Lay POV

“____'s parent … died in the same day as her birthday last year … which is today…" he said sadly; my eyes widened; I was really shocked; I couldn't fully understand or believe what was happening right now

"She told me not to tell anyone but …..” He said with his head still hanged down sadly

“You really need to stop them Lay!" He said looking straight into my eyes; I looked back at him trying to digest what I just heard fully when suddenly I fully realized the situation; I stood up; snatched the car key from hyung’s office and ran out of the office straight to the car; I took my phone hurriedly calling Kris but he just wouldn't pick up; I called Luhan and he didn’t pick up either; Chanyeol? still No reply!

"WHY ARE YOU NOT PICKING UP THE ING PHONES?" I shouted and hit the steering as I drove faster

"What should I do?" I thought as I was mentally panicking

"Tao!" I said slowing the speed calling Tao

"Pick up ... Pick up ... Pick up …" I said worried as I was praying while trying hard to focus on the road

"Yoboseyo~~~~~" My heart stopped beating when he finally replied in a really loud voice; it was so noisy on the other line

"Yah … Ta-" I started

"HYUNG~ come quickly!!  ____ said she's on her way to the dorm; you really should be here; she'll be really happy; quickly quickly; I need to go! I'm hanging up!" He said quickly half Korean, half Chinese

"No- YAH! … DAMNIT!!!!!!!" I cursed throwing the phone angrily on the seat next to me and  drove even faster hoping to reach before her

___ POV

I was spacing out the whole ride home; looking deep at the cold, dark street that I didn't even notice I was already there; I headed toward the dorm heavily; I was so down to the point of committing suicide right in the spot; my phone suddenly rang distracting my thoughts; I checked the caller ID and it was Lay; I looked at the phone but I didn't pick up; I just stared at it while it’s vibrating in my hand

"Y-you know … that I'm leaving -- you?" I said looking at the phone sadly with tears

"Are you really -- letting me go?" I whispered again still looking at the non stoppable ringing; tears threatened to fall again so I closed the phone quickly and sniffed to let the tears disappear; I stopped in front of the building and slowly looked up at the dorm window … where all my beloved EXO are right now …

"Is it really the … end?" I whispered again and looked down; swallowing the tears that were stuck in my throat; I sighed entering the building and pressed the elevator button …

Lay POV

I was getting closer to the dorm and as I close as I was getting I was tensing more; I called her many times but she wouldn't pick up

"WHY NO ONE OF YOU IS ANSWERING!" I shouted again stopping at the traffic light that was just opposite of our dorm while my eyes were fixed at the entrance anxiously when suddenly I saw a very similar figure; it was her … It saw ____

I was shocked; I looked at how she was standing in front of the entrance with her shoulders hanged down; I could feel how much she was feeling down from her heavy steps;

I snapped back to reality and looked at the traffic light that was taking forever; my eyes widened when I looked back and she was already in front of the elevator door; I didn't think twice, I opened the car door and crossed the road running to the building hoping to catch up with her before she take the elevator; leaving behind me people peeping annoyed that I left the car at the middle of the road but I cared less at the moment all I want now is to stop her from entering the dorm

I ran at my full speed but the elevator doors opened wide and she stepped inside; I ran even faster but the door closed just one second after arrived; I pressed the button continuously hoping it would open again but it took her up

The other elevator arrived right away and I got in pressing 17th floor quickly; panting hard and feeling that my heart going to press any moment now, I just couldn’t stop myself;  I really needed stop everything

Baekhyun POV

"She’s here!! She’s here!! ~~~" Tao shouted excitedly running from the window direction to us and we starte running here and there to get ready

Kris hyung smiled satisfied with all the settings and all of us stood in a row and some bent down their knees on the floor in front of the door; holding that thingy that blows colored papers in our hands and wearing the birthday caps cutely;  we closed the lights and waited excitedly for her to open the door

____ POV

I stood in front of the dorm door; taking a deep breath trying hard to look normal and a little brighter; I pressed the lock password slowly and the door opened; the lights were switched off but food smell was filling the place; before closing the dorm door; I reached for the lights and switched them on …

" SURPRISEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~~~~~~~~~~~~"

Lay POV

I arrived and I heard the lock click open and I froze in my place; slowly I started to approach the dorm still trying to catch my breathe

Kris POV

The moment she opened the lights we all blow that thingy at her shouting surprise but … she stood still at her place stiff; eyes widened; tears started to form furiously in her eyes while looking at the surroundings slowly; not blinking once; her eyes landed on us again; we all were smiling widely at her

“She's probably surprised  ... right?” I thought

“but why I feel something bad is happening right now and that we did something wrong?” I thought again unsure

My eyes shifted to Lay who suddenly showed up behind ____; panting hard and eyes widened when he saw us …

____ POV

Tears chocked my throat; my heart start aching really hard; I couldn't breathe; I looked at the surroundings; decoration hanged on the walls, balloons everywhere, food organized on the table with a beautifully designed cake in the middle …

*Flashback*

"Your parents just got into a serious accident ……."

*End flashback*

I remembered when I received the phone call at the party hall a year ago; slowly; I started to walk blankly toward the food table; trembling with each step while tears blurring my vision still none managed to escaped

 *Flashback*

"Each time you will hold your so fancy birthday party you will end up losing someone precious to you *smirk*”

*End flashback*

I closed my eyes tightly and brought my hands to my ears blocking it as I was trying to get rid of the flashbacks and from hearing those hurtful words that kept on repeating non stop

"Stop it …… Stop it ….. Stop it …" I whispered while shaking my head slowly while still shutting my eyes and blocking my ears trying to get rid of all the crazy thing happening and flashing in front of me right now

Lay POV

She was shaking madly while approaching the food table; I could see how clueless the guys were just standing there looking at her; when suddenly she closed her ears tightly wanting something to stop; I was about to approach her but she slowly removed hands from her ear and slowly she turned around and looked at us …

"W-Wae?" she said with a tears sliding down her cheeks continuously

"W-we just Wan---" Jonghyun started looking at us clueless and back to ___

"Who said I wanted a party?! Neah?!!”

“Why are you holding a party for a maid!" she cut Jonghyun off and looked at EXO; I felt tears burning my eyes  

"Wae Oppa? Wae?" she said and her lips were trembling while tears coming out silently

" ___-ah~" Chanyeol whispered and was about to approach her

"WAE!!!!!!!!" she shouted suddenly; shocking everyone and furiously took the cake and throws it on the floor completely ruining it …

"I DON'T WANT A PARTY *Sobs* WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS! Wae? …Wae!!! ... Wae?!!! Wae!!!" She kept on screaming and throwing everything was prepared on the table, she was cutting the decoration and throwing them on the floor and stepping angrily on them while crying and sobbing hard; I tried hard to control my tears but it just fell down; I looked up as I tried to stop the tears but her sobs broke down our hearts; I could see the guys eyes full of tears as well but still curelessly and sadly looking at her; she then bent down crying harder while holding on her stomach; she sat slowly on the ground and cried her out; Kris was about to approach her but I stopped him; I just wanted her to let everything out ….

"I DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?! Why?" She said crying hard that she was suffocating by her own sobs; I looked back at her swallowing hard preventing my tears to fall even more

" I Don't want to lose you … I don't want to lose you ….. " she kept on repeating that she doesn’t want to lose us and we didn’t get what she really meant by that; the place became calmer as she stopped shouting but still crying hard and sobbing harder

 I took a step closer and closer to her; slowly; I bent down to her level; she stopped crying and raised her bloody red eyes that were still full of tears and looked at my teary eyes; she started crying again as she looked into my eyes but this time no noise came out I can only see her trembling lips while fixing my eyes into hers; she sobbed for air

"I Don't want to lose you …." she said between her silent cries whispering still looking straight into my eyes; my heart broke into pieces; I slowly brought her head to my chest

