Folie à DEUXSeulgi took another step but stopped. She turned around.
Joohyun just smiled at her.
Seulgi frowned then continued walking. When Joohyun’s footstep seemed to still follow, she turned around again. “The are you doing Joohyun?”
Joohyun shrugged. “I just wanted to know where you hangout. You quitted dance club already.”
“What? Aren’t you supposed to be going home? The sun is setting already.” Seulgi retorted, annoyed.
“I’ll be fine.” Joohyun answered.
Seulgi sighed. “I’m in a different club now so—”
“Yeah? Then let me watch your activities.”
“What? No!” Seulgi exclaimed.
Joohyun raised a brow. “Why not?”
Seulgi exhaled sharply. “Look, you’re not going to like the club I’m in, okay? So, just go home before the sun even sets.”
Joohyun sighed. “I’ll be okay, Seulgi. And why are you deciding on my behalf whether I’ll like your club or not? Is it something fishy?”
“What? No! Just, go home, Joohyun.” Seulgi turned her back then started walking away, stomping.
But Joohyun stubbornly followed. “Oh, I see. Is it that kind of club where you learn about how to hold yourself in and last for more than a minute and you know, pleasing your girl the right way without being an inconsiderate jerk? Seeing that you knew all these things.”
Seulgi flinched and blushed at the smirking voice. She turned around immediately, flustered. “What the hell, Joohyun?! No!”
Joohyun shrugged. “I just don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t let me see your activities there.”
Seulgi huffed in annoyance. “It’s the Ghost Club, Joohyun.”
Joohyun perked up in surprise. “Oh, really?” She nodded. “First I’ve heard we have that kind of club.” She shrugged. “Okay, let’s go.”
“What??” Seulgi asked in disbelief. “It’s the Ghost Club, Joohyun. Ghosts.”
“Yeah, I heard you. I’m not deaf. I even hear ghosts you know.”
“Are you for real, Joohyun??” But Joohyun ignored her and walked ahead of her, making her watch in disbelief, having no choice but to follow the stubborn girl.
Seulgi entered the clubroom wordlessly, startling Yerim as she just watched the older girl stomped her way to the corner, then slumped, then laid on her side, her back facing them.
“Seulgi-unnie—”
“Hello—oh,”
Yerim and Joohyun looked at each other, the latter peeking her head inside. “It’s you—” Both of them muttered, stopping because they spoke at the same time.
Seulgi looked over her shoulder, eyes squinting. “You know each other?”
“No.” Yerim and Joohyun spoke again at the same time.
Seulgi frowned then turned back.
“Mind if I observe your activities?” Joohyun asked Yerim as she shyly entered inside.
“Sure, uhm, unnie.” Yerim answered, slumping herself on the floor.
“Bae Joohyun; you can call me Joohyun-unni
