Umika: This one’s for Mirai-chan. (hands a ticket to Mirai) And here’s for Suzuka. (hands to Suzuka)

Suzuka: (looks at the ticket) Ticket pass?

Umika: Yeah. For the fireworks festival on Saturday.

Mirai: That means yukata again?

Umika: (nods) Yeah. Definitely.

Mirai: But I only have one yukata. I’ve been using the same yukata every year. (pouts)

Suzuka: Firework festivals have free entrance, right? What are these tickets for?

Umika: VIP—very important place to watch the fireworks.

Suzuka: Eh? You mean. We don’t have to climb up a high building?

Umika: (tilts head) No. Because actually the Very Important Place is on a rooftop but lesser people and hazard free, and it really faces the fireworks display.

Suzuka: Really? (smiles) (looks at the ticket) Thanks.

Mirai: But my yukata~

Suzuka: Ne, Mirai-chan. Why don’t you invite Kamiki-san to see the Fireworks display?

Mirai: Uh! Good idea! (looks at Umika) Ne Umika, do you still have a ticket.

Umika: Uhh!! Gomenasai!(bows) I gave the extra three to someone.

Yuto: And this is for you. (hands a ticket to Chinen)

Chinen: (looks at the ticket) Where did you get this?

Ryosuke: I never knew they have these kinds of tickets.

Yuto: You should be thankful I gave them to you both.

Kamiki: (passes Mirai’s seat)

Mirai: (reads the ticket)

Kamiki: That’s for the Festival on Saturday night?

Mirai: (surprise) Eh? Uh? Yeah.

Kamiki: (nods and continue walking)

Mirai: (jump from her seat) Anou…

Kamiki: (faces her) Nani?

Mirai: W-would you go there too?

Kamiki: (smiles) No

Mirai: Eh?

Kamiki: Unfortunately. There are a lot of things to do for the club.

Mirai: (disappointed) I see.

Kamiki: Maybe, next time we can go together.

Mirai:  Eh?

Mayuko: Kamiki-kun!

Kamiki: (bows at Mirai) ( Mayuko) Yes?

Mirai: (went out from her room and into the living room)

Ryosuke: (looks at her)

Mirai: Does it look big on me? (wearing a red floral yukata)

Ryosuke: (shook his head) No.

Mirai: (sigh). I can’t afford using my old one again. I just saw this on the wardrobe.

Ryosuke: That’s my mom’s.

Mirai: (surprise)Really?(Looks at herself)

Ryosuke: Let’s go. (walks out)

Mirai: (palms together and chin lifted up) Anou…Yamada-kun’s mom. Please let me wear this tonight. I’ll wash this thoroughly and fold neatly, I promise.

Ryosuke:  (outside) Shida-san!

Mirai: I’m still talking to your mom!

Ryosuke: Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it.

Mirai: (goosebumps) Don’t scare me like that!

Ryosuke: Hurry up!

Mirai: (looks around) (sees Umika and Suzuka) Ah!

Umika: (sees Mirai) (waves) Mirai-chan! (runs towards her)

Suzuka: (turns on Mirai’s direction)

Mirai: I forgot my phone. Have you been calling?

Suzuka: Actually no.

Mirai: (disappointed) Honto ni?

Umika: (bows at someone behind Mirai) Gonbanwa.

Ryosuke: (bows at Umika then Suzuka) Gonbanwa.

Suzuka: (bows) Gonbanwa.

Ryosuke: (phone rings) (distant a bit) (answers) Moshi moshi.

Suzuka: You’re with Yamada-san?

Mirai: Yea—

Ryosuke: (suddenly) We actually saw each other on the entrance. (move a brow at Mirai) Right?

Mirai: Uh…Yeah. (rolls her eyes)

Ryosuke: (back on the phone) As I was saying…

Suzuka: I see.

Umika: Uh! You look so cute with your new yukata, Mirai.

Mirai: (smile) Honto ni? Arigatou.

Ryosuke: (turn phone off)

Mirai: Actually it’s Yamada-kun’s mom’s.

Ryosuke: (hears) Yabai!

Umika and Suzuka: (processing…5 seconds)

Ryosuke: (gulps)

Umika and Suzuka: (finally) What? (confused)

Ryosuke: (forced a laugh) Would you excuse us for a second. (lightly pushes Mirai on the shoulders)

Ryosuke: You— I told you to be careful with your words. (whispers)

Mirai: I’m sorry~ I can’t help saying the truth.

Ryosuke: (sigh)

Suddenly….

Yuto: Ryosuke!!! (waves)

*Ryosuke and the three girls him*

*Yuto and Chinen runs towards them*

Yuto: Eh! Suzu-chan! (smiles)

Suzuka: (raise a brow)

Chinen: (bows at them)

Suzuka and Umika: (bows)

*Ryosuke and Mirai appear next to them*

Yuto: What do you like to do, minna? (grins excitedly)

Mirai: I want to fish scoop!

Umika: Me too! (smiles)

Mirai: Let’s fish scoop then, Umika-chan.

Umika: (nods) Hai hai.

Yuto: How about you Chinen?

Chinen: I just came to watch the fireworks.

Ryosuke: Me too. So maybe I’ll just roam around.

Yuto: Ne Suzu-chan. (smiles) Shooting?

Suzuka: No.

Yuto: Oh come on. We do this as a tradition.

Suzuka: Well, I decided to not spend a single time with you tonight, Yuto.

Yuto: (pouts) That’s pretty rude. It’s just a friendly competition. No hurt feelings at all.

Suzuka: I told you, I won’t spend my precious time with you.

Yuto: (smirk) Don’t tell me, you’re afraid to lose?

Suzuka: (frown) What did you say?

Yuto: Well, to tell you the truth Suzu-chan, I’ve gone way better in shooting now.

Suzuka: Really? (mock) After losing for hundred times.

*everyone laughs silently*

Yuto: (ignores them) Then why don’t you see for yourself.

Suzuka: You’re really challenging me huh?

Yuto: (raises a brow)

Suzuka: (grits teeth) Bring it on.

Yuto: (smirks) That’s more like it.

*they both run to a shooting booth*

Chinen: (tilt his head) Childhood friends knew each other so well ne?

Ryosuke: *nod *nod

Mirai: (blinks) I just wonder how Suzuka ran with her yukata.

Umika: That’s adrenaline. (sigh) She’s pissed off.

Mirai: (handed him a cotton candy)

Mirai: (smiles and runs towards Umika)
