My Muse
Breathless
I’m getting sleepy.
Just too long!
“Can we just sign it Uncle?” her father stopped talking.
“We’ll still get there anyways. Those ‘for richer or for poorer’ would be of no use at all.” I said with utmost boredom in my voice.
“Sandara Park!” my mom yelled at me again.
“Mom, you heard why she wanted to marry me! So all of those oaths are useless. And I still need to go somewhere!” and I glanced at my wristwatch. And got no reactions from the homo sapiens’ tribe.
“Ok, since both of you are in a hurry.” Her father just sighed.
I immediately signed the papers and handed them to Sky.
“Why so silent Sky?” I will really act like a in front of you.
She didn’t answer but simply signed the papers and handed them back to her father.
“You were saying?” she raised her eyebrow. So displeasing.
“Since we’re done, I’m gonna go now Mom, Dad. Bye Uncle, Auntie.” I waved at them.
But since we’re newlywed, I kissed the side of her lips and went off surprising everybody.
I wore my shades and walked towards the parking area when someone grabbed my hand.
I didn’t turn around for I know already who the hell held it.
Bull.
“And where do you think you’re going?” she said in a soft yet firm voice.
I slowly faced her.
Uuuggghh.
I hate this woman.
I hate her domineering features, her arrogance, her casual attitude, her wits and everything about her!
“To hell, why? You want to go with me?” I sarcastically said. But instead of getting angry, she smiled and walked with me.
“Why not? Let’s go!” And hopped inside the car I already opened with my remote.
She sat at the passenger’s seat.
I drove silently.
“So, where are we going again?”
I didn’t say anything focusing my eyes on the narrow road.
“Finally!”
Reaching the highway, I stepped on the gas.
“Holy !” she immediately put on the seatbelt.
“Are you committing suicide Sandara Park!?”
“I thought you said you’re going to hell with me? This is the way.” And I stepped on the gas again
