True to their word, all of them waited with Karina. Hinihintay nila ang outcome ng pag-uusap nila Gregory at Athena. Whatever the outcome would be, Karina is Winter's. Kahit sumama pa siya sa America at makakita ng mga Amerikana na maganda, kay Winter pa rin siya uuwi. Because who is she kidding? Wala na namang ibang tatalbog sa ganda  ni Winter. 

"You know America is not that far if ever," Jeno joked. He wants to lighten up the mood. Para kasing lahat sila ay down dahil sa nangyayari. Tangina lang. It took one man to caused these many people's pain, sadness and misery. Dapat talaga ay hindi na pumapasok sa isang committed relationship kung walang plano magloko. Okay lang naman sana kung nafall out of love lang, or ibang reasons, pero cheating? Damn.

"Jeno,  umayos ka." Bulong ni Jaemin at kinurot ang tagiliran ni Jeno. The latter winced in pain. Nagbibiro lang naman siya. 

They overheard the adults that  Gregory is planning to bring Karina to America if he had ever gotten her custody. Sa America kung saan nakatira ang kabit niya. May mga balita rin na buntis daw ang kabit kaya rin nila ipinupush ang divorce. And it hurts Winter to imagine the love of her life loving the kid her father conceived with another woman while still married to her mother. 

"But he's right! Gagawin nating kapitbahay ang America," Lia said with crossed arms. Hindi naman sila papayag na mapunta sa America si Karina. Over their dead bodies. Ano pang gagawin nila sa airline na pag-aari nila kung hindi rin nila pupuntahan palagi si Karina? 

"If you want, we can migrate there with you," Yuna said and shrugged. They're in this together and forever. 

"We can even force your good-for-nothing father to allow us to live with you." Sabi naman ni Chaeryeong. Karina winced. She appreciated the concerns and efforts, but she is fine. And she would be.

"Y'all don't need to go that far." She said while holding Winter's hand. The younger squeezed her hand to comfort her. If she only needs one thing to bring, then she'll surely bring Winter. Oo na, tao na si Winter at hindi bagay, but Winter is one of the most important people in her life right now. 

A few minutes after, the adults got out of the office. Naunang umalis ang mga lawyers ng parents nila. Greg, Athena, and her sisters stood up in front of them. 

"Anak," Greg called but Karina did not bother looking up. She saw her mother with her sisters on the side. Tumayo siya at niyakap ang tatlo. She hugged them tightly. Too afraid that if she lets go, she'll never see them again. 

"Karina." Greg called sternly. Humarap naman si Karina sakanyang ama.

"What do you want?" She asked with a raised brow. Hinawakan niya ang kamay ni Irene. 

"I hope you well, Karina. And since you're all here, I want to say I am sorry. I was a bad husband, but I am not a bad father. Sana alam nyo yun," sabi niya. Aalis na sana siya nang magsalita si Winter. 

"You were a bad man, Tito Greg. You were a bad father too. Sayang lang kasi akala namin mabait ka. And myself for idolizing you dati." she said. Hindi na lumingon ulit si Gregory  at tuluyan nang umalis sa bahay ng mga Yu. He left the women's lives. And they're very much okay with it. 

"Thank you for staying with me," bulong ni Karina kay Winter. She planted a small kiss on the younger's cheek. 

"And gusto ko rin magpasalamat sainyo. You did not leave me, and I feel blessed to have you guys." Sabi niya sa kanyang mga kaibigan at isa-isa silang niyakap.

'LET'S PARTY!!!" Sigaw ni Tiffany at tumakbo pababa ng bahay nila. Napailing na lang sila Irene at Karina. 

"Let's go out and eat," sabi ni Athena at sinundan ang panganay na anak. 

"Dapat may lechon!" Jaemin said. Winter scoffed.

"Papakainin ka na nga, choosy ka pa. Ang kapal talaga ng mukha mo," sabi ni Minju at kinurot ang tagiliran ni Jaemin. The latter jerked in pain. 

"Nagccrave kasi ako, bakit ba?" Hinawakan ni Winter ang kamay ni Karina. 

"So, what do you think about being my girlfriend?" She asked with a smile. Naiwanan silang dalawa sa may seond floor. Tumaas ang kilay ni Karina.

"Akala ko ba ako ang nanliligaw, bakit ikaw ang nagtatanong?" She asked. Ipinatong ni  Winter ang parehas na kamay niya sa balikat ni Karina. She smirked.

"Because I am competitive and you, Miss Ma'am, are my greatest rival." Karina leaned down and pecked the shorter girl's lips. She kissed her lips a lot of times that even Winter lost count. 

"What are you doing, Karina? Woodpecker ka ba?" Tanong ni Winter at tinakpan na ang labi niya. But she won't lie, she did find the older's lips addicting. Mint and vanilla. Those lips are hers, and not anyone's. Just hers. Ano naman kung wala pa silang label? Kung pwede ka nga lang, deretso kasal na sila. Wala namang tututol. 

"Why? Bawal ko na ba halikan ang girlfriend ko?"