"Shhh …." I said softly, gently patting her back while caressing her head leaving her to cry her heart out

Kris POV

We all were standing there trying to understand what just happened; I looked at the messy place around us; she wouldn't stop repeating that *She doesn't want to lose us!* my heart was paining at her sight although I'm not understanding anything of what's going on …

I looked at Lay who seemed to know something; he looked at ___ with those teary eyes of his and approached her; bending down by her level; she looked at him in the eyes and still repeated the same sentence; I approached them slowly bending down and I held her hand with mine

She was still crying in Lay's chest and now all EXO and SHINee were surrounding her; she slowly raised her head from Lay’s chest and looked at us with teary eyes

"I'm sorry ….  I'm really sorry …. I'm sorry … I’m sorry … I'm sorry … “She kept apologizing while crying silently with her head down

Lay POV

"Come with me …." I stood up brining her up along with me gently; telling them that I'll let her rest; they all nodded; my right arm wrapped around her shoulders guiding her to the room; she sat on the bed with her head down still sobbing; I sat beside her

"I- I didn't mean to – I'm........... " she wanted to say something but end up crying again; I looked away again with teary eyes as I hated seeing her like this but then turned again and  hugged her tight

"Don't say anything; everything's going to be alright" I said patting her back smoothly and she was crying silently now and I tried my best to comfort her

"Shhhh everything's going to be fine …"

Awhile later; she stopped crying but the echo of her sobbing wouldn't stop; I noticed that she slept on my chest now; slowly I laid her on her bed; taking her shoes off; I covered her and made sure she's warm now; I looked deeply at her pale face; I brushed the her away from her face smoothly

"Get well soon … I miss your smile … my ___ " I whispered leaving the room silently; I closed the room door slowly and I turned back to be greeted by a worried EXO and SHINee

"She slept" I said shortly heading to the living room

"What's going on? You know something?" Kris said looking at me; I sighed and looked at them

 "Where are your phones?" I said looking at them slightly angry

"Here … Oh? Why you called many times?" Luhan said looking at me

"I called all of you many times; why didn't you pick up?" I said trying hard not to shout so I wouldn't wake her up!

"The music was so loud we didn't hear the phones!" Tao said looking down

"Hyung~ what happened with ___?" Sehun said all worried

"She –“ I started and sighed

“Today is her parents  … death anniversary !" I said looking at them

"You-- you mean in her birthday …. she---?" Sehun said shocked; I nodded sadly

"That’s why I called; To stop everything before she arrives!" I said and Tao sniffed

"It's my entire fault I should've listened to you though the phone call earlier …" Tao said with teary eyes

"It's not your fault Tao; all of us are at fault …" Chanyeol said calming Tao down; I looked at Kris who suddenly frowned while spacing out

Kris POV

I was confused at what Lay just said; her parents death and her birthday … The news this morning … something sounds wrong?! Something sounds really wrong …

"Could it be that.......?! No ways!" I thought looking at the guys

"What's wrong hyung?" Sehun said and looked at me

"N-Nothing! Let's just rest" I said heading to the room

Lay POV

"Okay then we'll be heading back; make sure you take good care of her " Jonghyun said looking at me

“I AM taking good care of her …" I said looking back at him

"Let's go …" He said standing up and left; EXO went to rest although I don't think they're resting comfortably …..

Kris POV

I couldn't sleep; I was shifting uncomfortably so I went to the living room; I was thinking about the whole thing …

"Could it be that she's … lying?!" I thought looking at her room door

"It's been almost a year with her now; she can't be lying to us about her real identity this whole time? … Could it be?" I thought remembering the news from the morning about the memorial day of the Jung family and their lost daughter …

I looked at the computer and approached it slowly; browsing some of  the picture of the Jung family; searching for "Jung Minah"  The daughter of the well-known business man Jung Yunho; I zoomed in the picture and looked deeply at it

I looked at her face carefully and my eyes widened; I refused to believe but yes it was her! ____ was actually Jung … Minah!!!

"She's been …. Lying"
