"Aly, The fourth member of Empress is ready to be revealed" YG Sangjangnim informed me

"Really Sangjangnim? When can I meet her?" I asked him excitedly

"She is currently not yet in Korea. We are still in the process of fixing all of her papers. She's still in Canada as we speak"

"Really? Can I at least know her name?"  

"Her name? I believe you just have to wait and see." He said teasing me

"Awww. Why did you call me here by the way?" I asked him pouting

"I want to inform you that you will be having a solo song in Ahreum's Album"

"Really?"

"Yes. But you will be collaborating with another artist."

"Who? Dragon Hyung?" I asked

"You would have your chance to collaborate together but I believe it won't be in Ahreum's Album. You'll be the first artist that he would be collaborating with"

"Who could it be?" I asked him thinking of any possible Artist in YG.

"Bobby-shi" He told me with a straight face.

"You're not trolling me this time, right?" I asked super excitedly

"I'm not" He said smiling a bit

"WAHHHH THANK YOU APPA!!!" I stood up and hugged YG Appa very tight.

When he released the hug, it finally sunk in to me. 

"Appa... How can Jiwon and I collaborate if he's still not an official YG Artist yet?"

"He and Hanbin are a treasure I wouldn't want to let go. Hanbin is doing some featuring activities already, why can't jiwon do the same, for now at least"

The moment I was dismissed, I went to the big bang studio where my brother and the others were currently taking a break.

"Oppa!!! I am collaborating with Jiwonnie" I asked excitedly

"Really?" Dragon Hyung asked surprised

"Ne. I thought that he called me in just to say that I am collaborating with you oppa for your solo album but then he also told me that he's planning to tease Jiwon's debut during Ahreum promotions."

"That's going to be good, did Jiwon know about this yet?"

"No, I haven't told him. I rushed to you the moment the CEO dismissed me."

"If you need help, you know you can always ask me right?" 

"Yes, I do oppa. Can I hang around here for a while?"

"You are always welcome in our recording studio"

Jiyong oppa bid temporary goodbye since he and Seunghyun oppa are still in the middle of recording.

"Seungri oppa, Have you seen Mina?" I asked when he sat down on the couch beside me

"Nope. I thought she's at the dorm since it's her day off" He asked me

"It is true that we have our day off today. I thought she was with you, Mari told me she left very early" I asked shocked

"She's not with me. I havent seen her since last night. Did you try calling her?"  Seungri asked getting worried

"I did, but her number was busy. What's happening to that girl" I asked frustratedly

Instead of dwelling on looking for Eunmi's whereabouts, I went to my personal studio.

I called in Jiwon not long after to tell him my good news. As expected, he was really excited about it. 

YG was never really vocal about is plans for his artists but he has his own secrets he wishes to keep. 

"Jiwon look at this song, tell me what you think about it"

Jiwon oppa looked at it and after a couple of minutes he asked teddy oppa and Jiyong hyung to take a look at the lyrics I wrote.

Unconsciously I was singing the chorus part of "Just follow".

They looked at me.

"The one you just sang right now. Is that the chorus of the song?" Teddy Oppa asked

"Neh. I was thinking it should be like that. Actually, I already have the music prepared. All I need is Jiwon's rap" 

"How many hours did you do this again?" Teddy Oppa teased me.

The four of us stayed in the recording booth until it was already past 12 midnight.

Park Mari

Eunmi has been missing in action for a few days now. Our manager and Aly can't even contact her. The last time I saw her, she was leaving the apartment around 4 am. I never saw her nor heard from her since then. 

I'm currently at the backstage of M!Countdown waiting for our special stage together.

"Mari where is mina? You're almost on in a few minutes!!!" Aly said panicking

"I don't know. I haven't seen her literally in days. She doesn't even reply to any of my messages" I told her nervously.

"I can't go on the stage with you right now, I have a performance next. Can you do it on your own?" Aly asked

Even though I was nervous, I just nodded at her.

"Mari, You're on in 5, 4,3 -" The PD said

"I'm sorry I'm late. PD-nim where is my mic?" I looked at her and saw Eunmi panting.

It's a relief, she made it just on time.

"I'm so sorry. I really had an important thing to attend to. I'll explain everything to you later" Eunmi said apologizing.

I looked at her and smiled assuring her that I'm not mad.

"Please welcome on our special stage, Jung Eun Mi & Park Ma Ri of Ahreum!!!"

The crowd cheered loudly, chanting their bias' name.

Mari and Mina smiled widely at their fans.

"Hi to all my Mamari!!! Im so happy you guys support us. I hope you enjoy our performance"
