A/N: this happened when Wonwoo and Mingyu got separated

Mingyu's POV

the moment Wonwoo and i entered the house i immediately lost sight of him. 

a huge number of people came crashing through our direction asking me limitless questions here and there and i was really overwhelmed and annoyed at the same time and the fact that i don't even recognize just a single person made it more unbearable and uncomfortable for me.

i frantically searched for wonwoo but in my dismay, i wasn't able to.

i felt a little bit worried about him, he directly admitted that he's not the type of person that usually goes to parties and he's not that of a social person either so i have to find him sooner before someone takes a move on him.

not that i don't want him to socialize with other people but his just too innocent and faultless, we never know he might've got himself into trouble right? and i promised him earlier that i will always be by his side tonight but i failed to and it makes me feel really horrible about it.

i shrugged the people who were constantly bugging me and strived my way on the middle of the room,

i tried to scan it thoroughly but it was just impossible to find him, there are far too many people inside.

i groaned in frustration what am i going to do? i thought

i also tried to search for his friends as well hoping that they might've saw Wonwoo themselves but i didn't,

figuring that i needed a break and rest for a bit i walked towards the bar section and asked for some cola, 

i cannot afford to get drunk, not without wonwoo beside me, i really need to find him as soon as possible.

as i was in the middle of hydrating myself while searching for wonwoo i was suddenly attacked by my bestfriend Seokmin,

"hey! i thought you would never come!" seokmin asked hooking his arm around my shoulders.

"yeah" i plainly replied not really looking at his direction, i wasn't able to have a decent reply towards my best friend for i was still busy searching for wonwoo.

"hey? are you fine? you seem like you lost something?" he questioned curiously

"a no, it's just that i brought a friend a long and i kind a lost sight of him earlier" i answered honestly.
