Stress

“JACKSON!!!”

The owner of the name’s eyes widened, hearing the footsteps getting closer and closer

“JACKSON! I TOLD YOU TO START PAYING ATTENTION IN SCHOOL!” The voice yelled 

Earlier on that day, during his ever so boring science class they were actually doing something mildly exciting..an experiment. However Jackson being Jackson wasn’t paying attention as he was far too occupied in engaging in a conversation with his scrawny Thai friend BamBam or Kunpimook Bhukwal 

So when it was his turn to do the experiment he decided to improvise instead of admitting to not paying attention and getting a detention for not listening to the teacher

Let’s just say...improvising in science isn’t a very good or safe idea

Jackson had caused a fire, a fire that spread all the way through the classroom 

In his defence the school should really start investing in fireproof equipment and materials 

“But Mark!!!! You know how boring these classes are, especially science and when we do an experiment the teachers keep on going on and on about safety and stuff we already heard for 3 years straight! It’s hard to control which parts to tune out and which parts to actually listen to” Jackson complained 

“You say that every time, be glad Jaebum hasn’t found out about...or worse...Jinyoung” Mark said, taking a seat next to the blond 

“...oh my god...what if he finds out?! He’s going to skin me alive! You know what he said-“

“‘Non of you better up as usual while I’m not here or I’ll take all your valuables and feed it to youngjae’s dog’ yeah I know he texted me about it 5 times” Mark rolled his eyes remembering the dozens of warning his...’friend’ gave him before going on the French trip

“But will he find out? What if BamBam tells him?! Wait no we’re bros...YUGYEOM! That little will probably tell him” Jackson continued panicking 

“...stop panicking...he’s on the French trip with jaebum, both of them put all of us on mute so we won’t bother them”

Jackson suddenly put his panicking on pause

“...so we won’t disturb them doing what? What are they doing in Paris anyways?” Jackson asked as a smirk crept onto his face followed by him wiggling his eyebrows

Mark just groaned and shoved him

“It’s a school trip you dirty minded idiot they’re on a school trip in Franc with other people and they’re using this opportunity to take a break from us”

“Ok Ok” Jackson laughed forgetting his main issue

Only Mark could do that, make Jackson quickly forget about something he’d been worry about so much....or maybe his short attention span had something to do with it who knows

Mark, his boyfriend

His also blond, Taiwanese American boyfriend 

His quiet but sarcastic and mischievous prank loving boyfriend, BamBam often being the target for his pranks 

“Anyways I don’t think Jinyoung would ever be as mad as you as he was back when you got us banned from a steakhouse cause you didn’t have enough chips and jumped over the counter to complain” Mark grinned, remembering the incident that still left Jinyoung fuming for getting banned from the steakhouse

“Ok in my defence you all saw that the bowl of chips looked suspiciously empty” Jackson mumbled

“No Jackson, you immediately started eating them as soon as they arrived....well more like inhaling them” Mark shuddered

Jackson just pouted and sunk further into the sofa the two were seated on

“You’re actually an idiot” Mark smiled softly “...my idiot”

“...that’s cheesy Markie-poo” Jackson grinned at his boyfriend 

“Whatever...let’s skip revision and just stay here and cuddle”

“Of course I was hoping you would ask” 

And so the two blonds spent the rest of the evening cuddling and occasionally teasing each other, bringing up old embarrassing stories of each other

Until Jackson’s phone vibrated indicating he had received a text...

“YUGYEOM YOU LITTLE !” Jackson jumped out of Mark’s embrace and yelled running towards the door

The was from Jinyoung saying:

“JACKSON! YUGYEOM TOLD ME YOU NEARLY BURNT DOWN THE SCHOOL JUST WAIT TILL I COME BACK”

Mark just face palmed and sighed, dragging his whole body off the sofa and towards to door before his boyfriend went to jail for extreme violence 

Despite the stress...If Mark had the choice, he still wouldn’t change anything
