“Jiyong! Baby! Are you okay?! What happened?!” A random girl ran towards Jiyong with sad eyes but before he could reply back; another girl came rushing towards him.

“Oh, my god! Do you need someone to take you to class Jiyong?!” A blonde, stupid airhead came with a fake gasp as she saw Jiyong in a wheelchair.

Jiyong kept quiet as he was getting annoyed by all the questions that they were attacking at him but he tried to remain calm and not blow up with frustration.

“No thanks girls. I’m alright.”

“That means leave. Now.” Kiko snapped her fingers as she threw a fierce glare at both girls whom ran off once they caught a glimpse of her, leaving Jiyong alone.

He sighs as he notices Kiko walking towards the girls. He rolled his eyes as he looked up at his locker and tried to reach towards it. He growled under his breath, trying to figure out what to do; unaware of a pair of eyes looking at him.

Taeyeon walked over to her locker and noticed Jiyong was having a little trouble. She quickly opened it for him and hands him his stuff.

“Don’t worry, no one is looking.” She softly whispered in his ear before going back to her locker.

Jiyong couldn’t help but smile at her.

“Thanks and I’m sorry things have to be like this at school.” He mumbled softly as he looked down at his stuff.

“It’s fine.” Taeyeon shrugged her shoulders, clearly lying. “It’s not like I care. I mean, we have different lives.”

Jiyong saw thru her lie.

“You don’t have to pretend. No one’s looking, remember?” He slightly which caused her to giggle but she stopped all of the sudden.

“Your boys are coming.” She softly whispered before she turned to her locker.

“Well..look who’s back.” One of the boys mockingly said as he leaned against the lockers, looking at Jiyong.

Taeyang smirked as he leaned against the locker next to Taeyeon.

“You know, Jiyong, I’m quite jealous of you.”

That left Jiyong confused as he turned to his friend.

“Why would you be?”

Taeyang’ smirk grew wider.

“Your locker is next to one of the prettiest girls in school.”

Taeyeon closes her locker as she carries her books. She notices Taeyang in front of her, flashing her a smile.

“What?”

Jiyong had a bad feeling about this. He knew that this is how they were gonna mess with her.

“There’s no way I’m letting you carry all of those books of your to class.” Taeyang took them away from her and gave her his famous smile. “Mind if I walk with you?”

Taeyeon didn’t say a word since she knew that he was up to something. She didn’t know why he was doing this but she shrugged her shoulders and nodded.

“I guess.”

Taeyang smiled at her as they both walked off to class. Jiyong just stared at them both, feeling something in his chest that started to hurt but then he heard his friends laughing all of the sudden. He turned to them, seeing them laughing so hard.

“He wasn’t even trying! That just shows how easy this is going to be.” Seungri shouts as he holds onto his stomach from laughing too hard.

Jiyong suddenly blew up as he turned to his friends.

“This is your way of messing with her?! Are you guys really that immature? Come on, what has the girl done to you?”

Seungri looked at Jiyong and smirked.

“She got my girlfriend a detention in class. Serves her right.”

Jiyong’s whole body just flared up with anger. That was their reason for messing with Taeyeon?!

“You’re doing this for your girlfriend? I’m sure she got that detention on her own!”

Seungri was taken back at Jiyong’s outburst.

“Calm down, man. What’s wrong with you? Why are you looking out for her?”

Jiyong gulped softly as he had just realized what he had done. He was looking out for Taeyeon. Something he had never done yet he didn’t know why he was doing this but there was one thing that Jiyong was sure about. He wouldn’t let anyone mess with Taeyeon.

Taeyeon looked at Taeyang whom was still carrying her books. She felt a bit uneasy with him beside her especially him carrying her stuff. She cleared to get his attention.

“You know..you didn’t need to carry my books. Let alone walk me to class.”

Taeyang just flashed her a smile.

“Don’t worry about it. It’s just my way of showing a girl I’m interested.”

She stopped her tracks as she looked at him in shock. Most definitely something was up.

“I’m sorry but what did you just say?”

He slowly turns to her and chuckles.

“Why? Are you already taken by Jiyong?” He joked as he started to laugh.

That caused her to blurt out laughing.

“That’s hilarious.” She continued to walk, leaving Taeyang behind which he quickly caught up with her.

“I’m guessing that means you’ll be free this Friday huh?”

“Maybe. It depends.”

“On what? I’m Taeyang.” He says proudly which made Taeyeon gag a bit yet she didn’t show it.

“The reason why you’re doing this.” She stopped walking and turned to him with a sour look as she got her books back from him. “Why are you acting like you’re interested in me?”

That left Taeyang a bit shocked at how she responded towards him yet he just laughed at her.

Jiyong was already aggravated with the guys that were in front of him. The ones that used to be his friends.

“Because she’s a person! Just like me and you. She doesn’t deserve to be treated that way.”

His friends looked at him with confusion at why he was getting so worked up for some girl. Some girl that he use to hate and bully.

“What the hell is wrong with you man? What happened to “I practically can’t stand her?” Huh?”

“I grew up. You should try it too.” He glared at them.

Jiyong and Seungri glared at each other for a moment before Seunghyun walked over and noticed at how the tension between the two wasn’t something good.

“What’s going on?”

Jiyong sighed as he turned around to see Seunghyun, glad to see him.

