A voluptuous lady with wild and curly hair sauntered towards them.

“How may I help you?” she purred.

She looked at each of them in the eye with a smile on her red and full lips. Hae Ri could see her fellow companions trying not to gape at her. When it was Chanyeol’s turn, she looked him up and down with an approving look on her face before she slowly her lips. Hae Ri felt a slight shiver down her spine. She would have felt angry if not for the uneasy feeling in her gut. This woman has eyes of a predator and from her scent it was not shocking that she actually is one.

“A vampire?” Baekhyun telepathized to them, apart from Lay.

That scent…he was sure of it. But what was a vampire doing in a place dominated with soldiers?

“We…would like to work here,” Lu Han replied while looking at the rest of his companions with an uncertain look.

Hae Ri gave him a reassuring nod and spoke to the lady,

“Yes, we would. Is there an opening?”

“The lotus is on one of their backs, I’m sure of it. We have to stay here…” Hae Ri sent a telepathy.

The woman’s creepy smile widened and she replied,

“Of course, people like you are always welcome.”

Hae Ri hung the black and lacy dress on the back of the door and carefully removed her clothes. She the protruding flesh on her back. As her finger traced the scar that spanned the lower half of her back, Hae Ri cringed. There was no longer any physical pain but her body remembers the exact sensation when she was sliced by a chopper. Hae Ri closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She had never shown anyone this scar, not even Chanyeol, and she could not believe that she had to show the whole world now. It was during one of her earlier missions in NSA. They were sent to stalk this ordinary man who turned out to be a psychotic killer who was obsessed with choppers. Chanyeol had passed out at that time and Hae Ri had let her guard down thus giving the psycho an opportunity to attack her. She shook her head, blocking out her thoughts and hurriedly put on the tight fitting dress before exiting the washroom.

She approached the woman from before with her blouse wrapped around the upper part of her torso, covering her cleavage and . The woman looked at her with an over-excited expression. Her eyes lit up and was stretched into an inviting smile, just like a Cheshire cat. She looked as if she could not wait to get started on a new masterpiece.

Hae Ri stopped in front of her and stated,

“Madame, I really cannot wear this.”

The woman frowned but before she could say anything, Hae Ri turned around and dropped the blouse. Madame gasped and covered . She stepped forward to examine the scar and Hae Ri flinched when she laid a finger on the ridge of her scar.

“Such a pity…” Madame murmured.

Hae Ri turned around and Madame grabbed onto her chin and scrutinized her face.

“It is really a pity that such a pretty girl like you cannot be a hostess…” she breathed as she traced her finger along Hae Ri’s jaw.

Hae Ri refrained from cringing. She put on her cold demeanour and simply stared back at Madame. Madame chuckled and spat in a saccharine tone,

Hae Ri walked towards the guys who were sitting around in the staff lounge, discussing some stuff. She was in another black and lacy tight fitting dress but this outfit was not bare-backed. It was a bare shoulder long sleeved dress. The sleeves were made of lace such that her arms could be seen through the fabric. The dress ended right above her knees but there was a slit that went up to her upper-thigh. Her hair was done up in a messy French twist, revealing her neck. She was feeling very uncomfortable in her outfit but she tried her best to maintain her expression. Eyes were watching.

Chanyeol immediately stood up when he saw Hae Ri. He had a lopsided grin on his face as he gave her a thumbs-up. Hae Ri felt a little of her anxiety go away. Baekhyun gave her a warm smile and the other two guys nodded their heads at her. They were all dressed in a simple outfit – a white long sleeved shirt with the sleeves folded back and long black pants. All of them look neat and suave, except maybe for Chanyeol who was fumbling with his sleeves. Hae Ri walked towards him and smiled at the messily folded sleeves.

Chanyeol noticed that and chided,

“Yah, don’t laugh!”

Hae Ri held back her chuckle and replied,

“I’ll help you.”

She meticulously re-folded his sleeves and Chanyeol’s ears turned red from her tender actions. His scent engulfed her senses once again and Hae Ri concentrated on the sleeves so as to keep her fangs in their place. Once she was done and about to step away from him, he looked down at her and complimented,

“You look gr-“

But before he could finish his sentence, Baekhyun interrupted,

“Yah, Hae Ri! Help me with my sleeves too!”

He started to his nicely folded sleeves and Hae Ri shook her head at his childishness. She made her way towards him but was stopped by a booming voice,

“Stop chatting! Time for work!”
