"You're skipping classes?!?" 

It has been a week of preparation and it's finally the day of the mini - concert. Yuri and her cousin (who helped as well) are very busy for the past days that they only had the time to chat now. The other girl is in shocked after hearing Hyewon's story.

"It's just for that day, Yuri. You, Chaeyeon and Minju aren't there so the class is boring than ever. I promise it's just that day-"

"I don't care if you did it once!" Yuri scolded. "Listen, Kwangbae. Your mother told me to keep an eye on you. If you fail on one subject or two, I'm the one to blame."

"Okay, Okay... Sorry, Hamster." Hyewon apologized, using the nickname she gave to Yuri back when they were young. "I understand your stand. But don't worry, I won't fail any classes. I'm on the Gaming Club now."

"Huh? I don't understand... W-What's the connection?"

Hyewon started to explain.

"You see... The Gaming Club's President, Miyawaki, is-"

"Your crush. I already know that." 

"Listen to me first!" Hyewon then continued. "As I was saying, Miyawaki Sakura is a straight-A student. And she strictly implemented a rule in which if you fail even just a single subject, you're out of the club. According to some, Sakura wanted to prove that games aren't distractions, they're inspirations rather."

"There is a thing like that?" 

"You don't know? I thought you're good friends with Choi Yena? She hasn't said anything?" Hyewon asked. "I mean, it's not surprising. Other club members told me that Yena always relies on Sakura about important matters. It's actually a shock for them for Yena to handle this big event." 

As if on cue, the duck came running.

"Yuri!" Yena yelled. "Can you help me- Hyewon?"

The girl did a little wave.

"You two are friends?"

"Cousins, to be exact," Yuri replied.

Yena was shocked. "Really? What a small world... She's a new-"

"A new member. She just told me a while ago. It's actually a big deal for her. Probably because of Sakura..." Yuri replied, fading out each word so her last sentence was heard as a whisper. Hyewon, who is sitting beside her, gave her a 'Shut up, Hamster' look.

"I heard that," Yena grinned. "You like Kkura?" 

Kwangbae's cheeks turned crimson red and the two just laughed. 

"Don't worry, I won't tell her," Yena assured. "Or... Do you want me to?"

Hyewon was about to reply when they heard crashing sound backstage. Being the event organizers, Yuri and Yena ran as fast as they can to see the problem. 

When they arrived, they saw about three people trying to stop a tall girl from attacking and a guy has been beaten up. The costume rack on the floor is the reason behind the crashing sound they hear

"Yujin, stop!" Minju shouted. "Ahn Yujin-"

"Really, Minju?!? We all can see how he's treating you! How long can you stand this jerk? Because I can't anymore!"

"What the hell is happening?1?" Yena yelled, her 'superior' side showing again. All the student crews are looking at the scene.

"Yujin and Jae-hyuk had a fight." One student reported. "Jae-hyuk is, as usual, talking to Minju. She pleaded to not disturb her but instead, Jae-hyuk suddenly hugged her and wouldn't let her go. That's when Yujin entered the scene."

The guy, now standing up with the help of his gang, is about to start the fight again.

"Really?!?" Chaewon lashed out. Both Yena and Yuri are shocked to see the ever calm Chaewon be this mad. "In front of us? Can't you see the mess you two have made? We prepared this for a week and you're just going to ruin it in a matter of minutes?!? Unbelievable..."

"You're going to pay for this, Ahn Yujin..." Jae-hyuk threatened, pointing his bruised face. "Say goodbye to your sport-"

"What? You're going to kick me out of the team? No need Jae-hyuk because I quit!"

"Stop the scene already! You two, get out." Chaeyeon, out of nowhere, commanded.

"Who are you to tell me-"

"Get out, Jae-hyuk," Yena repeated. "You too, Yujin."

Jae-hyuk threw sharp glances at Yena before leaving. Yujin, on the other hand, left quietly. Yuri was just looking at her. 

Yujin must have felt guilty for doing something right, she thought.

"The film is over! Back to work, guys! Back to work..." Chaeyeon reminded the others. "Are you okay, Min? Sorry, I'm outside when that happened..."

"I'm fine, Chae. I'm sorry to cause trouble." 

"It's nothing, Minju," Yena replied, hearing the conversation of the two. "To be honest, Yujin did the right thing. But, we must also punish her since she still hurt Jae-hyuk."

"Yena..." Yuri called. "Is there... Is there something we need to get from the van?"

"There is actually," Yena answered. "It's two small flight case that contains the mics and other sound booth stuff that Kkura needs. I was about to ask help for that to you earlier."

