You Are the One (a Super Junior Love Story)
Description
Jang Jaehwa (reader), a tomboy American-Korean and former SM trainee, finally returns to Korea after eight years. Jang Jaehwa finally sees her old hyungs, the members of Super Junior, reminding her of the dreams she gave up eight years ago when she left SM and left Korea.
Switching between events in the past and present, this fanfic tells the story of how she gains back the dream she once lost and how she eventually falls for one of the members.
Pairing options: Everyone except Han Geng and Kibum. The other 13 members are potential love interests.
Told from 2nd person narrative (except for one instance).
FYI: I originally started writing this on another site where these sort of 2nd person fics were common, but none were ever completed. So yes, it is supposed to be a stereotypical parody of sorts... Though I tried to make the OC a bit different with her blunt and tomboyish personality. So, yes. Things are rather unrealistic, but that is to be expected in a fictional story, right?^^
The beginning is a little slow, but I promise it does get better. It just took me awhile to set things up, foreshadowing things and all. Also, since this fic was started before AFF changed to this format, some of the chapter fonts are odd and really big. I apologize for this. I have tried to get them to back to the standard way; however, everything I have tried has failed. So, I apologize for any inconvenience.

*I do not own Super Junior nor any of their amazing music. All rights go to them. I just own my OCs and the storyline. If some of my original characters resemble people in real life, it is purely coincidental.
Foreword
Excerpt
You pull your scarf closer to you as a gust of wind blows past you. You take a deep breath, gathering your courage and collecting your thoughts. You would give anything to avoid entering the building. You adjust the purse on your left shoulder and grasp the handle of your rolling suitcase in your right hand tighter.
Bracing yourself for the worst, you push open the doors and walk inside the building. Your body tenses, having gone from the frigid air outside to the heated building. Taking a deep breath, you walk over to the lady at the reception desk. During the day, there is more than just one receptionist, but it is considerably later than most people would think to even consider entering the SM building. Thus, there is only one receptionist. Sitting at the desk with a crossword in front of her, she seems really bored. You walk over to her and stand in front of the desk for several seconds without her taking notice of you.
You clear your throat, startling her from her reverie. "Excuse me," you begin. "Could you please tell me what room Mr. Jang's office is? Is it still--"
You are cut off by the receptionist. "I'm sorry," she says. "But neither Mr. Jang nor anyone else accept appointments for auditions this late." She looks back down at her crossword with an air of finality.
"I'm not here for an audition," you reply calmly. "I'm here because--"
Again, she cuts you off. "I'm sorry, but if you wish to speak with Mr. Jang, you will have to come back and make an appointment tomorrow," she gives you a fake smile as she blinks with her paint-smeared lids. Her eyelashes are so caked with mascara, they look like spider legs.
You take a breath of air. "You don't understand," you begin once again, trying to stay calm despite the fact that her interrupting you is getting on your nerves. "I'm--"
