Kai stopped and you got off his back. "Can you tell me where we're going?" You asked

You didn't hear anything. You sighed "Of course I wouldn't hear you.. Why would I even bother to ask?" You mumbled to yourself quietly

Kai stared at you and your heard a noise come from behind you. You tensed up "What's behind me?" You whispered

"Calm down it's just me." You heard a familiar voice

You turned around to see Sehun. You hit his arm, "Why did you put me on Kai's back? You just let him kidnap me?"

"I was behind you guys the whole time. I just had to gather Kai's clothes." Sehun said rubbing his arm

You looked back at Kai who was heading behind a bush, "Oh.. So when you guys change--"

"Yup." Sehun headed over and placed Kai's clothes down next to the bush

You looked away, "OHHH... That's.. Hmm.. Makes sense."

"Yeah." Sehun nodded "We can't change with clothes on. We aren't shapeshifters.. Well we are a type, but.." Sehun couldn't find the right words to put it in

"I get it!" You smiled

Sehun smiled at your smile, "What?" You raised a brow

"You should smile more often. That sad face doesn't suit you"

"Ewuh get a room you two." Kai commented

You looked back at him and stuck your tongue out at him "You're just jealous that I talk to Sehunnie more than you!"

Kai furrowed his brows, "No." He walked off

You looked at Sehun and linked arms with him, "Where is he taking us?"

Sehun grinned "You'll see!"

The three of you came out of the woods and you found yourself next to an amusement park. "What?" You questioned in amazement

Sehun took your hand "Let's go on some rides!"

After riding a few rides with Sehun all of you went to the bumper cars, go kart racing and just a few rides that don't need partners. 

"What ride do you want to go on next?" You asked Kai "I'll ride with you!" You said happily

You didn't care if Kai seemed grumpy anymore, you were having fun for the first time after your grandma died.

Kai tapped his chin "You'll ride any ride I pick? With me?"

You nodded, "Doesn't seem fair if I just keep riding with Sehunnie."

Kai nodded, "That one!" He pointed behind you

You turned around to see the rollercoaster. Your heart sped up at the thought of riding it. You nodded nervously, "Uh.. Okay!" You turned back at Kai with a smile

"You sure? This is one of the biggest rides in Korea. You sure you up for this?" Kai questioned

"Yeah Skye, even I wouldn't be able to take on that ride." Sehun said

You nodded, "Let's go! I've been kind of wanting to ride that ride anyways!" You said unsure of yourself

Kai headed off and you followed. 

"Are you sure about this?" Sehun asked "You know you don't have to do this."

You nodded, "I know, but I want too!"

Kai waited at the enterance "Are you coming or what?" He called

"You not coming?" You asked Sehun

He shook his head, "I'll wait down here. If you get scared, just say my name I'll come and get you!" 

You nodded "I'll see you once I'm off the ride!"

You headed off to Kai. The line was long for the rollercoaster. You were about a quater way into the line and Kai looked at you. You fidgeted with your fingers.

"You know if you're scared we can go back. We still have time." He said leaning against the rails

You looked back and saw the line of people behind you, "nah, I'm okay." You looked at Kai, "Do you want to go back?"

He shook his head.

As the two of you were half way up the stairs, you didn't feel as nervous as you did before but you knew that once you got on the ride your stomach would go crazy. 

Kai on the other hand started to feel it. He began to get nervous but didn't want to show you. He could hear the screams around him and how fast the rollercoaster was going.

He tried focusing on a calming noise, but everything around him was loud. He shut his eyes for a moment and heard the steady beat of your heartbeat. He opened his eyes and looked at you. You were looking at the rollercoaster, 

"Still nervous?" He asked

You shook your head, "Just want to get this over with!"

Finally the two of you got on the ride and the two of you sat near the front of the rollercoaster. You sat down placing the seatbelt on you and you gripped onto the bars tightly. You were getting nervous, but you were also excited.

The rollercoaster started to move and you looked at Kai. His eyes were closed shut *Afriad?*

The rollercoaster sped off and you began to scream. The rush that ran through your body. You looked at Kai and he sat there frozen in fear. You laughed and he grabbed onto your hand.

He held your hand throughout the ride tightly. *What a softy!*

"How was the ride?" Sehun asked

You laughed "Fun!"

Kai crossed his arms like nothing happened and walked off.

"What's with him?" Sehun asked

You shrugged and thought that Kai should keep that mocho exterior for today, "I don't know!"

When the three of you got home, the others were waiting around.

"Do you know what time it is?" Suho pointed to the clock

The three of you lowered your heads, and you spoke first "Sorry.. I wanted to go get ice cream and --"

"It's not Skye's fault hyung. We to--"

"It was my idea to take them to the amusement park." Kai finished

The two of you looked at Kai with wide eyes.

"Is that true?" Kris asked

Sehun nodded but you said, "It was all our idea. Sorry.. We just wanted to have fun!" You said with a small smile

"Go to your rooms." Kris said

The three of you walked off, "We didn't even come home late. Why are they getting mad?" Sehun questioned

You shrugged "That's what parents do!" You whispered

"Did you at least have fun?" Suho asked

You and Sehun replied, "Ne!" and Kai kept walking away.

"Leave it to the maknaes to cheer her up!" Chanyeol commented

Tao crossed his arms and pouted "Why wasn't I invited? I'm a maknae too.."
