Mr Kang and Hweji arrived at the police station. They called for the Yoon couple and was a bit relieved to still see them behind the glass.

"Who did you pay to hurt her?" Mr Kang asked threateningly. The two just looked unfazed and a little confused.

"We didn't pay anyone to hurt that useless " Mr Yoon replied with a poker face and Mr Kang scoffed.

"Then why is my daughter in the freaking hospital, stabbed by someone we don't know?!" Mr Kang shouted and the Yoons winced.

"We didn't do anything to her. We're too lazy to" Mrs Yoon replied. Mr Kang had to stay away from them to avoid doing anything rash.

"We'll appreciate it if you tell us what and why this is happening to Sooryun when she did nothing wrong to you" Hweji asked seriously and the two smirked.

"We'll tell you something. Her father, biological of course, was a psycho. That's right, she was adopted, by us. Since she is not who we wanted, we abused her" Mrs Yoon said casually.

Hweji and Mr Kang looked at each other, shocked.

"What do you mean she was adopted?!" Hweji exclaimed, making the two smirk at her more.

"You heard us. Her dad, was crazy" Mr Yoon said and Hweji and Mr Kang hurriedly made their way out, Mr Kang calling Min ho along the way.

Min ho and Hyun Jae was standing in front of Hyunshik, who was describing how the attacker looked like. 

"He's in his mid to late 40's I guess? He looks quite old but has a lot of men and strength" Hyunshik described.

Min ho felt his phone vibrate and looked at it. He saw his father's name and excused himself to pick up the call.

"Sooryun was adopted by her abusive parents" he heard panting in the background.

"Are you runnin
