Yen kicks the door close after Jackson who is helping Mark enters the unit. "Do you want to sit in your room or living room?" Jackson ask him. He point to his couch and Jackson slowly lead him there from the door. Yen put down his bag and some groceries on his kitchen table. She join them shortly after with a frown.

Jackson gulps. He is not sure whether he should be there or not to witness the siblings feud. He clears his throat. "Hey, I'll wait in the car.." Jackson quickly dismiss himself from Mark's apartment unit. They had come there with Yen driving Mark's car and Jackson driving his car with Mark.

Yen folds her arm as she stand in front of him. Her brows almost meeting each other. Silence. Mark is staring out to the balcony. He can already expect what Yen is going to say.

"You almost die Yi En.." His sister only use that name with him when she's mad. He plan to just listen to her trying to change his mind.

"Do you rather die than seeing Mommy?"

"I don't have one.."

"Tuan Yi En !!" Yen burst out. Mark still refuse to look at her. Yen sighs as she attempt to soften up. She put her arm down and sit beside Mark. 

"Mark.. It has been years. Talk to mom please? She really misses you.." Yen massage his hand. Mark scoffs. The younger sister stare at him not giving any response and decided to give up. "At least look around when you cross the street, no matter how mad you are." She change the topic.

Mark stare at her hand and put his other hand above hers. " I'm sorry.." He then eye the cast on his left leg before his gaze fell on the crutches that he would have to get accustomed to. "Will the cafe be fine?" He ask Yen. Yen slap his arm. "Think about you first, idiot. The doctor said this will take a month to heal. Do you want me to move in?" 

Mark quickly shake his head. He knows if he say yes, Yenn will take every opportunity to bring the woman she calls Mommy there. It's not like she never tried. " I can manage. Where did Jackson left the wheelchair?" 

Yen point to behind his couch. "Don't worry about the cafe, rest.. Call me if anything.." She stands up and Mark grab his crutches. Wanting to send her out to the door. He slowly trail behind her. Yen open the door and wait for Mark to reach her. She then look to her left and right trying to find Jackson. Instead, she see a familiar face at the other end of the row.

"He said he will wait in the--"

"FEIIII !!!" Mark got cut off by Yen. His eyes widen. ' Fei?? '

  Fei was about to scan her access card when she hear a voice calling her name. She turn and is surprised to find Yen infront of Mark's unit after focusing her eyes to the faraway end. She wave her hand and jogs toward Mark's unit since she don't see Mark outside. Oh, how wrong she is to think he's not there behind the door.   "You live here?" Yen ask and Fei sheepishly nods. Yen eyes Mark playfully and mouthed 'You never say a thing.' and he just roll his eyes. Fei then turns to Mark.   "What happened to you?" The cast and crutches surprise her. Yen look at Mark when he just shake his head. She roll her eyes. "He got hit by a car while crossing the road.." She briefly explain. Fei nod and squints her eyes at his lower left leg that have cast. She is startled when Yen touch her hair.    " When did you dye it black? " She ask. Fei smile. "A week ago, Beijing MPD is quite strict.." She explains. Yen don't get her slip but Mark did. 'Why don't you just directly say you're not from Beijing MPD before..' He clears his throat. " Jackson's waiting for you.."   "Oh yes! Bye you guys! Fei visit the cafe when you're free!" Yen slowly disappear to the lift after her words. 'Now...' Fei can sense the awkward atmosphere. She glance at him while scratching her cheek. Mark's eyes is still onto the lift.   'We haven't seen each other for 2 "weeks..'    Mark glance at her before he stare down at his feet. He breathe out loudly. " I'll go in first.."   "Oh oh sure." Nat back away from his door. When he pull the door close, Nat slowly walk away and approach her unit. Occasionally turn her head back to look at his door.     .     Yen slumps down on the passenger seat and close the door. Jackson eye her warily and decided to grab her hand. "Is everything okay?" He slightly lean his shoulder to hers. She nods. "Mark is so hard-hearted.." She hiss. Jackson softly pat her hand and his mind wander to his best friend.   'Of course he's hard hearted, he's Mark.' Jackson slowly shake his head.  He and Mark spent the entire teenage age until now together so he knows what happened in their family. When they were 14, Mark's mom left the house and marry another guy from her childhood.    Their parents didn't even show or tell that they have been divorced since long ago. Mark was already a teenager and he felt angry towards both at first but since his mother is the one who left he hates her more. Moreover when she's gone from their life for as long as he knows until their father passed away due to heart problems 2 years ago.   Yen being the one with longing heart for their mom easily accepts her back but not Mark.
