"Seonsaengnim!" I skipped to my Korean professor, Ms. Park's table. "Annyeonghaseyo~"
"Oh, _________ sshi, you're in a good mood today huh?" she smiled.
It's been a week since the amusement-park-in-my-stomach incident, and now I'm finally talking to Ms. Park about the work she wants me to do! I've been taking Korean language classes since freshman year and I already passed the TOPIK for advanced level! Ms. Park also confirmed that my Korean level is so good already, I'll be able to live in Korea without problem. Yay! OH! And I talk to hacker-stalker in Korean too! Yes, I got my smug face on~ [a/n: TOPIK is Test Of Proficiency In Korean. I'm taking my TOPIK beginner's level next month! Yay! :D]
I laughed, "Ne, seonsaengnim~ It's just been a good week for me so far. And I'm excited with the work you want to give me!"
"Oh, geurae," Ms Park laughed as well. "Well, the Korean visitors will arrive here tomorrow, and they'll be staying for one month. I think they'll also be going around the city and meet some people, so I want you to be the translator, araseo? Not a lot of people speak in Korean in this country, so it's a very good opportunity."
"Wah~ That seems so exciting!" I squealed and lightly jumped. Sorry for my excitement. "But, seonsaengnim, what about my studies?"
"Ah! Keokjeong ma, I already made a letter and gave it to your department, and also to your professors. They promised to give you all the things you need to study for today and tomorrow."
"Ah~ Gomapseumnida, seonsaengnim! But, what time will the Korean visitors arrive tomorrow?"
"They'll arrive at about 4 in the afternoon. Kwaenchanahyo?"
"Oh? But, I have a meeting tomorrow at 4," I frowned. "But! It will only be for about 20 minutes. Yaksok!"
"Geurae, kwaenchanahyo," Ms. Park smiled. "Mianhaeyo, for making you do this. I'm just so busy and they said they wanted a translator who's very good in English as well. You know that not a lot of the native Korean people are good in English, ne?" [a/n: I don't think this is true though :))]
"Aniyo, kwaenchanahyo," I beamed. "It's a really good opportunity for me to be able to do this. I'm so excited! Gomapseumnida, seonsaengnim!"
"I'll just call you tomorrow, ne?" Ms. Park smiled. "Oh, where's your meeting tomorrow?"
"In our building, seonsaengnim! Just in the lobby," I smiled.
"Oh, that's good then! I planned on taking them to your building first since I know your last class is there. Geureom, naeil boja [Then, I'll see you tomorrow]!"
"Kamsahamnida, seonsaengnim!" I bowed and made my way to my first class.
"I'm really envious, _________!" Karina almost rolled around the floor when I told them the details of the work. "You're getting paid, right?"
"Mhm! I get paid for it, it's so cool!" I beamed, "But I'm really doing it for the experience!"
"You have to treat us after you get your salary!" Yana beamed, excited.
"I want food!!!!" Josh said.
I laughed, "Yep yep, I promise I'll treat you guys to food once I finish the work," I beamed.
"YAY!" Everyone cheered.
I wonder what kind of people I'll be meeting tomorrow, and I wonder what kind of work they do. Is it corporate? Oh no! If it is, then I definitely have to buy more business-y clothes! I think I can only wear my dressy tops and dresses if they're corporate people! Oh well, I'll figure something out.

I woke up the next morning with the BEST feeling in the WORLD! Today's finally the start of the work Ms. Park gave me! YAY! I did my daily routines and went to school. I'm gonna miss school, even though I always complain about it. Although I'm only gonna be doing this work for a month, I'll still miss going to class.
OH WELL. As if I'm gonna stop doing school work. I bet I'll only be doing school work whenever I have my lunch breaks and stuff. Aigoo~
After classes, me and my friends were in the lobby of our building. The meeting was already finished since we started at 3:30 instead of 4. Now me, Yana, Holly, Karina, Gab, Josh, and Mico were playing Ninja. [a/n: Okay, to explain: the rule is to hit both of your opponents' hands-to-forearm with your own hand. You can only move once every turn, and you can also avoid your opponents' attacks. Why it's called Ninja? Because everyone moves like a ninja in this game haha! It's so fun to play I swear :)]
Mico, Yana, and Josh were already eliminated when I got a phone call. "OH! I have a call! I'm out!" I answered my phone, "Yeoboseyo?"
"Annyeong!" Ms. Park and I have become so casual, I just noticed.
"Park seonsaengnim! Are you on your way now?"
"Ne, we'll be there in five minutes. Is your meeting starting?"
"Aniyo, it's done now," I beamed even though Ms. Park can't see it.
"Oh, geurae? Araseo, we'll be there soon." I felt Ms. Park smile as she ended the call.
"Okay, I'm back in!" I went back to the circle and played.
"Was that your Korean teacher?" Holly attacked Gab as she asked me.
"Mhm! They'll be here in five minutes," I attacked Gab as well, and he got eliminated.
"MONEY!!!" Josh shouted. I laughed. I suddenly felt someone hit my right hand. It was Karina.
"Oh now it is on," I beamed. I still had one hand to attack (and their goal to hit), so I was still in the game.
The first game ended and now we're starting the second game when someone called my name.
"_________ sshi!" I turned around and saw Ms. Park with six shady-looking guys. Are they the ones I'm supposed to accompany the next month?
"Seonsaengnim!" I ran to Ms Park and stood in front of her, the six guys were on my right. "Annyeonghaseyo~"
"So this is what your friends to on breaks," she laughed.
"Ne~" I laughed as well.
"Well, these are the people you'll be accompanying the next month." Ms. Park faced them, "This is _________. She's only in college, so please treat her well," she smiled.
I turned to them and bowed, "Pangapseumnida, _________-imnida. Yeolshimhi hagesseumnida!"
When I stood up straight again, I was met with a very very very familiar pair of eyes.
"Oh."
