The girl called Jessica was always looking at Mark when he wasn't looking her way. Mina rolled her eyes. She didn't know why but the girl annoyed the hell out of her. And again she was looking at Mark, lost in her thoughts.

"Right, Jess?" Mark's brother laughed and everyone looked at her.

"Huh? Y-Yeah..." Jessica smiled and looked at her plate.

"Are you okay?" Mark asked Mina with a smile on his face.

"I'm fine." Mina smiled.

 "Honey, can you translate this to your friend?" Mark's mother asked Mark. 

"Sure mom, what is it?" Mark looked at his mom.

"Next time I'll meet her, I'm going to talk to her in Korean. Until then I'll learn Korean." She smiled.

Mark smiled and nodded. Mina was curiously looking at Mark.

"What did your mother say?" Mina grinned brightly.

For some reasons his mother was making her feel really comfortable. 

"She said that next time when we meet again she'll be learning Korean, so she can talk to you."

"Oh god, no, it's me who needs to learn English. Please tell her that she doesn't have to learn Korean for me, I'll learn English for her." Mina blushed.

"You're not going to learn it for me but for my mom?" Mark laughed. 

Mina blushed even more as she saw everyone's eyes on them.

"Shut up! I like your mom way more then you." Mina smiled slightly.

"Oh, I should translate that too... Mom-" Mark was about to translate when Mina covered his mouth with her palm.

Everyone looked at them surprised and Mark ended up laughing. 

"I'm sorry." Mina bowed and smiled, with the only English she could talk.

"What happened?" His oldest sister asked.

"She said that mom doesn't need to learn Korean for her and that she was going to learn English for her." Mark said smiling.

"Aww that's nice!" Mark's mother held her hand towards Mina and she quickly grabbed it smiling.

After talking for a little bit more, it was time to say goodbye. Mark and Mina watched Mark's family getting into a taxi and driving back to their hotel. Then Mark turned around and looked at Mina.

"My parents like you." Mark smiled and they slowly walked towards the subway as Mark put his mask and hat on.

"Oh really?" Mina smiled.

"I like them too. But..." She sighed.

Mark looked at her. 

"Was it Jessica?" 

"What about her?" Mark asked.

"I don't think she likes me." Mina sighed.

"No way, there's no reason for her to not like you." He smiled.

Mina just looked at him and smiled.

"Who is she? Your cousin?" Mina asked.

"You could say so... I mean we're not blood related, like she's not really part of my family but we grew up together, we were like really good friends until I moved to Korea." Mark explained.

"Ah I see..." Mina wanted to ask him more but she felt like Mark didn't want to walk about her.

They got into the subway and drove back to their school. They bid their goodbyes and walked into their dorms.

The next day GOT7 was in school. They had classes until lunch break and then had practice until late into the night. Mark left earlier, so he could spend some time with his family. 

"I call you later." He patted Mina's arm as he rushed out of the studio.

Mina just smiled at his back as the door closed on him. Suddenly someone pulled her back and she was laying on Jackson's lap. 

"Wassup?" He smiled brightly. 

"Hi." Mina giggled and wanted to get up but Jackson pulled her back into his lap again.

"How was it yesterday?" Jackson looked at her.

"It was great." Mina smiled at him.

"Did you like it? How did his parents react? I bet they thought you guys were dating... but you aren't. Did you tell them? Are you going to meet them again?" Jackson asked her a lot of questions at once.

"Wow, lover boy, calm down. Don't overwhelm the poor girl with your curiosity." JB sat down next to them and gave them each a water bottle.

"Thanks." Mina got up and smiled at him.

She was really happy that JB sat down next to them. Now Jackson wouldn't be able to ask her so many questions at once. 

"How have you been doing?" JB asked her.

"I was doing good. How about you guys? How are your schedules going?" Mina took a sip of her bottle.

"We were doing good, too. Everything's going fine. We'll start with our newest variety show soon." JB smiled. 

"Really?! What is it called?" Mina asked excited.

"Real GOT7!" Jackson smiled.

"Awesome!" Mina smiled.

"Oh, right, Jackson!" Mina suddenly called him out.

"What is it?" He raised bis eyebrows and looked at her.

"You gotta teach me some English!" She smiled.

*from this point on Mark's only talking in English with his family*

"You guys want something to eat?" Mark's father asked Mark and Jessica.

"We're fine." Jessica smiled.

"Okay, we'll be over there in the restaurant then." Mark's father smiled slightly and sighed as he walked away.

"Maybe I should join them." Mark got up but Jessica grabbed his arm.

"Wait."  She sighed.

Mark looked at her and sighed as he sat back down. He pulled his hat down even more.

"We should talk this out... now." Jessica said.

"After so many years, Jess." Mark looked at her.

"I know, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done this..." She looked at him with teary eyes.

"You were always a part of our family... You knew what I felt for you... Why give me hopes when you gonna leave?" Mark turned around at her with his body.

