Jessica was standing in a corner of her room, flipping through the old photos she had with Donghae. A little smile crept up her face as the sweet memories of them flooded in her mind. How his dorkiness melted her heart. How his gentleness made her heart flutter. Suddenly, tears began to fall uncontrollably from Jessica's eyes, because all she could now when she missed Songhae was to savage their old memories together. She still remembered how they first met. At that time, they were both trainees in SME, and Jessica was walking down the stairs with a cup of hot coffee in her hands when a guy banged into her from behind. She spilled her coffee all over the floor and fell down the steps herself, twisting her ankle along the way. But Jessica was strong. She stood up, shot the guy an icy glare, and carried on hobbling. Theu guys who was dumbfounded at first immediately caught up with her and without a word, he swooped her up onto his back and began walking to the nearby clinic.

The aisle was all quiet, except for the guy's silent footsteps and their heartbeats blending together as one...

Later on, after her ankle had been bandaged, the guy treated Jessica to coffee as apology. That was when she found out that his name was Lee Donghae, a guy from Mokpo. They had a plesant conversation and became fast friends. Soon, their friendship "upgraded" to a beautiful relationship where they would hold hands and run in the snow, yelling "Hwaiting!" to each other. They would picnic by the Han River, feeding each other the food, then Donghae would lie on Jessica lap and fall into a dep sleep with Jessica his hair lovingly.

They were the perfest couple in eveyone's eyes. However, it was all shattered when Donghae was selected to debut in a group, Super Junior 05. LSm had specially told the two of them to end their relationship, or else... Jessica remembered the day so vividly. Tears were b in her eyes and Donghae's face was grave as he hung his head low. When the two of them stepped out of LSM's office, Donghae gave Jessica a bitter smile and said, "Seems like breakup is invitable right?" Jessica couldn't speak. Donghae sighed and gentlly her cheek with his finger, one last time. Then he leaned in and gave Jessica a sweet, tender kiss before whispering, "Goodbye" in her ear.

2 years passed, and Jessica also debuted in SNSD. When she got the news, she wasn't jumping around in joy like the other girls, instead, she was emotionless, because she had no idea what she was supposed to feel. How did Donghae oppa feel when he got his debut? Without realising, she walked to the rooftop of the SM building, where she and Donghae would lean on each other and whisper secrets and encouragements to each other. Jessica sat at her usual spot, she hadn't been there every since their breakup. She was reminscing her past memories when someone sat on the floor beside her. Without turining, she knew that it was Donghae, for his familiar aura.

"Chukae, Sica." He said without turning to look with her.

Jessica smiled wistfully, "Yeah oppa, guess my hardwork really paid off. You too, oppa, when you first debuted, I didn't have the chance to congratulate you. Though it's 2 years late, chukae, oppa."

That night, neither of them went back to their dorms. They just sat together, watching the starry sky, with a distance of at least 10cm between them.

As they were under the same company, Jessica and Donghae had a lot of chances to work together. They tried hard to avoid the tension between them, and to their surprise they were quite good in acting. After the SPAO shoots, they gave each other a wistful smile. Before, they could do all those intimate actions in public, but then, they could only fake those actions in front of a flashing camera. That's called sacrifise, isn't it?

Then, SNSD had their world tour concert. At Taiwan, Jessica was supposed to sing "Barbie Doll" with Donghae. They totally gave in all they have got for that performance, letting down the walls in their hearts. The sparks in their eyes were only obvious to the other, and it had been such a long time since they last interacted like that. At the end of the performance, Jessica put her head on Donghae's shoulder, and they both stiffened as a wave of electricity passed through them. After so long, they were still unable to move on right?

After that night after Jessica's debut, she had never seen Donghae at the rooftop anymore. Jessica felt a sadness surging up . Oppa was better than her in suppressing his feelings. He must have moved on... But she was there, circling around the same place, unable to retreat, unable to move on...