"Then... I'll go and get it."

"You will? Wait, do you want me to help you? That's quite heavy."

"No need, Yena," Yuri quickly replied. "I can handle this."

That is Yuri's last sentence before running outside. She then saw Yujin sitting on the stairs on the stage. 

"H-Hey, Yujin," The girl called. She actually wanted to talk with her. 

The tall gal heard her and quickly stood up. "Umm... Can you help me get them something on the van?"

"O-Of course," The girl replied and they started the walk to the car right away. 

"Thanks for saving Minju," Yuri said, halfway the journey.

"T-That's nothing," Yujin replied. "Minju is really important you, huh?"

"She is." 

"Why? Are you two... umm... dating?"

If you're a stranger and you saw Yuri at that moment, you can say that she's crazy. She can't stop laughing while the girl beside her looks so confused.

"M-Me and Minju? You misunderstood..." Yuri said, wiping the tears from laughing. "She's like a sister to me that's why we're very close."

"Oh... Sorry," Yujin said, scratching the back of her head due to embarrassment. 

"Why did you ask, anyway?" Yuri wondered. "Are you worried someone might replace you?"

Yujin became speechless at Yuri's last question.

"Do you really think I don't know you?" The girl then continued walking. "Ahn Yujin, Minju's ex-girlfriend."

"Umm, now that you know, do you... Do you think that we can be back to the way we were?"

Yuri put her hand on her pockets.

"Good question," The girl replied. "It's actually funny. Hyewon is encouraging Minju to talk with you. Chae, on the other hand, wants Min to avoid you. I don't really know the story so I just shut up."

Yujin nodded, analyzing the girl's answer.

"Oh, and also, don't misunderstand like the way you did a while ago. I'm not backstabbing any of my friends, I'm just telling you their honest opinion."

"Don't worry, I won't," Yujin reassured. "How 'bout you? Are you on Hyewon's side? Or Chaeyeon's?"

"I'm on Minju's," Yuri replied with a smile. 

They arrived at the van in no time. Suddenly, the hamster saw another van. The car parked right beside them. People who look like journalists, holding notes and their laptop. 

"Yuri, good thing you're here." Kwon, who just got out of the passenger seat greeted the younger. "Guys, this is Jo Yuri. She's one of the event organizers. Yuri, these are the journalists and bloggers that we invited."

"Hello..." Yuri awkwardly greeted. "Umm... T-This is my friend, Ahn Yujin. She's going to bring you to your seats."

The hamster turned to the tall girl and whispered. "Take the first flight case. Then, lead them to the front row chairs. I'll just follow the second one."

Yujin understood and nodded. 

"This way, ladies and gentlemen." And they set off.

"W-Where did you-"

"My father's a celebrity. We have connections from the news industry."

"Oh, right," Yuri replied. "I... better go now. Thanks, Eunbi unnie."

"E-Eunbi unnie? Aren't you scared." 

"Why would I be?" Yuri asked, now carrying the second flight case. "This is really heavy. I have to go now. See you soon, unnie." 

Kwon just looked at the girl walking towards the venue of the concert. And for the first time after a long time,

"Here's the case, DJ Kkura!" Yuri greeted the person in charge of the sound booth. 

"D-DJ K-Kkura?" Sakura was surprised to be called that nickname. She just joined the preparations two days ago that's why she's not close with most of the students yet.

"Are you uncomfortable? I'm sorry... I'll call you other then-"

"No! No... It's fine." The girl replied.

"Wonyoung, Nako!" Yuri yelled when she saw the duo. "Are you guys ready?"

"Kinda?" Nako answered. "It's my first time being a host."

"I told you to think positive, remember?" Wonyoung reminded her partner. "Don't worry about us anymore, Yuri. We can do it!"

"That's the spirit!"

"By the way, Chaewon's looking for you a while ago."

"She is? Then I have to go. Good luck, guys!"

Yuri quickly ran back to the backstage and made eye contact with the pink-haired girl.

"I've been looking for you everywhere!" Chaewon started. "Where did you go?"

"Just brought something from the van. What is it?"

"I'm just going to ask if you're ready."

"Ready for what?" Yuri asked. She saw how pale Chaewon suddenly turned to. 

"What do you mean 'for what'? Yuri, you're the sixth to perform!"

This time it's Yuri turn to go pale.

"Huh? W-What? You didn't tell me anything!"

"It's a last minute decision! We're in a need of one more performance that's why I wrote you down. I messaged you yesterday-"

"I slept early last night! Is... Are there any other performers? Maybe we can find one... Let's just... umm... Chaewon, I can't do it!" Yuri is starting to freak out. "I have fear of big crowd..."