"I... I was afraid to lose you-"

"Sure! What about now? Look what happened. We lost each other." Mark turned his back on her.

"I... I thought that maybe if we always stayed family... We would never lose each other. You know what I think about relationships..." She touched his arm.

"Yeah, they never work out at the end and you end up being heartbroken for nothing. I know." Mark sighed.

"But then... After you left... I realized how much you actually meant to me."

"I'm sorry, Jess. There's no more you in my heart. It belongs to someone else." Mark looked at her.

"Is it this girl called Mina, you brought along yesterday?" Jessica bit her lower lip.

"We should go to the restaurant." Mark got up.

"It's her..." Jessica wiped a tear away and got up as well.

Mark didn't say anything and walked across the street into a restaurant.

*now everything is in korean*

Jackson was talking but Mina had stopped listening.

"Jackson?" Mina looked at him.

"Yes?" Jackson looked up from his paper.

"Do you know Mark's family well?" Mina asked him.

"You could say so, why?" He asked her with a confused expression on his face.

"Do you know a cousin of him by the name of Jessica?" Mina bit her lower lip.

"Jessica? She's not really his cousin. More like his first love." Jackson grinned.

"F-First love?" Mina's heart felt heavy.

"Yeah. He loved her since they were really young. She was his prom date back in the states." Jackson explained.

"So... They were dating?" Mina asked slowly.

"Uhm. No, not really. It was one sided. Jessica knew that Mark liked her but she didn't accept his heart. Instead at the prom she left him behind and ran away with another boy. Since then it's over for Mark." 

"He must like her still..." Mina smiled half-heartedly.

"Well... She's his first love. He doesn't like her but I don't think he was able to forget her." Jackson sighed and looked Mina in the eyes.

"Who's your first love?" He asked her.

Mina lowered her eyes and blushed.

"I don't have a first love." She said quietly.

"What?! No way!" His eyes widened.

"How about you?" Mina quickly tried to change the topic.

"It was a girl from our fencing team back in Hong Kong, but wait, I'm not important here. You never loved- I mean liked someone?" Jackson grinned.

"Don't make fun of me okay? I was just at home and went to school only. Lyn was the only friend I ever had." Mina sighed.

"I-I'm sorry. I didn't kno-"

"Don't be sorry. Now I have you guys." Mina looked up and smiled.

"This is one of the reasons I never want to go back. I don't feel like a human being when I'm with my 'family'." She sighed again.

Jackson her hair and smiled.

"We're here for you and we won't let anyone take you away from us." He said quietly and smiled.

"Thank you." Mina smiled at him as she looked him into the eyes and she could swear that she saw something sparkling inside of them.

"But you know it's really cute how you never had a crush on someone. I'm gonna be the first and last one." Jackson grinned.

Mina laughed and smacked his arm.

"Okay, enough, I'm going back to our dorm. Lyn might be worried." Mina smiled and packed her things into her bag.

"I don't think you should go now, noona." Bambam walked out of the bathroom drying his hair.

"W-Why?" Mina asked confused.

"Jinyoungie hyung is with her..." Bambam grinned.

"Oh my god." Mina sat back down surprised.

"Shut up idiot." Jackson threw a pen at Bambam and he just cracked up.

Just then someone opened the door to GOT7's dorm. Mina turned around and saw Mark walking in. He was shaking his head like a dog trying to get rid of all the raindrops.

"It's raining?" Jackson asked surprised as he saw Mark.

"Yeah, pretty bad at that too." He said and looked up.

"Mina?" A smile formed on his face.

Mina smiled back and Jackson got up to walk to the window to look out.

"Hey, how was it with your family?" Mina asked.

"It was good. They want to meet you again tomorrow before leaving. I guess they really like you." Mark smiled and sat down across from her.

"Hyung, did you know that noona never had a crush on someone." Bambam grinned widely.

"BAMBAM!" Jackson and Mina shouted at the same time.

"I overheard you guys talking." He shrugged and walked back into the bathroom.

"Really?" Mark chuckled cutely.

"Ugh." Mina leaned back and sighed.

"I should really go now... I'll sent Jinyoung oppa back to the dorm." Mina quickly grabbed her bag and got up.

She suddenly had to think of Mark and Jessica. How he asked her out to the prom and how he loved her for all these years. Mina was sure that now that Jessica's back, he wouldn't care about her as much.

"I'll take you there." Mark also got up.

"It's fine, I can find my way back home."

"I know you can. But I need to talk to you." He whispered the last part.

Mina looked at him and sighed. She didn't want to talk to him right now but she also did want to. Then she slowly nodded. They walked out together and Mark closed the door behind them.

"HEY!" Jackson yelled and opened the door.

"W-What?" Mark and Mina turned around surprised.

"Where are you going?" Jackson asked them.

"I need to talk to Mina for a minute, so I'm taking her to the dorm. I'll be back soon." Mark said.

