Narrator's POV:

Shen was called by the waiter earlier and said that there's an emergency.

As Shen walked infront of the customer's table, Kris spoked.

"What do you think is this?", Kris raised his chopsticks again.

"A thread?", Shen answered unsuringly and raised a brow.

"Are employees here really dumb? This. is. your. hair. Ms. Cook. wanna-be.", he leaned on his chair and sat like a god crossing his arms.

*Aish! How can this happen? I'm obviously my hair net. How...*, Shen thought.

"Sorry about that sir. I'll just cook another one if you want to.", Shen offered.

"No thanks. You cook CRAP dishes. That marinated beef is very salty. So... is this the famous Fangshan restaurant? This restaurant shouldn't be called high class at all. And it should've not been established at all. I'm pretty sure that the owner of this place is dumb too?", he said nonchalantly and looked away.

She was offended with the words that came out from that stranger and got shocked.

This place is where she fulfilled her dreams. This restaurant is where she started working hard just to raise her little sister alone. And after saying such things to her, after being humiliated, he didn't get even more contented and even humiliated the restaurant which is Shen's second home.

*I have much respect for Mr. president, and that guy said those things because of me? I don't want this to happen. No... No.* Shen thought.

"I'm the only one to blame sir! Don't put the name of our restaurant in shame just because of an hairstrand may it be mine or not! Blame me... Only me!", Shen shouted furiously. Other customers looked at your direction.

"Is that so? Put the blame only on you? Then. QUIT your job now. If you do, I will take back my words. This place will be high class as you wish.", Kris challenged.

"Sir, we will really fire her. We should've fired her before.", the waiter explained. Shen was taken aback. She felt goosebumps crawling all over her from head to toe. It's like she is being betrayed by her co-worker.

"Good. I don't have the appetite anymore. This is my payment for eating a cra- delicious food i mean.", Kris left the bill, stood up and walked outside leaving Shen, the waiter, and the customers dumb-founded.

"Shen, sorry, but you should leave now. You just put all of us into shame. Go away.", The waiter clenched his teeth and walked away.

I cried alone on a swing at the playground near the resto. I don't have any job now. What should i do? Why do people hate me?
