Funny how the heart can be deceiving

More than  just a couple times

Why do we fall in love so easy

"She'll be just fine."

The three sighed of relief. Hyoyeon was okay.

"But, she may die from the injuries. The car was speeding pretty bad. She has several bruises,  including one on her back bone, where most of the damage was taken. We'll try our best to keep her alive." the doctor finished.

The three nodded. There was still a chance that Hyoyeon could die. How wonderful.

"I suggest that you go home, Hyoyeon won't be talking to you any time soon." the doctor said.

It's already hard to lose someone that you care about. But knowing that they're alive and have a chance of dying, is a hundred times worse. Why?

Because they can leave you at any second, any time, any day. Just like that. They could be laughing with you one minute, then saying their last words the next.

They could exit your life as easy as that. And you couldn't do anything about it. All you could do was sit there and wait for fate to play out its cards.

That was exactly what Jongin was going through. He felt absolutely horrified at the fact of Hyoyeon just walking out of his life and never coming back. And it was all his fault.

The next day at school, things seemed to change. News about Hyoyeon was spread around quickly.

Everyone, including the boys of exo, gave him space. Even the teachers moved aside when the saw him walk through the hall.
