Exhaustion
Writing CompilationWeariness is seeping, seeping into my crevices. It's enveloping, drowning all else that matters.
I'm tiring of this.
Eyelids laced with sleep; I lose grip of my consciousness. I'm suddenly hyper aware of myself falling, succumbing to the lulling by my ear.
My eyes open.
Everything floods back. The room is empty. I've been stripped of my belongings; my freedom.
I crumble — awfully, awfully drained.
