Secret Admirer
Time has flown so fast. It's only three more days before Big Bang finally goes back to Korea after being here for almost a month. Three more days before I have to go back to school. Three more days before I have to go back to reality. Three more days before Youngbae leaves.
Ah~! Why am I so sad that he's leaving? I mean, he really does live in Korea in the first place, doesn't he? Why would I be so sad that they're leaving? We'd all just go back to our normal lives.
And yet, when I see the schedule for this week and see that after two days, the only thing written there for this coming Thursday is '10:00AM - Flight to Seoul', my heart can't help but be sad.
This happened in TS before! Jiyong (in the fic) had to go back to Korea with Big Bang and 2NE1, right? At least I'm a bit luckier: the lead girl in TS didn't get to personally say goodbye to Jiyong while I get to be in the airport when they leave. [a/n: Jiyong left for Korea in Chapter 25 in TS, start of the second half :)]
Ms. Park called me this morning while I was waiting for the guys to finish dressing up for their live interview and performance. I was outside the dressing room, near the studio. The place was deserted thanks to everyone being in the studio.
"Ne, seonsaengnim?" I smiled while swinging my legs since my feet can't touch the ground with the tall chair.
"It's three days before they leave, how are you?"
"I've been fine seonsaengnim," I smiled. "I was wondering, do I have to go to school on Friday?"
"Ah, no, no need. It'll be your rest day."
"AH~ Gomawoyo, seonsaengnim!"
"It must be hard for you, since I guess you're friends with all of them now?"
"We can always still contact each other seonsaengnim," I looked up and saw Youngbae walking towards me. "Seonsaengnim, I have to go now."
"Araseo," Ms. Park laughed, "I'll see you on Monday."
"Ne!" I beamed and hung up, shooting out of my seat to greet Youngbae.
"How do I look?" Youngbae was wearing the usual shirt with the cut-out big sleeve holes, baggy pants, and high top sneakers. [a.n: Kinda like what he's wearing here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKwsEC1eqe8 :)]
I poked his arms, "You're showing off your muscles again."
"I didn't wanna wear this though," he mumbled.
"Wae? I thought you liked wearing this kind of clothing?" I blinked up at him while still poking his arm.
"I wouldn't wanna wear anything you don't want me to wear."
I felt the blush creep up to my cheeks, so I just smiled at him. "I'm fine with whatever you wear."
He beamed and then held my hand which was poking his arm, "The schedule will end after lunch. Do you wanna go out?"
I think my eyes suddenly sparkled, "Out?" Good job with the subtlety, _________.
Youngbae laughed, "Out. I hope it's just the two of us." I nodded, a bit too enthusiastically, as the other members got out of the dressing room. Seunghyun went out last, thanks to his vanity, and they all went about the interview and performance. I was just near the boys, but not within the view of the camera lens, as I translated the questions from the hosts and the answers from the boys.
After the interview, the boys sang 'Bad Boy' and 'Fantastic Baby' and the live audience applauded and screamed. After the whole thing, they went back to the dressing room to get dressed up in their normal clothes. I was inside this time.
"Hyung, me and _________ are going to the mall, kwaenchanah?" Youngbae asked Manager-nim secretly, but I was able to hear.
"Mall? Well that's a good idea!" Manager-nim beamed.
"Oh go-" "All six of you can go to the mall to unwind!" "HUH?!"
I laughed as Manager-nim announced it to everyone, "All of us will go to the mall and have lunch and unwind today, since the schedule will be full tomorrow."
"ASSA!" Seungri jumped in joy while Daesung beamed.
"Why is Youngbae so down?" Seunghyun laughed as he fixed his hair.
"Is it a mystery?" Jiyong laughed. "Of course he wanted to take _________ out on a date, but Manager hyung thought otherwise."
"Ah! Was that your plan, Youngbae-ah?" Manager-nim laughed.
"Never mind," he mumbled and dejectedly went to me, sitting down beside me and lying down on my lap. I laughed and his hair (whatever hair he has left on his head).
The six of us went to the mall near the broadcast station we came from. We had an Italian lunch before going about the mall together. Lucky it was a weekday, just after lunch: there weren't a lot of people. Jiyong and Seungri, being the bad best friend and maknae they were, kept stealing me away from Youngbae.
[Narrator's POV]

Seungri was hogging you all to himself inside a kids' store, leaving Youngbae outside. He was scanning through the different stores when a jewelry store came into view. He went inside and looked around.
Jiyong caught up with him and slung his arm around him, "Buying something for _________? Just like in that fanfic?"
"Should I?" Youngbae looked around the rings section of the store.
"A ring? Are you going to propose?" Jiyong asked, shocked.
Youngbae just scratched his head, not knowing what to do.
