Secret Admirer
"So, Big Bang has finally come back with a new EP, how does it feel to be back?" the interviewer asked in our language.
I translated for the boys and Jiyong was the one who gave the answer, the same one he always said when asked the question. I translated back.
"He said that they faced quite a lot of challenges the previous year, and so to be back on stage with new music... they're very happy," I smiled, remembering what they all had to go through last year.
"I see, and how did people react to the comeback?" she asked again. And I translated.
Daesung was the one who answered it this time, "He said that people had mixed emotions, especially with his return. Some wanted him to come back, some didn't. But he felt that it was time to come back, so he did."
The questions went on, from the experiences they had the past year, to what the EP was all about and stuff.
Okay. One, a lot of people have asked that already, why do they need to repeat the same questions?!
Two, I still prefer saying mini album over EP. EP sounds... weird.
"Are anyone of the members dating right now?" The interviewer smiled knowingly at the members.
Three, WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THIS?! Still, I translated for them.
"As far as all of us know, no one's dating anyone right now," Youngbae smiled at the interviewer then at me. "If any of us were, that would be nice. But right now, we're all just concentrating on music."
I inwardly nodded at Youngbae's answer and translated back to the interviewer, who didn't seem too happy with the very safe answer.
"But, does anyone have an apple of his eye right now?" she probed.
Seungri smirked and wiggled his eyebrows at me, Seunghyun just scoffed and pretended to be uninterested in the question, Daesung smiled his wide smile and looked at Youngbae, who was shrugging with Jiyong. Of course, all that happened in just one second that no one really noticed it happen.
"Well, do we?" Jiyong looked at the members and laughed. "I think some have met some people, as for me I don't have anyone I like right now. I'm just not sure with the others," Jiyong glanced at Youngbae, then at me. "But I hope that whatever happens, it works out well for all of us in the future."
I don't really understand why Jiyong's being like that, but I just shrugged and translated, feeling Youngbae's subtle glances at me. The interviewer just looked at me and nodded, so she didn't notice.
The interview ended a while later, and after some picture-taking for the magazine, and some photos for some of the peoples' Twitters, we all finally went to the van and the driver drove off to a restaurant.
"Why is everyone so interested in idols' love lives?" Seunghyun laughed.
"Maybe because you're idols?" I laughed as well.
"I wonder why Jiyong and Youngbae hyungs answered like that though," Seungri mused.
"With what?" Youngbae asked.
"With the dating questions. I demand to know!" Seungri stomped his foot.
"Ignorance may be bliss," Jiyong started, "But I pity you for not knowing, maknae. Now go suffer," he chuckled.
"Hyung~"
"Do you know what they're talking about, _________-ah?" Daesung asked with a knowing expression.
WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME THIS?! "If you don't know, how will you expect me to?" I laughed.
But of course, Jiyong and Youngbae should've heard the slight strain in my voice. The two of them chuckled. Yep, they heard it.
"Come on guys, I'm hungry," Manager-nim laughed and got out of the van. All of us followed.
We arrived in a Korean restaurant which I've only been to once because the food's freaking expensive in here! Since it was a weekday and before lunch hour, there weren't really a lot of people in here, so no one really made a big hype of the boys being here. The seven of us walked up to the second floor and went inside one of the VIP rooms.
"Don't be shy and just eat up, araseo?" Manager-nim smiled at me. "You've worked hard."
"Gomawoyo," I beamed and bowed.
"Such a pig," Youngbae coughed.
"YA!" I snapped at him, remembering this kind of conversation before.
We went to a Chinese restaurant today!
Jinjja? ^^ What for?
Just because~ We're a complete family today! No one's out with other people, and no one's out of town!
Did you eat a lot then? :)
SO MUCH~ I can barely walk afterwards! But then we went to an ice cream parlor and I couldn't resist! Omo~

Around~ 2 cups of rice? Or three? And a whoooooooooooooole lot of food! AHHHHHHHHHH~

Youngbae just laughed, and I'm sure he remembers the same conversation!
"Are you thinking about what I think you're thinking about?" Jiyong whispered to me.
I looked at Jiyong and pointed an accusing finger at him, "H-how d-d-did y-you---"
"I read, remember?" Jiyong laughed and sipped on his water.
My eyes went so wide as I looked at Youngbae, who could only smile. I took out my phone and sent him a DM.
Why did Jiyong have to read that =((((((

I hate you! I even pouted and turned away from him for a more dramatic effect.
I heard Youngbae chuckle. You don't mean that, do you? kkk
[Narrator's POV]
Neither of them saw, but the four other members were watching you and Youngbae closely. They all looked at each other, and nodded.
Looks like two people will lose their phones soon.
