Minah POV

“Hello, sir do you still need a part timer?" I said with hopes in my eyes

"Oh?  I'm sorry; we already hired 2 part timers " He said and all my hopes vanished for the 6th time today

"Thank you …" I said bowing with disappointed face and walked away and I ended up sitting on a bench in a kid's park

A sudden feeling warmed my gloomy day and a smile formed on my lips, I was watching kids playing happily with their parents,  I remembered my own parents when I was a kid we used to play in our mansion’s garden, my eyes started to blur because of the tears that threated to fall any moment right now …….

I looked up to the clear sky “ Appa … Umma why did you leave me? “

** Flashback **

Minah POV

"Baby girl wake up .. Its your birthday " Appa said in a cheerful voice while opening my room’s curtains letting all the sunshine inside my room

" Mmm Appaaaa " I said lazily and sat up half awake, I hugged him tight but a sudden heavy feeling occupied my heart, it was aching my heart

 "Hmmm maybe because I'm nervous?  It’s my day after all" I thought trying to cheer up

"Let's prepare ourselves hunny " I nodded getting up and walked to the bathroom after giving Appa and Umma their morning kiss

 4 hour later

 "I'm ready” I said walking down the stares from my room and my parent’s mouths opened wide in a WOW motion!

" Omo who's this angel? We didn't invite you here!" Appa said making me blush

 "Wow she's an angel JUST like her mother" Umma said smiling proudly and we all laughed!

"Araso!! Appa Umma, I’m leaving Now, see you in the hotel “ I said walking to the waiting Limo with a shy smile

Hotel hall

Minah POV

The party started and my parents were not here yet!!! I called them many times but no one responded!  Ok I'm going crazy here I can't cut the cake before they arrive!!!

 I must wait for them, acting less nervous I was greeting people who came! I waited for 1 hour … 2 hours and still … They didn’t arrive yet  .. My phone rang suddenly startling me and it was Appa's number ..

 "Appa where are you ???? The party is ending and you're not her yet" I said irritated the moment I picked up the phone ….  but?

"Is this Jung Minah?" An unknown person spoke up and my heart stopped beating for a moment and I couldn't breathe ….

No one POV

Before 3 hours

  "hubby, quickly we're late" Jung Yunho said (Minah's Appa)

 "Yeaaaah" said Jung Inseong (Minah's Umma)

They went to their private car and headed toward the hotel

 "I'm so happy to have you and Minah in my life" said Yunho kissing Inseong hand while driving

" We're happier sweetheart ..  Without you we wouldn't have this comfortable life with much love " Inseong said looking at her hubby lovingly and in a matter of seconds a sudden car flash appeared straight ahead of the Jung’s car when

" YUNHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

 Meanwhile at EXO’s van

" We're going to be late!!!! What’s with the traffic now?!" Suho said irritated

“It’s ok hyung take a nap " Chen said giggling

“It’s an accident and I think it's a serious one!" said EXO’s manger after they were released from the traffic passing by the huge accident

A while later

News on the radio

Broadcast man: * A huge accident killed the well-known Jung family except their one and only daughter while heading to her birthday party!!!  Stay tuned on seoul Broadcast*

  "WHAT!! They're one of the richest families in South korea!!! They even have companies in the US!! " Baekhyun said shocked

 "Poor child, I bet she's dying from sadness and crying her heart out right now" said Luhan with a sad face

 "This is life” said Lay coldly while fixing his eyes on the road

In the party hall

Minah POV

 "Y-Yeah .. I’m - Jung Minah " I said voice shaking, my heart was so heavy and tears started to form before even knowing why an unknown person is picking Appa’s phone

"I'm sorry to tell you that but …… Your parents were involved into a serious accident, they're in Seoul hospital and ---------------  “ He continued saying things I couldn't hear properly when the phone dropped on the floor from my hand  …..  

I didn't know what to do!!! I couldn’t think straight, my leg felt so weak, I was looking around me with tears burning my face, I could hear the loud music; everyone was enjoying, smiling and greeting each other!

My life shattered into pieces, my heart, all the good memories …. I couldn't move! My chest tightened, I couldn't breathe! I knew something really bad happened!

 I fell on the ground, When suddenly everything went black!!

In the hospital

I could hear people talking but I couldn't recognize any other voices except the last voice I wanted to hear right now … yes he was my Uncle!

My dad biggest rival because Dad’s business always gets in his way of success

I opened my eyes that were full of tears and got out of bed quickly heading to the room door!

 "OH! Where are you going" Uncle said approaching me acting all caring

"DON'T YOU DARE COME NEAR ME, it’s …..  All YOUR FAULT" I screamed my lungs out while crying

" I want – I want to see my Appa and Umma! Where are they? " I asked the Doctor politely looking at him with my red, teary eyes and he looked at me softly

"I'm sorry, we --  couldn't save their lives " he said and I looked at him not fully understanding what he just said, I looked at my uncle and at the doctor again while trembling and tears coming out furiously  

" You --  lying!” I said swallowing hard to stop my falling tears

“ Umma and Appa would never leave me! " I said blankly not wanting to believe what they are saying; pushing the doctor away I intended to run outside but they managed to catch me!

