Memories 3
Forever and Always : A Promise
Aira’s memory didn’t get back as fast as everyone had hoped for but she was starting to open up, even the slightest bit has made Cho Hyun Ju smiled. Despite of Aira being a quite cold person now, she was able to finally make herself comfortable as Cho Aira; even when she felt like it’s her new identity instead of her old one.
“Omma, I’m going out.” she told Hyun Ju and the woman smiled
“Okay, just don’t take too long.”
“Honey…” her dad’s voice warned slightly
“Okay okay, take your time.” Cho Hyun Ju gives in
“I won’t be long.” Aira smiled and kissed her cheeks; walking out the door
She was going to get back to school to continue her senior year within a week and the news of her having amnesia had already spread to the entire school. However, it was never on the news nor the internet, it was kept quiet or Cho Sang Min would’ve banned that person off the country to spoke of it.
--
She looked through one clothes to another and held out a light pink one; looking at it and finally smiled of satisfaction. She turns to the sales girl standing not far from her and nods,
”I’ll take these.”
“Very well.” she nods back “Card or cash?”
“Cash.” she mumbled while taking out her purse
“300,000 won.” the girl stated and Aira handed her the money
“Here you go. Thank you for shopping here and we hope you’ll come again.” she flashes a smile towards Aira and Aira smiled back; taking the bag
She walks out of the shop and stopped by Starbucks,
“One ice caramel latte please.” she ordered and after a few minutes, the worker gave her the latte. She started walking again and irritation followed her. You’re gonna regret this. She walks towards a guy with his hoodie up, a beanie and a fist to his lips “Why are you following me?” Aira frowns and he stood there quiet “Did you honestly think I didn’t know you’ve been following me for the past few days?” she crossed her arms
There were not many people that day since the snow made the weather colder than before so he pulled down his hoodie and clears his throat “Sorry…” He swore he could've just hugged her, embrace her, tells her how he loves her so much right there, right then. But she doesn't know him, she doesn't remember him, to her eyes... He's just another stranger who happens to know her. He wanted to tell her how he's sorry for everything and how everything he had felt like it had disappeared away from him...
“You…” she squints her eyes “I’ve seen you from somewhere. Oh, yes, you mistaken me for someone else at the hospital, right?”
Yes, that’s who I am to you, aren’t I? “Uhh, yeah.” Sehun rubs the back of his neck awkwardly
“Why are you following me?” she boldly ask
“I… I wasn’t following you.” Lie.
“Aha… And that explains why I’ve been seeing you behind me for the past few days, yes?” she raises a brow
You were never good at lies Sehun, speak up
