Sehun and Sofea used to be a married couple and even they are still husband and wife on a marriage certificate but Sehun’s family company was on crisis and has to marry a daughter to an owner of a well-known company. Not just arranged marriage but Sehun has to marry his own ex-girlfriend, leaving Sofea who was having a hard time during labor on the same day. Sofea found out he married to his ex-girlfriend and ran away from the hospital with their own child, Hyunki. After years, Sehun found out Sofea has another children and her name is Minami. chapter 1
Sehun has always been cold to Sofea but after the night before their marriage, they fell into each other's trap and did a one night stand. From that moment, he falls for his future's wife beauty and tried to protect her.
Sehun and Sofea's marriage were hidden and people thought their engagement were called off. They didn't manage to graduate their high school. Sehun's father made the couple work for company and soon Sehun has started his work as a higher manager position, same goes to Sofea, who doesn't know anything. Not long after that, the company was on crisis and Sehun decided to accept his ex-girlfriend's proposal for the sake of the company without Sofea's knowing.
On the day Sofea is giving birth, Lee Ha Ae's family held the wedding which Sehun couldn't protest and new parent's-in-law didn't know about Sehun's marriage status. Sofea found out when it was broadcasted in every channels and she decided to run away with her baby boy.
After Sofea came back to Korea, Sehun finds out Sofea had another child named Minami and he decided to follow Hyunki to dig in more informations about their current stays and he figures out a new secret between Hyunki, Minami, Sofea and himself. chapter 2
After that one night stand incident, Sofea didn't realise she was pregnant Sehun's baby for 4 months. During her labor, she found out Sehun married to her rival, Lee Ha Ae and decided to leave the hospital immediately. One the same day, she knew that her parents were wealthy and bodyguards were hired secretly. Her mother decided to tell her about a bodyguard team who has been secretly watching her safeties.
Sofea told her mother about Minami and hide her in Japan with her female bodyguard while she stays in Korea until Sehun is done with his wedding. Sofea then left the hospital with Hyunki in her arms and never come back for 16 years.
Sofea was aware that Sehun is trying to look for her and especially his child, Hyunki. She hired more bodyguards to protect her children from reaching or contact with Sehun and told them his father is dead because of a serious ill.
Slowly, Sofea tells her kids that they are going to move in Korea. Hyunki objected at first but then he agrees after Minami console him. Little by little, Sofea finds out that Hyunki has a grudge on Sehun and tried to revenge for her sake.
chapter 3
Hyunki is a bright boy and he is one of the smartest student in Tokyo's region. He was wondering why he has to carry so much burden about his father absence and the answers that his mother gave him was not logical enough to him.
Because Minami is always crying about the bully things happen around them, he decided to look for his father, dead or alive. He couldn't manage to find any information about his father and soon he found a torn picture of her mother and a man but the upper part of his photo was torned off.
After he landed in Korea, it was a coincidence he met a man who is around his mom's age. Hyunki thought it was just a normal person who accidentally he met but he realise everywhere he goes, that man will always bump into him and made Hyunki irritates at his presence.
Hyunki started to get suspicious about this man and not long after that, his mom started to get furious whenever he talks to that man and he also finds out about 'Oh Sehun'. He heard his mom and grandma's conversation about Minami's birth and he knew it was something wrong between them and the informations about his father who was never found.
chapter 4
Minami is another version of Hyunki but a soft-hearted and sometimes her mind become a childish girl although she hits 16 this year. Sofea and Hyunki doesn't bother about her attitude because it was not always and they act as if it was an 'aegyo' in her own ways.
She had ever questioned her mother about her birth certificate and people keep on telling her that she is adobted from the orphanage because her face doesn't look the same as Hyunki. She cried because of that words while Sofea and Hyunki doesn't know she is doubting about her birth.
Minami loves her brother, Hyunki so much because he is the only place she can talk with someone who is in her age. She took Hyunki more than a brother, a friend and also his virtual boyfriend because to her, Hyunki understand her the most.
After they move into Korea, she found out Hyunki wanted to find their father and she decided to help him. She also finds out that Shizuka, her brother's bestfriend likes him and she objected her to get close to her brother. Shizuka and her family move into Korea and that makes her feel unpleasant with her around Hyunki.
Foreword
"Mommy! I got number 1 in class again!" I run to Mommy, who is cooking for our dinner. Mommy grabs me and put me on her lap while I show her my examination result. Mommy go through all the words in the paper and she turns her head to me— formed an ‘O’ and tears start to prick in her eyes.
“Mommy… Don’t cry. Hyunki is here. Hyunki loves you, Mommy.” I said, pulling her into my small arms and her hair.
“Mommy, is very proud of you Hyunki. My baby boy is very intelligent. Where is Minami?” She asked; turning to look for Minami who hasn’t approach Mommy in the kitchen. Mommy put me down and she walks to the door that was a jar, and I didn’t realise.
I followed her and Mommy peeked outside of the house. I saw Minami was sitting on the floor with her back leaning at the wall. Her head is in her hands. She is crying…
“Minami…” Mommy started, Minami tilts her head up and rise from the ground. She stands in front of us and start to cry again but she didn’t wail. “Why are you sitting here? It’s dirty, darling and why are you crying?” Mommy asked.
“Minami wants to say sorry Mommy. Minami didn’t get good results. Minami is scared. Minami is afraid if Mommy will scold Minami. Minami don’t want to be scolded.” She said in between her sobs. Mommy pulled her into her arms and Minami burst out—louder. Mommy her hair and kisses her forehead.
“Mommy won’t scold you. Because I love you, dear.” Mommy smiled at Minami. “Let me see your results.” Mommy asked again. Minami put down her bag and ped it. She took out an A4 size paper, it was folded, and gave it to Mommy.
Mommy suddenly smile and hugs Minami again. “Minami, this is good. See? You have all A’s which is very good. Minami is a smart girl. You have to remember that, okay? Don’t cry anymore. Minami is a big girl. A smart big girl.”
“But, Hyunki oppa gets number one in class. Minami didn’t get number 1. Minami is sad.” She looked down on her feet, twiddling with her fingers.
“Sis, it’s fine. As long as you get all A’s, that is sugoii (daebak/cool)” I said and thumbs up for her achievement. Her face lightens up and she wipe her tears away.
“Good girl..” Mommy pull Minami and myself in her embraces again. “You two are great, wonderful. Mommy is very proud. Very very proud. Stay this way, okay?” We nodded. “Minami, if you want a number 1, you have to study harder than your classmate who got number 1. Okay?”
Minami nodded her head and giggled. We are always like this. Every time after school, Mommy is always at home, waiting for us come back from school. Since the day I speak my first word, I never knew who my father is. I don’t know what is he doing, where is he, or is he alive. Nada, not a single word Mommy has told us about daddy.
It is just so painful to know that I don’t even know my own father. Kids at my age keeps on laughing at us. I feel I want to give them a punch in their face. Minami has always cried because of the bullying things. And because of that….
