"Are you okay, honey?" Joonmyun asked, noticing how quiet Nami has become as she stared at the nothingness in front of her. Her attention refocused when she saw Joonmyun next to her with a concerned expression on his features that she missed their baby girl in his arms, sound asleep. "What?" She asked as she sat there, trying to absorb the fact that Baekhyun had left her. She didn't know why him leaving effected her so much, but it did. 

"Are you okay?" He repeated again, and she hadn't known that she had been sitting there for as long as she could remember because there Joonmyun was, standing with their baby girl in his arms. "No," she breathed out a chuckle, shaking her head as she looked forward once more. "He left, and didn't even give me a proper goodbye." She complained, but she knew why he couldn't. It was basically because of her that he was leaving, and to be honest- she didn't want him to leave. The look on Joonmyun's face made her afraid of what he was going to say, and she knew it was going to be a lecture. "Na, go after him." 

Her head quickly turned to him, expression showing surprise at his words. A sad, but soft, smile plastered the neurosurgeon's lips as he sat on the arm rest beside her. "I know what you're thinking because your expression seems to fail you a lot," he mentioned with a soft chuckle, "but I also know that you're stopping yourself because you and I have a baby together. If your heart doesn't lie with me, then I'm happy to know that it did at one point. But, if your heart does lie with Baekhyun, I want you to go after him." He said, and her was suddenly stunned by his words. Never once that she thought something like this would come out of Kim Joonmyun, the head director of the hospital and top neurosurgeon in the country. "I love you, I really do, and I know that I messed up too many times to have your love and trust. It took me the longest to realize that all I wanted was you when Baekhyun made you so much happier in one week of you two dating. He had all of your trust, and I don't blame him. He's a great guy, and I know he deserves you more than I ever did.

So go after him. I, by no means, am going to stop you."

"But what about you?" She asked in a whisper, not daring to look him in the eye while he held their baby girl. 

A genuine chuckle escaped his lips as he looked down to her- as though she was the most innocent thing he's ever laid his eyes on. Well, aside from their daughter, of course. "What about me?" He asked in return, "Na, you've given me some of the best times of my life, and the greatest one in my arms. But I know that if you're not happy, then I'm not happy. All I want from you is to be happy. I'll be fine, just stop being stubborn and go after him."

Joonmyun knew that this was the right thing to do because he knew that he never deserved someone as precious as Nami as he Baekhyun did. Baekhyun had a crush on her for as long as he knew, and he never did anything about it because he was too cocky and had the world know that she was his. In reality, he messed up and karma bit him because the one person he loved, loves someone else. It was clear to him when he saw the way she cried for Baekhyun when she thought he was going to die in her arms.

Maybe, she just didn't see it then, but the whole staff saw and knew that Baekhyun belonged to Nami and she belonged to Baekhyun.  Maybe she only stayed with him because of their daughter, which is why he was letting go of her. 

"His flight leaves in an hour and a half, so if you're going to go- go now before it's too late." He mentioned with one final smile before descending into their shared room, leaving Nami to sit there and contemplate of what she wanted to do. 

Her mind was flooded with endless thoughts as she stood up because she knew that there was only one thing to do- and that was to find her happiness.

If she were to get a speeding ticket for the way she drove, she would've gotten four by now. Yet, there she was and everyone around her was safe due to her reckless driving that could've killed someone if they were in her way. "," she muttered as she stared down at the watch resting on her wrist. 28 minutes- that was how long it took her, she knew that boading and checking-in took a process and usually the person was there and hour and half early before their boarding time.

Hopefully, she made it on time. "Na?" A voice called out as she wandered around, looking as though she was a lost child. Her head turned to the voice calling her as she looked towards her best friends, staring at Nami in under surprise. "Jae, Sehun," she breathed, running to them. "Where's Baekhyun?" She asked eagerly, and Jaemi stammered, looking to Sehun for help. "Please tell me he didn't leave yet," she begged, and Sehun knew that voice better than anything. "What are you doing here, Na?" He chose to ask as he stared at her with anticipation in his eyes. The brunette's eyes trailed to him, looking at him expectantly. "Because I want him, Sehun, and if I have to stand here and justify myself- I'm going to do it and miss the opportunity to stop him. So please tell me he hasn't left yet. " 

The look of surprise plastered the pair's face as they look at each other, a smile on their lips. Jaemi knew that, eventually that Nami would find out who she loved more- even if it wasn't as long as the relationship she had with Joonmyun. But, love doesn't justify how long you've been with someone, it's just the connection that we have with the said person. She could see it when it came to Nami and Baekhyun- she knew that she'd never have a chance with Baekhyun because he loves Nami, and now that Nami knows who she truly loves- she couldn't be more happier. "He hasn't left yet," Sehun called out, a smile on his lips. If Nami could deserve anyone more, it's Baekhyun. That's how Sehun thought. 

And truth be told, he was tired of his friends' drama evolving around him. He just wants them to all be happy, even if that meant finding happiness in someone else. "He just got passed TSA checking." Nami panicked, how was she going to get through that without a ticket? She stared at Sehun, eyes widened and motions suddenly halted. 

"Come on," Sehun called out while taking her hand in a swift motion. "What are you doing, Sehun?" She breathed, following without a fight as she followed him through the crowd of people. "We're getting you a ticket. You're going in there to stop your man, and don't let him leave. You don't want him to leave, and we don't want him to leave either." Jaemi scurried her way towards them, standing behind the brunette with her hands resting on the girl's shoulder. "I'm surprised Joonmyun let you go," Jaemi whispered for the pair to hear. "He wasn't against it," Nami replied, watching Sehun interact with the woman behind the counter. "Please tell me you have an extra ticket going to America?" He asked, looking towards the woman. She stared at the trio, eyeing them curiously. 

"I'm sorry, sir, it looks like that flight is booked." Nami's eyes glossed a bit as she turned to Jaemi with a worried expression. The blonde looked to her best friend before turning her attention to the woman behind the counter, "Please, there has to be at least one ticket left. She needs to go in there and stop the man she loves from leaving. If you have any sort of compassion, you'd let her pass to stop him." The woman became wary as she looked towards to another woman before mentioning that she'd return in just moments. The trio watched as she spoke to the other woman who looked over to their direction. Nami looked down to her watch, biting her lip in nervousness. 

What if she missed him?

What if she was too late, and she'd never hear from him again?

She looked over to Sehun, anixety now overcoming her and all he could do was place a hand on her shoulder in a reassuring manner. The woman walked back with the other woman as they stood in front of them. "Which one's needing to go in?" The newcomer asked as Nami urgently pointed to herself. "Me," she said, "are you going to give us a ticket? Please tell you are." She uttered, expectantly looking towards the newcomer- who smiled towards the brunette. "I don't normally do this everyday, but cross over here." She said, motioning towards the girl to step over the weight-limit baggage stand. The girl hesitated for a moment, looking towards her best friends. "Go, this might be the only chance you get," Sehun uttered with a grateful smiles towards the newcomer. 

Without a second thought, Nami stepped over the weight detector while the woman held her hand to the doctor while helping her hop off the scale. "I'll help you get passed TSA, but after that it's all on you to find the man you love." She said gently, a smile plastering her lip.

"What made you decide to help me?"
