Nichkhun's POV

I'm so bored!!!! The Chemistry teacher was an old man with droopy wrinkles. His eyes were so small that I'm beginning to wonder if he could actually see his  students, let alone the various complicated formulas in the textbook. I looked down at my textbook and read out the topic heading.

Acidic and Alkaline Properties. Great, not one of my favourite chapters back in my old high school, because it was slightly too dull for me. The only 'fun' in chemistry was when the teacher started whipping out all the test tubes and chemicals. Fun began when I get to mix all the chemicals up and watch a smoke rise.

Unfortunately, that's wasn't happening right now. Right now, he was writing down all the formulas that I already knew, mixing them up in a complicated piece of mumbo-jumbo and letting the students figure out what to do about it. How is that fun?

"Nichkhun-ssi? Pay attention, boy!" He scolded me when I started to daydream, gazing out the window to the empty football field outside. The summer sun was high up in the sky by then, because it was already noon. I could see the heat wave of the sun rays from seat, but I couldn't feel the heat. The air-conditioned lab was cool against my skin. I I wondered what Wooyoung is doing right now. 

Wooyoung. I suddenly wanted to see him. Asking for an excuse to the toilet, I quickly made my way out of the lab, towards the dance studio on the third floor upstairs.

Wooyoung was the star of the show it seemed. He was in the middle of a large class, all clapping their hands to his amazing B-boy moves. He looked like he was floating on air. Such grace....the way his body leaned slightly more didn't make my heart pound any slower. I watched him like a stalker, shielding myself behind a stack of bags the students have piled up on the floor. For a while, I captured the way he dance, step by step, and it made me want to move along to the beat. The music itself was a trance.

I couldn't wait for us to start studying together.

Just as I was about to leave, a big guy came into the picture and embraced Wooyoung in a brotherly sort of way. My heart skipped a beat. I sneaked in closer to hear what they're saying. Something about....hanging out? I crawled in a little more closer. "You...girlfriend....ain't she gonna be mad?" The big guy said.

"Taec, I don't generally care..." I heard him reply. What did the big guy mean by 'girlfriend'?

Does this mean Wooyoung has a girlfriend? I feel so stupid. Without bothering to check what I was holding on to, my hand slipped forward and right there on the floor in front of everyone, I was lying on my stomach with my eyes looking up at Wooyoung.

Good going there, new boy. You just made a fool out of yourself. I cursed my monologue for being so bloody obvious.