Jackson looked at them for a while and then nodded. He closed the door and they walked out again.

"I'll go out from the boys washroom downstairs, I'll meet you at the back again." Mark said and Mina nodded.

Mina quickly walked out of the dorm and saw a few girls standing in front of the dorm. Weren't they sleeping at their dorms? Were they even attending this school? Mina just shrugged and quickly walked to the back of the dorm. Mark was already there waiting for her.

"Why are we meeting up here again?" Mina smiled slightly. 

"Wanna take a walk?" Mark asked her with a smile on his face.

"Sure." Mina blushed and was thankful that there was no light to show her red face.

"We slowly turn into runaways." Mina giggled as they climbed over the school's big fence.

"Yes." Mark laughed and jumped down.

"Do you have schedules tomorrow?" Mina asked as they were walking next to each other.

"I asked JYP for a day off since tomorrow's the last day with my family." 

"I see..." Mina nodded.

They walked a little more without talking. While walking Mina's hand kept brushing at Mark's hand. She was about to take her hand away when Mark grabbed it. Mina blushed and avoided to look at him. She also didn't say anything until Mark spoke up. 

"I... I thought you might be cold." He said and let her go. 

"I am... actually." Mina lied.

She didn't want Mark to let go of her hand. It was making her feel warm and safe. Mark smiled slightly and grabbed it again. They continued walking and avoided crowded places. Mina had the urge to ask Mark about Jessica but she didn't want to ruin the mood at the moment.

"How are your parents?" Mina asked him.

"They're good. My mom already misses you." He laughed.

Mina giggled.

"What did you do today? Where did you take them?" 

"We were at Lotte World first and then went out to have lunch." Mark said and sighed slightly.

"What happened?" Mina slowly tightened her grip on his hand.

Mark looked at her and she saw his eye smile. 

"Nothing..." He shook his head.

"Next time we should take gloves with us." Mark laughed awkwardly. 

"Oh... You can let go if you want to." Mina wanted to let go but Mark hold onto her.

"No, I don't want to." He said and looked at her. 

Mina looked at him surprised slightly and he immediately looked away.

"When will I see you guys again?" Mark sighed.

His mother teared up and it was hard for Mark to hold his tears back. Mina's eyes also got teary as she watched them hugging. She quickly excused herself, so she could go to the washroom and wash her face. Jessica followed her without talking. When they walked into the washroom Mina quickly walked to the sink. Jessica tapped on her shoulder and Mina turned around surprised.

"Do you and Mark have a special relationship?" Jessica asked her but Mina looked at her confused.

She didn't understand what Jessica was saying.

"Right... You don't understand what I say..." Jessica rolled her eyes.

"You and Mark... Are you guys dating?" She asked again and Mina's eyes widened.

"No..." Mina quickly shook her head.

"Good... Cause I like Mark. I love him." Jessica explained while pointing at herself.

Mina just turned around and washed her face. When she looked back up Jessica was gone.

"What the hell was that just righ now?" Mina whispered to herself as she dried her face.

She walked back to Mark and his family and saw Jessica hugging Mark. Mark was hugging her back as he had his eyes closed.

"I'm going to miss you too, Jess." Mark said and opened his eyes.

Just then Mina's and Mark's eyes met. Mina quickly looked away. Mark's mother walked towards her and pulled her into a hug.

"Thank you for taking good care of Mark. I'll make sure to learn Korean when we meet again!" She said.

Mina didn't understand everything but she understood most of it.

"I will learn English. Then we can talk a lot." Mina said in a broken English.

"Ohh... You learned English." Mark walked towards them.

"I studied a little with Jackson." Mina smiled slightly.

After half an hour GOT7 also arrived at the airport.

"Hello." The non-English speakers walked up to them with a smile.

"Yo, yo, yo! Ain't that my second family?" Jackson walked at them wit a huge grin.

Mina stepped back and watched everyone. It was already past 10PM and it was time for the Tuans to board the plane. Everyone said their goodbyes and Mark's family walked in. Mark quickly wiped a few tears away as he was waving at them with a smile on his face. Mina looked at him and saw his wet cheeks. She didn't know what to do or to say. Maybe she should just let him be but after his family was gone from their sight, Mark started to cry. Mina was the first one to notice and without even thinking for a minute she took a step closer to him and hugged him. Mark cried into her shoulder as she patted his back. The guys also gathered around them and tried to calm him down.

"They'll be back soon, don't worry." Mina whispered as she was patting his back.

Mark nodded and she let him go. He wiped his tears away and took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry." He whispered with red, puffy eyes.

"It's okay, man. We all miss our families." Jackson hugged Mark's shoulders and Mina moved back.

Without talking anymore they left the airport and got into GOT7's van. The manager drove back to the school and they went into their dorms. Before walking in Mina looked back at the guys. Mark was looking down. He didn't talk since his family was gone nor did he say 'good night' to her. She sighed and walked in.
