I’m Sorry, I Love You 17 : I love you.

[Youngjae pov :]

I woke up this morning with a severe headache attacked me. I massaged my temple while slowly to sit up from my lying position. My eyes looked around me, searching for certain person.

Soft sigh escaped my lip as the certain person can’t be found anywhere inside the room. He’s not here and I knew that I just wasting my time thinking of him. I get off from the bed and walked out from the room.

Maybe he already go–

My feet stopped almost immediately as I saw someone familiar standing inside the kitchen. The person is Daehyun. He was busy preparing something… like breakfast? I bite my lip, hesitate to call him.

Instead of calling him, I just stand there watching him from behind. He was wearing my yellow apron around his waist. Even though the color was too bright, he still looked gorgeous with it. I kept admiring him through his back.

I knew that he’s not mine but it won’t kill me to keep hoping that he would love me back someday. I was a freak! Thinking of him over again like this… He already became something that I can’t remove from my heart even though I wanted to remove it.

I’m sore loser.

Unfortunately for me, Daehyun turned his body around and his eyes landed on my figure who was watching him secretly before. We make an eyes contact for a while before I was the first one who broke it by looking away from him.

“Morning…” –Daehyun asked calmly.

“M –Morning…” –I replied hesitantly, biting my lip nervously.

Why is he still home this time?

Should he suppose in his office right now?

“I’m not working today…” –he voiced out so suddenly as if he can read my mind, making me jumped in surprised.

I knew that he was coming closer towards me by the sound of his footsteps getting closer to where I stood. I felt so nervous until I can’t move my own legs and I decided to stay still in my spot.

“Are you okay now?” Daehyun placed his palm on my forehead, checking either I’m sick or not. I can feel my face starting to heat up. My body started to betray me again. My heart did the same, betraying me once again as it beats faster whenever Daehyun came closer to me.

I took a few steps backward, trying to keep distant between us. Daehyun’s eyes widened at my action but that didn’t make him to give up instead his body took a few step closer towards me.

“What’s wrong?” –he asked. His voice was full of worries. That really could make my heart flattered. He was worried of me right now? Did he really?
