Junsu and Tiffany reached in the hospital. Tiffany was in the emergency room. Tiffany said to the doctor

Tiffany: Doctor, can you help me?

Doctor: What is it?

Tiffany: Tell my friends out there that my baby are abort and I'm died!

Doctor: What?! Are you crazy?

Tiffany: Please doctor! I want to leave Korea. I cannot bear to stay here anymore.

Doctor: Okay, I help you!

Tiffany: Thank you doctor.

For three years Tiffany take care of her child and she really missed her friends especially SNSD and Junsu.

Tiffany: Junhee, Lee Junhee!

Junsu: Lee Junhee?

Tiffany: Since her father's name is Lee Jinki!

Junsu: Can I change her name?

Tiffany: Change her name to what?

Junsu: Kim Junhee!

Tiffany: Huh?!

Junsu: Tiffany, will you...... marry me? 3 years without you by my side make me like crazy. Please, Stephanie Hwang Miyoung?! We start our new life and I will be a good father to Junhee!
