Moving OnChapter 1: February 5th 2013
A woman sat on a leather sofa with a pained expression on her face. She clearly didn’t want to be here, that was evident to see. It was a large room with two plants near the window, sofas, coffee table and a desk in the corner, with a rather strange smell. “So Miss Jessica, how do you feel today?” The man asked sitting opposite her, clad in a gray suit as boring as his office set up. The man held his pen in one hand with his writing pad in the other. He stared at the blank page playing with the pen he looked up occasionally, twirling the pen between his fingers; he was clearly very bored. He stared at the woman before him and then back at the blank page. This was probably the hardest session he had all week. Most of his other clients were easier to talk to but this one was different. She didn't want to be here that was evident from their first session. Did it really have to take that long? She had been through something, something that he was trying to understand but it was hard if she was not willing to talk. He wondered why she comes every week for her session with the psychologist. He notices the look of fear in her eyes. Fear of having to say something she really didn't want to have to say. How do I feel? The girl going by the name Jessica stared blankly ahead. How did she really feel? She thought about the question for a long moment but never said anything.
