Sunbathing
Breathless
“This is all your fault! If you only followed me, we wouldn’t be here!” she madly hissed at me.
“No! It’s your fault! If you didn’t barge in the operation and if you followed the original plan with me in it, there could have been no trouble at all!” I walked towards the shore stomping my feet.
I looked around.
Wow! Not bad!
White sand.
Uninhabited.
No signal.
I laid down the sand and closed my eyes.
‘This is a nice vacation.’
“What now?” I tried to open my eyes.
I removed my shades when I heard her.
“What?” what’s her problem.
“What are we going to do now that we were tossed here in the island? Don’t tell me you’ll just sunbath over there until you get yourself burned???”
“Of course not! The sunlight won’t burn my skin, it’s not summer.” I put on my shades again and closed my eyes.
Ahhh.
This is life.
I’ll go swimming later.
“Sandara Park!” I heard her angry voice again.
I’m irritated now! Okay!?
How can I relax here if somebody keeps on bugging me!?
“What? What’s your problem Lee Chaerin?” I stood up and tried to remove the sands all over my body.
“You don’t know what my problem is!?” she sarcastically said.
“Would I ask if I know?” common sense Sky!
“Okay. Here is OUR problem. In case you still haven’t grasped our situation. We’re in an isolated island. We don’t have food, we don’t have water and Chief and the team don’t have any intentions to get us. And now, you’re sunbathing like you’re in a vacation!” the annoyance is evident.
