Byulyi knocked on the door to Wheein’s cell, which she didn’t know why she did because Wheein never opens the door to her knocks anymore. 

“Whee, I’ve cleared out my cell, and there’s nothing really worth keeping but I’ve kept a box of stuff for you. I—I think they’re worth keeping and I want you to have it. I left it on the table, okay? So.. Um.. Come out and take it when I leave this place.” Byulyi said against the door. A few minutes of silence and Byulyi can’t help but whisper, “Try and get clean, okay? For yourself.” 

She sighed and grabbed the clothing that Officer Yuri had passed to her. Yongsun had brought some clothes for her prior to her release, and for that Byulyi was grateful. She didn’t have to wear what she wore when she first came here. 

Of course, Yongsun had gotten her expensive clothes. 

Byulyi almost fell asleep the moment she put on the hundred percent cotton sweatshirt that is suitable for every season and the hundred percent cotton denim jeans. The denim jeans mold perfectly to her legs. So much better than the prison issued sweatpants. So much.

Officer Yuri escorted Byulyi towards the gate. Turning around and looking over the yard, Byulyi bid goodbye to this hole she called home for several years. She never imagined she'd have the courage to leave this place, but thanks to Yongsun, she now has a reason to build a new life and settle down. Because of Yongsun, Byulyi was brave enough to follow her dreams.

"Don't look back, okay? I'll take care of Jung, I promise. Come visit her when you have time." Yuri pat on Byulyi's shoulder gen
