When I got out, I saw dad massaging his temple. I went to him and kissed his cheek.

"Sleeping. She wanted to celebrate her birthday. You're not here so..." I bit my lip to stop myself from continuing.

"I don't flirt on phone. Bye." I said and ended the call.