“Nothing. Can you take me to class? I don’t want to be here anymore.”

That made Seunghyun confused.

“Yeah..Sure.”

Seungyoon stopped his tracks as he looked up at the school, feeling uneasy in his gut.

“I guess I’ll see you..after school?”

Tiffany looked at him and noticed that he was staring at her. Her cheeks slightly turned pink as she looked away and nodded. Seungyoon couldn’t help but smile at how cute she looked.

“I’ll meet you here, okay.”

“I actually have to help out in the band room so I’m going to be a little bit late.” She nervously says as she rubs her arms from the strong wind.

Seungyoon noticed and took off his scarf, wrapping it around her neck which caused her to widen her eyes at him. He gave her a smile before he pecked her forehead.

“You’ll catch a cold.” He mumbled against her forehead before he pulled away and started to walk away.

“Wait.” Tiffany suddenly said as she gripped on his jacket sleeve which made him to turn around towards her, confused. “Uhm..would you like to stay and help me?” She paused for a bit before she pulled away and started to panic. “Uh..only if you want! I’m not forcing you to stay if you don’t want to.”

He chuckles softly as he stared down for a moment before looking into Tiffany’s eyes.

“You’re so cute when you’re nervous. That hasn’t changed about you, Tiff.” He says with a smile as he walks towards her.

Tiffany gulped as she looked down, feeling like a red tomato. Seungyoon couldn’t help but feel something in his chest when he noticed how cute Tiffany looked. He slowly raised his hand to lift her head up but it was suddenly pulled back by Seunghyun whom was glaring at him.

“Don’t touch her!” He glared at Seungyoon for a moment before he turned to Tiffany with a soft look on his face. “Baby, are you okay? Did he hurt you?”

Tiffany couldn’t take her eyes off Seungyoon whom looked like a lost puppy and shook her head.

“I’m fine.”

Seunghyun slightly glanced back to glare at Seungyoon before he wrapped arm around Tiffany and started to walk away.

“I’m taking you to class.”

Tiffany was about to stop him as she slightly turned to see Seungyoon just standing there. She felt bad that she couldn’t do anything to help him. She couldn’t fight with Seunghyun. She grew weak at his touch so she decided to just follow him.

“And again, you’re taken away from me.” Seungyoon softly says as his hands turned into fists, blaming himself for not saying anything.

He wished he had the guts to be the one to walk away with Tiffany. He wanted to be the only person to make Tiffany smile and happy. Only him but he knew that would never work.

He was after all, ed up.

“I told you. You’re one of the prettiest girl in the school. I just had to get to know you.” He says as he pushes a bit of her hair out of her face and placed it behind her ear; dragging his hand under her chin. “What do you say? Dinner and a movie. I don’t bite. I promise.” He gives her a smile, hoping that she’ll say yes.

Taeyeon was trying so hard to figure him out but it failed. She didn’t know what to do and if she said no, he’ll just be annoying her. She took a deep breath and looked away.

“I guess.” She nods. “I guess that sounds good.”

Taeyang’ smile grew wider as he nodded.

“Great! I’ll see you around.” He gives her a kiss on the cheek before he waves at her and leaves.

She stands there in disbelief at what just happened. She hit her head at how stupid she was to agree going on a date with him. She sighed deeply before walking in class and taking her seat which was next to Jiyong.

Through the whole time, Jiyong was writing notes and paying attention to the lesson which surprised the teacher yet she was glad that he had changed after his absence. Aside from that, Taeyeon was too busy thinking about Taeyang’s behavior towards her. It made it suspicious. She wondered why he suddenly was acting like this towards her. Her thoughts got interrupted as the teacher shouted loudly at some kids that were slacking off. She sighed as she closed her eyes and laid her head on her desk which caught Jiyong’s attention.

He was dead curious about what had happened with Taeyang but he knew how Taeyeon was. He knew that she wouldn’t tell him anything that happened so he ignored her and continued to pay attention to the lesson.

Tiffany was leaning against the wall with Seunghyun standing in front of her, just staring at her. He didn’t know why he was acting like this whenever he saw Tiffany and Seungyoon together. It irked him.

“Stay away from him.”

Tiffany’s eyes widen as she quickly looked up at him.

“He was gonna lay his ing hands on you, Tiff. Why the hell would you wanna be around him?”

“He wasn’t going to hurt me, Seunghyun! He’s my best friend either way.” She paused for a moment as she looked down. “He needs me. I’m not gonna abandon him. Not anymore.”

Seunghyun gripped on his hair for a moment before he got a hold of Tiffany’ shoulders.

“This could get worse, Tiff. His dad is sick. For all we know, he could end up just like him!”

Tears rolled down her face as she knew what Seungyoon was going thru.

“How could you even say that? He’s your best friend’s brother. You should be looking out for him too!”

“Tiff, I’m looking out for you. I’m trying to show you that I do care.”

Tiffany managed to push him away as she scoffed and wiped her tears.

“If you cared for me like you say you do, then you’ll respect my decision. And I decided to help Seungyoon and be there for him. Whether you like it or not.”

Seunghyun looked at her in shock.

Tiffany sighed as she was about to pass him but stopped for a moment.

“I need to get to class. Later.” She continued to walk away, not looking back.
