Chapter Twenty-Five ; Don't leave me

later that afternoon, minhwa finally went to Jaejoong's place. well, that was her home, and she wasn't going to run away from it. she had to fight for her baby.
 

humming a song softly, she opened the door of the apartment. the sight that welcomed her was unexpected, a crying drunken Jaejoong sprawled on the couch, staring into nothing.
 

she carefully walked to his side. "Hey, Jaejoong, what's wrong? talk to me..."
 

Jaejoong's head turned to her direction,where she was kneeling beside the couch, examining his face worriedly. his eyes softened at the sight of her angelic face so close,her beautiful eyes showing her worry. he smiled softly,and raised his hand to caress her cheek. "hey."
 

minhwa gulped,startled by his sudden change,and nervously muttered "Hi...."
just as she opened to explain she wasn't hyunah again,she heard Jaejoong speak again.
 

"Minhwa...." he called.
 

"hmmm?" she hummed in response.
 

"mianhada." he mumbled with hooded eyes.
 

her eyes widened in shock. she wanted to ask why, there was so much to ask, but before her mind could form a decent question, she heard his steady brathing in the silent room.

 

she sighed as she got up and went to her room to change and take a shower, and then proceed to make a hangover soup for jaejoong when he wakes up.
 

almost done cooking, she heared footsteps nearing the kitchen. she turned her head back and looked to the dishevelled looking man. "go and take a shower. the soup is almost ready."
 

Jaejoong wearily complied and walked to the bathroom to take a quick shower. when was done and came out of the bathroom clean and fresh, he walked back to the kitchen when minhwa was placing a bowl of hot soup on the table,and then placed some pain-killer pills and a glass of water beside the bowl. she looked up to him and smiled angelically, her smile turning into a small frown when she noticed his expression. he was standing there like a statiute, mouth slightly open and staring at her like he has seen a ghost.
 

"hello? what's wrong?" minhwa stepped forward and waved a hand in front of his face. she shrieked when she felt him grab her wrist and pulled her into a hug.
 

"j-jae...jaejoong..." he stuttered, finding it hard to breath.
