Chapter Thirty-Three ; Heart Breaking

 Carefully, Jaejoong stepped closer to Minhwa, who was freezed on her spot, looking scared.

 Minhwa tried to hide her emotions from him, she tried her best not to cry, because what she was going to do needed her to be strong.

 Jaejoong stepped closer until he was a step away from her. Extending his arm, his finger tips touched her face.

 He wanted to make sure that this wasn't a dream, and that she was REAL.

 But Minhwa instantly flinched at his touch and backed away. "Don't touch me!" she yelled.

 Startled at her reaction, Jaejoong felt like a bucket of cold water was poured on him.

 "Mi-Minhwa...is that you? Where...where have you been? I looked for you everywhere."

 "Don't lie to me." Minhwa scoffed.

 "It's the truth, I swear. For the whole year, I tried to find you. I did everything I could, Minhwa. You have to believe me." he said, staring at her sadly.

 "Why did you even want to find me? To be your playtoy? I told you to be happy and forget about me when I left. Why bother looking for me? You should've been happy. I was nothing but a burden anyway, Mr. Superstar." she mocked.

 "No, that's not true. How could I be happy without you? You are so precious to me. I...I wanted to confess to you...to tell you how much I loved you..but you suddenly left."

 "That's a ing lie, how do you expect me to believe this nonsense out of the blue? You love me? Bull !" Minhwa laughed sarcastically.