"But... I thought you want to be an Idol?!?"

"I do... But not now!" Yuri replied. "I'm sorry, Chaewon. I really can't-"

"Breathe first." Chaewon advice. Yuri followed her and take a series of inhales and exhales.

"Now what do you always tell me?" 

"...Believe."

"I believe in you, Yuri. And you should, too." Chaewon stressed. "You can do this."

Yuri's sweat became colder and colder as every performance ends. The music stopped and Chaeyeon bowed to the crowd after a spectacular dance performance. 

"Feather really is something," Wonyoung complimented, in which Nako agreed. 

"I know it will be hard to get over after that performance but we have to see this next act," Nako stated. "A little fun fact for the next performer. She is the mind behind this mini-concert. The representative of the Music Club will now let us hear her angelic voice. Please welcome everyone, Jo Yuri!"

Chaewon lightly pushed her friend, doing a little 'Fighting' gesture after. The intro of the song began. But Yuri just stood in the middle of the stage. She's not singing at all.

"What's happening?" Yena whispered to her best friend.

"I don't know," Sakura replied back. "She's supposed to start singing. Looks like she's... scared."

The duck then looked around and saw people starting to get confused and impatient. 

This can't be. She has to do something.

"Start the song again." She told the DJ. She looked at the two hosts and Wonyoung immediately got her signal.

"Please welcome, once again, Miss Jo Yuri!"

The audience gave a loud clap for the girl but it doesn't help at all. Yuri gave up and about to go down the stage when she heard someone singing. The crowd searched for the owner of the voice and found her near the Audio Booth beside the surprised DJ. They were shocked to know who it is: Choi Yena.

The duck, meanwhile, is making eye contact with the pair of eyes upstage. She gave her a nod, telling her to start singing. Yuri took a deep breath and started her act. Even though Yuri had no idea she would be singing today, it felt like she's prepared and ready, from her voice to the expression. You can tell that she's a star in the making. Yena also didn't leave her behind after the beginning. She still continued singing.

When it hits the chorus, the audience was amazed at the ducky's voice and how she hits the high notes. And as usual, Yuri never disappoints. They are already doing good but when they harmonized, even Chaewon herself had goosebumps. They ended the song and received a standing ovation from everyone.

"For our hard work, Cheers!" The students raised their glass of iced tea. 

The concert is a huge success. Right after Chaewon went off the stage after the bow, many students went and told her that they would like to be transferred to the Music Club. The pink haired girl, on the other hand, just told them to wait for the next Club Day, just to pay respect for the clubs they are currently in. She then invited every club presidents and representatives to a dinner in their house.  

"This is my way of saying thank you for all the hard work and for the time you gave into this project! So just eat whatever you want..." Chaewon said and the other students cheered.

"No drinks, though." Chaewon's mom reminded which made them laugh. "You all are mature enough, right? Wait, I still have somewhere to go. And I also don't want to ruin your dinner. Have fun, kids! Goodbye, sweetheart."

They all waved goodbye at the girl's mom.

"Ohh, sweetheart, huh?" Yuri teased. Chaewon just playfully rolled her eyes.

"We should eat, shall we?" To which not just Yuri, but also all the students in their table agreed.

"Eunbi unnie, try this... This is so delicious," Yuri said, giving Eunbi a small piece of steak. Everyone, literally every student inside the room, were shocked.

"E-Eunbi?"

"U-Unnie?"

"What wrong, Hye?" Yuri asked her cousin.

"Umm... Yuri, it's Kwon... You shouldn't-"

"Don't worry too much. I let her call me that." Eunbi replied. And that surprised them more.

"But... I thought I'm the only one allowed!" Wonyoung chimed in.

"Really?!? I didn't even have the chance to call you that!" Chaeyeon protested.

"Do you want to?" Eunbi asked Chae, giving her a smirk but hiding it from her sister.

"N-No, nevermind," Chaeyeon said and just looked down to her food, trying to hide her blushing cheeks. 

The 'dinner party' continued after that little conversation. Other students like Kkura and Yena played Chaewon's Xbox on the living room. Yuri and some students also went with the owner of the house to see her collection of instruments and old types of vinyl. And some just stayed in the kitchen to continue eating. One of them is Chaeyeon.

She's on the kitchen island, drinking her own made lemonade. She's looking back at forth at Minju, who is watching her peers while gaming, and Yujin, who is just watching the latter from afar. After seeing the incident earlier with Jae-hyuk, how Yujin protected the other gal, and how she doesn't even have second thoughts on punching the guy made her think of something. That may be...
