"It was the work of a Dragon." The High Commander of the Earthly Regions reported an unusual surge of celestial powers to the Jade Emperor. 

"Oh?" The Jade Emperor of the Skies asked in surprise, but unfaltered. 

"Rainwater was summoned," the commander reported calmly too. There was actually no rule saying that a celestial couldn't use powers in the Human Realm, but it was more of shouldn't abuse powers unnecessarily that could cause exposure of the Heavenly Realm.

"Has the Dragon King being informed?" The Emperor asked, his voice was still oddly calm, with a tiny hint of amusement. 

The commander nodded in response, "The Dragon King has been informed." 

The Jade Emperor let out a peal of small resounding laughter, at the same time when the Jade Emperess strolled in with a smile. 

"What made you so happy?" She asked, her voice was so soothing and godly melodious that could send a human being into a trance if heard. 

"Looks like the Dragon's son is having a good time in the Human Realm."

Minghao handed Chen Xi's stuff back when they reached the entrance of her apartment. Chen Xi caught a glimpse of their reflections on the glass doors. Her heart skipped a beat at the sight. He was a head taller than her, even their height differences made her heart flutter. 

A middle-aged aunt walked past and gave them a huge smile, "young man, sending your girlfriend back eh?" 

Chen Xi looked away shyly while Minghao found it oddly amusing but it didn't show on his expressions. F
