What About You?
Your FaultYuri's POV
----
I stopped breathing for a second when she asked me that.
Her body shifted as she turned to me.
I debated on telling her or not.
I turned my body so I was also facing her.
"So??" She asked.
I bit my lip.
Think of someone else! My mind told me.
There was only one person I could think of that fit my description, Tiffany.
"Tiffany." I said to her.
For a moment I thought I saw hurt in her eyes, but it disappeared as fast as it came.
"A girl?" she asked.
I nodded.
"I hope you have good luck confessing to her." she smiled to me.
I could tell it was a forced smile. But I didn't comment on it.
"So, what about you?" I asked as I stared at her face, which was rather close to mine.
"What about me?" she replied.
"Who do you like?" I asked.
She bit her lip and looked away, "They don't like me back." she said sadly.
"Who?" I asked on.
She kept looking someplace else, "A person."
"And the name of that person is?" I asked.
She didn't say anything.
"Okay, describe the person." I asked her as she wasn't telling me who she liked.
"Okay, well the person is younger than me, pretty smile, pretty hair, caring, kind, warm, and overall a good person." she described.
I felt jealousy go through my body as she described this person.
I looked at the ceiling, not wanting to look at Jessica.
"Yul?" Jessica called.
"Hmm?" I replied, still looking at the ceiling.
"Why'd you go quiet all of a sudden?" she asked.
"Thinking." I replied.
"About what?" she asked.
"The person I like." I replied again.
"Tiffany.." Jessica mumbled.
I gathered up my courage before turning to face Jessica.
"I don't like Tiffany." I said to her.
She turned and looked at me. "Eh?"
"I like you." I said before looking at Jessica.
It was silent for a moment.
"Really?" Jessica said in a high-pitched voice.
I nodded, looking away from embarrassment.
I felt a cold hand on my chin, turning my head to look at Jessica.
"That's nice to know, because I like you too." she whispered before leaning in and kissing me.
