"H-hyung!" Sungjong stutters, and you turn around to see handsome, mysterious man.

He's wearing a blue plaid shirt and has a camera bag strap hanging on his shoulders, with his black hair spiked up towards the front.

"Sungjong." The man says, looking sternly at him. "Sunggyu hyung said to meet up at the entrance of COEX mall*."

"Hyung..." The man narrows his eyes at Sungjong as soon as he says this. < He seems cold. >

"You can't miss anymore days, Sungjong."

"I know that, Hyung... But..."

"What do you mean, but? You know what we're supposed to be doing." The man glances briefly at you, then looks back at Sungjong.

"And who is she?" You mentally cringe at his attitude. < Pushy much...? >

"She's ________. She helped get me to the gym." Sungjong replies a little too happily.

"So she doesn't know anything, right?" The man says sharply, giving you a glare when Sungjong wasn't looking.

"No, hyung. I just transferred here, remember?" Sungjong reminds him.

The man gives you another suspicious look, then puts his hands in his pockets. "Okay then. Don't get hurt like before."

Sungjong nods and the man walks away from you both without another word.

You both watch his plaid shirt turn a corner and disappear from your view of the hallway. < He didn't even say goodbye to Sungjong. >

You hear the sound of a door closing, indicating he left the Seoul High School building.

"Who was that?" You ask carefully, not wanting to probe.

"My hyung, Myungsoo. He seems cold, doesn't he?" He answers, and you wonder whether or not to agree or disagree.

"At first, he is." Sungjong fills in for you. "But when you get to know him, he's more open and talkactive. He's like that around strangers."

< I see. One of those introverts. > "Okay."

"I know this may be too sudden, but c-could you possibly come with me to mall?" He asks you, fiddling with his fingers.

You think for a moment before responding.
