Chapter 1

“Oh hell no!  Over my dead body!”

“Aw come on Gyuuuuuu~”

Sunggyu’s mom looked up at him with a pout and puppy dog eyes but he just crossed his arms and looked away.  

“Come on Mom you know that that won’t work on me,” Sunggyu said shaking his head.  “And aren’t you a little old to be making faces like that?”  

“Well I wouldn’t have to if you weren’t so stubborn,” his mom retorted back.  

“Well I wouldn’t have to be so stubborn if you didn’t decide to suddenly try to ruin my vacation!” Sunggyu exclaimed exasperated.  

“I don’t know what the big deal is,” his mother said tiredly.  

“Mom! I’m suppose to be having my precious vacation that I’ve been planning for months with Sungyeol and Hoya!  Why do I have to babysit that annoyance to humanity!” Sunggyu exploded frustrated that his mom didn’t understand him at all.  

“It’s not babysitting you just have to accompany your cousin,” his mother corrected.  

“Oh Mom please stop calling him my cousin!  Heaven forbid that I would somehow be blood related to that arrogant brat!  He’s not my cousin he’s just your best friend’s son!,” Sunggyu said horrified.  

“Aw you’re exaggerating he’s not nearly as bad as you make him sound,” his mother replied shaking her head.  

“He’s just some seventeen year old spoiled boy who likes to flirt with just about every girl or guy that he sees and I’m a businessman.  Hello Mom we’re in completely different stages of our lives!  How can you expect us to get along?  I can’t stand him!” Sunggyu ranted angrily.  

“You haven’t seen him since he was seventeen so in case you’ve forgotten he ages just like any other normal person and is twenty-one now.  And besides you get along great with Sungyeol and he’s the same age as Woohyun,” his mother shot back.  

“Ugh don’t say his name in front of me,” Sunggyu said his face scrunching up in disgust.  “And Sungyeol is different.  He isn’t at all like that playboy.”  

“Well Woohyun is going on that trip with you regardless of what you say and that’s final,” his mother said firmly and looked at her watch.  “Look at that I just spent a good fifteen minutes arguing about this with you when I knew you had no chance of winning...what a waste of my time.”  

“What do you mean regardless of what I say?” Sunggyu asked confused.  

“In case you’ve forgotten our family does own the vacation house that you were planning on staying in,” his mother reminded him.  “As your mother I have the power that with just a simple phone call I could have the next person on the waiting list occupying that house instead of you you know.”  

“You wouldn’t!” Sunggyu exclaimed his eyes wide.  

“I can and I will unless you agree to let Woohyun go with you on your trip,” his mother said taking her phone out and waving it around threateningly.  

“Fine!  Okay you win I’ll take him with us!” Sunggyu said exasperated.  

“Don’t worry I’m sure you’ll have fun with him,” his mother said smiling satisfied that she had won.  

“Yeah you wish,” Sunggyu replied sighing tiredly and getting up from his seat.  “I guess I’ll go call Sungyeol to tell him the horrible news.”  

Sunggyu went up stairs to his room, closed the door and flung himself on his bed.  He groaned frustratedly before pulling his phone out of his pocket and calling up Sungyeol.

*It's a beautiful night, We're looking for something dumb to do.  Hey baby, I think I wanna marry you~*

“Hello?” Sungyeol said picking up his phone.  

“Hey Yeol it’s me Gyu,” Sunggyu responded.  

“Hey Gyu-hyung, what’s up?” Sungyeol asked.  

“I have some horrible news,” Sunggyu replied his tone of voice becoming gloomy.  

“Eh? What happened?” Sungyeol asked alarmed by Sunggyu’s tone of voice.  

“I was just threatened by my mom that if we did not take the most annoying human being on earth with us on our trip that she would completely cancel it,” Sunggyu said groaning at the end of his explanation.  

“Seriously hyung?” Sungyeol deadpanned.  “You scared me to death just now I thought someone just died or something!”  

“This is a big deal Yeol!  You know I can’t stand him!” Sunggyu exclaimed.  

“I’m sure you’re just exaggerating hyung,” Sungyeol replied shaking his head at his cousin’s ridiculousness.  

“Yah Yeol you’re not helping you sound just like my mom,” Sunggyu complained.  “How can you say that you know what happened with him and I before.”  

“Hyung that was like four years ago,” Sungyeol reminded him.  “I’m sure he must have matured some since that time.  If not then there’s something seriously wrong with him.”  

“There was already something seriously wrong with him back then,” Sunggyu retorted back.  “Trust me Yeol I know some other people like him and people like him do not just decide to change, they can’t it’s just the way that they naturally are.”  

“Okay there’s no use in arguing about this with you I can’t change what you think,” Sungyeol said giving up.  “You can be so stubborn sometimes.”  

“Yah you’re sounding like my mother again,” Sunggyu said frustratedly pouting even though Sungyeol couldn’t see it over the phone.  

“Just relax hyung.  Like you said before you’re mom is threatening to cancel our whole trip if we don’t take him with us so there’s nothing we can do it.  There’s nothing we can do to prevent it so you might as well try to make the best out of the situation,” Sungyeol said trying to calm him down.  “Me and Hoya are going to be on the trip too so it’s not like it will be just you and him you’ll have us to still have fun with and remember he can only ruin your trip if you let him so just relax and try to still have fun okay?”  

“Okay you’re right,” Sunggyu said sighing tiredly.  “I promise I’ll try my best to make the best of this situation.  Thanks Yeol.”  

“No problem hyung,” Sungyeol said chuckling to himself.  “I’m just glad that I could help.”  

“I better go call up Hoya and tell him the news too so he isn’t too thrown off guard when the enemy of mankind shows up at the airport next week,” Sunggyu said.  

“Hmm yeah you’re right you should,” Sungyeol agreed.  “Okay talk to you later then hyung bye!”  

“Okay bye Yeol,” Sunggyu said and ended the call.

As soon as he got off the phone with Sunggyu, Sungyeol immediately picked up his phone and made a call.

And here’s chapter one finally!  

Hi everyone I’m finally back with my second Infinite chaptered fic!  I’m so so sorry that this took so long...I blame school and the busy holidays -_-  but anyway i’m back and i should be updating this story about three times a week but i’ll make sure to tell you if/when that changes may it be just temporary or permanently.  I should be updating soon so please look forward to chapter two~