"No! P-please – please, I want to see them – Please -- " I said sliding down from the doctor's hands; sitting on the room floor crying

 "Plea ……… *sobs* Just once -- please" I said crying hard

"Come with me" the doctor said pulling me up gently, I was trembling, my legs felt so weak and I was trying to suffocate my cries; We stood in front of the door where they were and I looked down and cried soundlessly and opened the door  

" Appa – Umma . . " I said and my voice cracked due to the tears that were shocking me; I slowly approached them

" I - I know you can hear my voice --- Umma “ I was sobbing really hard now; words were barely coming out as my sobs were shocking me

 “Umma??!  Wake up – yeah? --  Appa?! You said you'll never make me scared --  you said you'll always protect me!!!!” I said crying

“Umma --” I said wiping my tears away

“Umma -- lets go – “ I said pulling her hand

“ Umma!! let’s go --  The party is about to end!  Hmm? Umma?  Why are you not answering !!! Are you upset? Did I do something wrong?” I said trying to wake her up

“ Appa tell Umma to answer me!! Why you are not answering BACK !!! APPAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!! UMMAAAAAAAAAAAA!! WHY?!! “I said screaming and crying hard while shacking Appa hard! I wanted him to answer me! I refused to accept the fact that they're gone!

I could feel the doctor's hands pulling me away from them and I was trying to free myself from the doctor grip trying to reach Appa’s hand  

"No! Please!!!!! LET GO!!  NO!!!! APPA – UMMA --  Let go NOOO~ "

 5 months later

No one POV

“YAH! Minah Come to my office “ said my mean Uncle

"It's NOT yours!!!  Its APPA's office!!! This whole mansion is Appa's, this food you're eating its Appa's, This money you're spending from its Appa's MONEY!!! Its ALL APPA’s "I said impolitely

"Shut up and come" he said angry gridding his teeth

"I don’t want to! " I answered back

"YAH! " he said rising his hand to hit me, I close my eyes tightly

" Ok. I just wanted to inform you that you're going to marry my son Taegoon soon enough! " He said walking away

" WHAT! AM I YOUR TOY " I said shouting angrily and he said nothing entering Dad office

Minah POV

"What should I do?  What should I do?  “I said walking back and forth in my room

" Umma what should I do? – Hmm . . ?” I was thinking deeply

“I have to disappear. I don't need wealth I can live alone --  I'm already alone" I said still thinking deeply but soon I was determined

I started packing the important stuff I would need and went to the back door, I looked for the last time at our house when tears started to form in my eyes, I quickly walked away heading to I don't know where .. I just kept on heading as far as I can from the mansion  

I found a small apartment and I rent it so in the morning I go look for a job But I couldn't sleep I was afraid to sleep alone.

 The sun rise and I went out to look for a job till I found a small market that accepted me to deliver milk every morning ... Of course no body recognized me I cut and dyed my hair black last night and I was wearing normal casual clothes !

I couldn't even recognize myself … I changed my name also to hide my real identity as the Jung’s daughter! Hopefully no one would find out thought I have to be really careful!

Minah POV

I looked around and almost all the kids were gone with their families now, I guess I was spacing out for a while now!

 I stood up heading back to my apartment walking heavily, suddenly I heard a loud car brakes and that car was just straight in front of me!!!!  My eyes went wide open and the van stopped in front of my shocked face and body!

EXO van

 “Today’s practice was so tiring the dance move is hard" chen said stretching

 "Yeah the moves is so difficult really” Chanyeol said looking outside tired

 "Yeah yeah I know you're tired but you WILL clean the dorm NOW before sleeping" Hyung said turning around and giving us a smirk and we rolled our eyes

 "HYUUUUUUNG~~~~ " they all whined

 "Hyung hire a maid then !! It's so tiring to clean the dorm after schedules "

“It’s hard to find someone to handle your messy dorm I mean Ajummahs would die the moment they step inside and see how messy it is !!!  And Young ladies are your fans! So we have no other choice but to make you clean your messy dorm all by yourself" Manager said smirking again!

 " I hate maids " Lay said in a low voice while looking at the road with an annoyed expression

 "Then be organized” manager said

" HYUNNNNNG CAREFUL " Exo shouted and the manager stepped on the break quickly

Lay POV

The Van stopped just in time, I could see the poor girl shocked face, she was standing in front of the van with a rounded big eyes that was sparkling with tears

 Suddenly she approach the driver door and furiously banged on the window motioning for Manager Hyung to come out; Hyung was startled enough and hesitantly opened it! The moment Hyung opened the door this girl scream startled us to hell!!!

Minah POV

 “ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!! Eeeh!!!!!! ARE YOU CRAZY!!!! ARE YOU BLIND!!!!  AM I THAT INVISIBLE?!!" I screamed startling him! His eyes were so wide opened! I wanted to punch him straight on the face he almost killed me!

 "I'm – I’m sorry!  I-I didn't see you " he said with fears in his eyes while stammering and he kept on looking at the backseats of the van; somehow I got suspicious

 "What?! Why are so scared huh?! What are hiding!" I said trying to look inside the Van but he blocked me while moving his head and quickly got out of the van

"NO, N-N-n O body-y’s there” He said feeling uneasy

"Did I ask him about SOMEBODY or something?" I thought looking at him with doubtful eyes

 “Kidnapper!!  He’s a kidnapper " My eyes widened and I said trying to catch people's attention

“What!!! No!! No! ” He said and covered my mouth panicky and took me to the van other side I thought he's going to kidnap me!! So I bite his hand hard!

" AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" he screamed in pain but then I heared laughs coming from inside the van; I looked at the van but it was pitch black couldn’t see except my reflection on the window then I looked back at the man who was holding his hand in pain, I looked at the van again and blinked

"They're EXO and I'm their manager please don't scream and attract people attention please!!! " he said bowing to me while begging

" EXO !!!!!!" I said blinking blankly
