If your class chairperson is handsome, nice, funny, loving, caring, hardworking, clever... And basically a combination of all the good things on Earth, it's hard to not fall in love with him. That was exactly what Kim Taeyeon was facing. Her class chair Leeteuk was her "Prince Charming", he's just so darn perfect and he was the only guy who could make her blush with every action that he does. 

Yet, it seemes pretty obvious that Leeteuk only treater her like his friend, or perhaps, his little sister. In order to maintain their friendship, Taeyeon could only hide her ashful feelings in the deepest end of her heart and laugh along with Leeteuk's jokes. 

Sad life. Totally. 

Therefore it is not difficult to imagine how flabbergasted Taeyeon was when the new seating arrangement came out. He... He was her TABLEMATE? She did not know whether to be happy or sad. Happy, sitting with her "Dream Guy" was a good thing. On the other hand, isn't it just miserable to know that your crush, the guy sitting right beside you, only treats you like a good friend, and nothing more? 

Life has always been complicated, Taeyeon thought. 

Although she had been dreading and dreading and dreading for that day to come, time can't be stopped. Upon arriving in school, Taeyeon slipped into her seat quietly, without even looking up at Leeteuk. 

"Hi Taeyeon." Leeteuk said cheerfully. Taeyeon couldn't help but to get infected by his cheerfulness. Maybe it'll be easier if she just forgot that he was her crush for a moment... 

The two then began to hit off. Having similar character, they were able to communicate very well and they became closer friends after some time. Taeyeon smiled to herself. Being his friend really IS easier after all. Guess I should put away my feeling for a while and enjoy his company. 

One day, during music lesson, the teacher threw them a difficult question: Fill in the lyrics for a particular tune. (The tune is SNSD's baby baby yeahh~) That caused everyone in class to groan. And the deadline is... 2 days away? Oh man. 

"You have to put in your true emotions during composing. Only in this way can your lyrics really touch the heart of others. Listen to the melody several times and grasp the emotion of the song. Basically, that's all you guys need to know to complete this assignment." At home, their music teacher's words kept echoing in Taeyeon's head. The tune seemed... Pink. Like... HER FEELINGS TOWARDS LEETEUK!!! AHA! With that, Taeyeon picked up her pen and began writing.

A week later, their music teacher returned them their assignment. 

"Frankly speaking, your assignment was horrible. The melody sounds like it's in love, and you guys write stuff like, 'I played back all my memories the happiness aghast, don't wanna forget and let the memories rust'. Seriously? But I do have some good pieces here. Taeyeon's work is very well done. Let's invite her on stage to sing for us." 

Taeyeon stole a glance at Leeteuk and began singing her piece. Upon completion, the whole class cheered and the teacher asked, "Is that really true, Taeyeon?" 

Blushing a deep crimson red, Taeyeon nodded her head once and quickly sat down, ignoring the joking faces her classmates were giving her. As for Leeteuk, he was clenching his fists so tightly that his knuckles turned white. Yes, he was jealous. Who was the lucky guy who got her heart? These days as Taeyeon's tablemate, he realised that she was kind, funny and diligent, exactly the type of girl that he liked. Yeah, he was falling in love with her. Whatever. 

Taeyeon was intimidated by Leeteuk. Why did he have so much suppressed anger after her performance? She shrugged and left him alone. Certainly not something good. 

When school ended, Taeyeon quickly cleared her stuff and began to head for the door. She couldn't stand it anymore. What's with his sudden mood swing, seriously. But before she walked out, she suddenly felt a pair of arms around her waist. Leeteuk. 

"Taeyeon ah, please, don't go yet. Let me hug you for just a few minutes. Please. I'm jealous, Tae, jealous of the guy whom your song was dedicated to. Because I fell in love with your smile and character, Tae. I'm in love with you. Please, Tae..." 

Leeteuk's words caused a gentle smile to appear on Taeyeon's face. Turning around to face him, she giggled and said, 

"Pabo. You're jealous of yourself~" 

Leeteuk's eyes widened. After 3 seconds (Reaction error), a dimple appeared on his face as he pulled Taeyeon into his arms once again.
