London is a nice place for healing. The scenery itself can heal your soul. I've managed to get used to this place after years of staying. I admit, I struggled when I first got here that's why I decided to end my life by jumping on a bridge but luckily, I'm saved.

"Pass the chips, please! The client is too demanding!" Seulgi complained after talking to a client who wanted to build a house near the beach.

We're at the firm, working and working since the company is paying us good and also, the company is trying to create a name since it's popularity is slowly rising.

We all laughed at her. We're used to hearing her complains, anyway.

"What will we do tonight? Let's leave work behind. We've been working overnight since this month started." Amber, the usual party-goer suggested. Unlike all of us, she grew up here because her father is half-British.

"We can't go out tonight. Seohyun and I planned to go hiking tomorrow." Minho informed them and high fived me.

"Take a break from drinking alcohol for a month, you look bloated." I commented and grabbed some chips from Seulgi. She also agreed and teased Amber about her puffed cheeks and stomach due to too much alcohol intake.

It's already midnight when we decided to go home. We're all living together, not really living together but living on the same building. Seulgi and I are sharing the same unit while Minho, Taekwoon and Baekhyun are sharing a unit. Amber is living with her parents so she goes home. It's better to stay in this condo since it's near the firm.

"You'll be having a date with Minho again. When will the two of you exclusively date?" Seulgi said after I got out from the bathroom.

She's already lying in the bed. I sat on my bed and dry my face using the paper towel.

"He's not even courting me." I then lie on my bed and put out my phone to tell Minho to wake up early because I don't want to wait.

"He's not courting but he's vocal that he likes you." She said so I put down my phone to look at her. "Don't tell me you still haven't moved on from your first love?" She threw a plushy on me so we both laughed.

First love? Is he my first love? Well, I don't know. All I know is that, I was about to believe in love. But for the sake of it, I can consider him as my first love.


I tied my hair before going out. Seulgi is still sleeping so I left a note, saying that I cooked her breakfast. When I got to the lobby, Minho is already sitting on the couch. He removed his aviators and stood up the moment he saw me.

"I don't want to hear some naggings today that's why I came earlier than your assigned time." He winked before we go out to grab a cab.

"Seatbelts." I reminded once we got. This is my second life that's why I changed my lifestyle. Better safe than sorry.

"We'll ride a train that's why I didn't bring my car." He said. His deep voice is really attractive. He's so manly from head to toe, in and out.

"Don't tell me where we will go. I want it to be a surprise." I smiled and he just shrugged his shoulders.

I'm comfortable with him. We've been hiking since we've met. We used to hike with the gang but since they became busy with their own lives, we were left alone. This has been Minho's hobby since he was still in Korea, just like what he told us. He said that it has been his devotion to hike once a month to get away from stress even just for a day.
