for me? Do you want freedom?”, Kris asked bluntly.

“YES! away~ away from your commands… away from you… dangerous monster…”, you mumbled and stopped crying… And drifted to dreamland.

“You’re already asleep?”, Kris grabbed you by the arm.

“Now… I know your heart…”

Oh my gosh~ I can’t believe that I wrote this! :O because i don't know the feeling of being drunk in the first place... XD i've never tasted soju or any type of beer and I DON'T WANT~ haha~i just watch drunk scenes on TV~ kkk~
